Always get my brows done here. The woman working is always so sweet and does a great job. They have a loyalty program where you get your brows done so many times and then you get a free visit! Today I reached my free visit so I decided to try out some henna for the first time! She has a huge book with so many options but I just chose something simple for my first time. I am so obsessed!!! (: can’t wait to see what it looks like after it dries and sets in. Really cool.

great threading salon” possibly the best one i’ve been to so far, i have very sensitive skin and my skin tends to get very red and irrated even with threading. Prefer it over waxing etc. Told her and immediately told me what i needed, baby powder prior to thread. would give 5 stars if only more than one employee present, however highly reccomend. Great service, very satisfied.

I’ve come here for a couple times because it’s near my house, but each time they always do my brows completely opposite of what I asked them. I have naturally thick eyebrows & I love them but this lady literally made my eyebrows SO thin. RIGHT before my senior portraits (tomorrow). I told her to keep my eyebrows thick too. I’m frustrated

Alright so I’ve been coming here a couple times and after my final free stamp I might change locations. Today I’ve had the owner do my own eyebrows and I love that she was quick and the session lasted nearly 5 minutes max. However, she nearly threaded or scraped my eye out by not paying attention. The owner was very friendly and had mentioned that she’d been doing eyebrows for a while but I find the «speediness» harmful. Of course it is important to entertain other guests, but please be aware that I am almost a customer and that I’ve equally waited my turn without any conversation. Saying «almost» repetitively and trying to speed up the process is not the way to go. I was a little annoyed with my appointment today and while I enjoy the atmosphere of this location I will probably not be returning unless I am already in the area. Only gave this location a 4 star because my past experiences were decent and it only takes about 5 visits to earn a free eyebrow appointment.

the place was nice and looked professional, but the ladies in there are not inviting or very personable. maybe they just had a long day? that’s what it seemed like. if I’m desperate I’ll go back there because she did an above average job, but idk just didn’t get a great vibe I guess. I’m still gonna look around for other places to get my brows done.

There is no better place in Vegas to get threaded! You don’t feel like you are turning over your threading to just anybody. Everyone is very well trained and they all do a great job! The shop is very clean and even though there might be a wait, take a number, go get a coffee and come back… it’s worth it! Come back every two weeks to keep your brows on point!

I’m normally a waxer with a membership at a wax salon. I just had my eyebrows and upper lip done. My husband did as well. The two women here were super sweet and good. I felt no discomfort at all. So much less pain than waxing that’s for sure. I will definitely be coming back. Great experience.

My eyebrows have never looked so good. I get compliments on how nice they look and I refer all my friends to Patel!

So very disappointed with this location. I miss the old patels off Grand Canyon and flamingo. This new location does not have the same staff (or at least every time I go). I went twice and had the same lady do my eyebrows. I never let someone who hasn’t done my eyebrows before do my upper lip. Normally I do feel any pain but k really was after my visit to this location. The older lady who has the second chair has not been my favorite experience. I am extremely sad because I have had a gift certificate since last year and I have no interest in returning. Pretty sad the precious ladies from the old location are not there.

I’ve been at threader of many years. You name it and I’ve probably threaded it… eyebrows, lip, chin, entire face. Threading is not complex (although there is a craft involved) and absolutely easier and worlds better than waxing. I live in Summerlin and close to this location, so in lue of driving about 20 minutes to another threader I was use to going to, I thought I would give this place a shot.
I will go back. Although slautering the spelling of her beautiful family name, «GaMood» was quick and efficient and did good work. She did eyebrows and chin that day what seemed like for cheap, $ 15.
I arrived at 10am when they opened on a Thursday and she took me right away because there was nobody there (and I’m busy and have no time really to be waiting). As others on Unilocal have said, this place is clean, more upscale than other brow places I have been. Almost cute in a boutique kind of way. I asked her how long she had been doing this and she said four years. She explained how one goes to school to learn properly how to thread. I had no idea really… interesting.
No pain, no gain when it comes to beauty. Sure, there are consequences to waxing, threading, dying, scrubbing, exfoliating… beauty sometimes hurts. We all have a story of a beauty service gone wrong, but despite other negative reviews on this threading operation, this threading operation is equally as good (if not most certainly cuter and cleaner!) than other threaders in town.

This location is at downtown Summerlin… Discovered by a coupon in the 89 178 coupon book. Went last night bc I was going to Trader Joe’s. Lady looked at me confused when I showed her the coupon. She was trying to convince me that I had to get my Brows done in order to use the coupon for $ 2 upper lip threading. I told her that is not what the coupon states. She finally takes the coupon n proceeds to do my lip. She missed several spots and was not happy about taking the coupon. Uhm coupons are what brings new business in and if you want customers to come back you need to leave a good impression. This totally didn’t happen. Not good service, shabby job bc of a coupon they put out? Not coming back.

This location in downtown summerlin is upscale and sleek. I loved the décor. I have been getting my brows threaded for 4 years and this was the least painful I have ever had. My tech did an amazing job. I got lots of compliments on my eyebrows.
