The quality of food was not up to the company standards at other locations. The fried rice was sticky & gummy like brown rice was used. The orange chicken was Luke warm at best. And the Beijing beef (which I had to wait to be cooked) was (1) not hot, only sweet, & (2) «beef» was only small oil tasting burnt pieces of breading.
Nothing like what I expect, and get, at other locations.

Its Panda Express. The food sits a while longer, but if you ask they will make you a fresh batch of honey walnut shrimp… not that I’ve ever asked :)
Customer service is great and they are prompt and courteous. The fact that they’re never hella packed is nice. Because its a Vons location they do not accept gift cards nor does the survey work on the back of the receipt.
