Business Owner

Dr. Jordan completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology. He went on to pursue a career in optometry at the Southern California College of Optometry. While there, he completed externship programs at the Wellish Vision Institute, the Bethesda National Naval Medical Hospital, and the Veterans’ Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. He graduated in the top ten percent of his class at SCCO, earning Magna Cum Laude honors at graduation. Dr. Jordan completed residency training at the Southern Nevada Veterans Hospital in Las Vegas, specializing in ocular disease. During residency, he examined over 3,000 patients, including many with diseases affecting the eye such as dry eye, keratoconus, glaucoma, diabetes, and cataracts.

First time here and first time going to an optometrist in Vegas since moving out here in April. This is about walking distance from my place, which is convenient. When I walked in, I was taken care of right away. There was minimal paperwork to fill out and once I was done, I was brought into a room with four machines — each checking out something different. Pretty impressive. The physician assistant was very friendly, as was the doctor. He explained the reason for the twitching/​eye strain in my right eye and adjusted my prescription accordingly. I definitely recommend this place looking for an optometrist in this location. They also have Saturday hours and you can book via ZocDoc instead of calling.

I can’t say enough about how great this office is. Everything from check in to check out was wonderful! Zachary took me in and was so professional and nice … Dr. Jordan is very personable and kind. I come from a service as well as medical background and I must say, I was highly impressed by this staff. I wish every office was like this one :)

This was my second visit. I saw Dr. Radtke last year and Dr. Jordan this year. This is the best eye office I ever went to. Very comprehensive and thorough. The doctors know exact what they are doing. They never overcharge you or give you more than you need just to make a buck. Dr. Jordan and I had a great time. He is a funny guy, not to mention a top notch optometrist. They always make sure you don’t have any questions and explain everything so that you understand. The doctors also tell you everything that they are doing and walk you through the whole exam from start to finish. I never feel rushed and feel that I can ask any question and get a correct answer. The employees are all nice. I love the fact that I was able to use my frames from last year and put new lenses in them. I love the that much. You know exactly what you are paying for and there is never a surprise. Our whole family goes here and will continue to as well. I highly recommend this office and these doctors. You won’t find a better place.

Great place! We’ve been to the Boca Park location previously but because of an insurance change I had to change locations and I was very pleased with my experience at this location! No long waits and my tech Zachary and the optometrist, Dr. Jordan were super nice, explained everything and they both listened! I highly recommend this location but I also love Boca Park and Decatur as well. We’ve had only positive experiences at Optic Gallery! Great for kids as well. Everyone is very kind and patient!

Decided I needed to get an eye exam since it has been five years. Setting an appointment was quick and easy on phone!
The day I got my eye exam, I felt really comfortable and happy to have found this place. Everyone who works here are polite, informed me in many things, and had great conversations. Especially for Dr. Radtke, she made me feel at ease than the past eye doctor I went to five years ago.
The glasses they have displayed were beautiful with great brands. :)
Overall, this place is great to get your eyes checked!

Fantastic vision center for eye check ups, treatment etc. The staff is really nice and courteous, and the husband/​wife optometrist team that runs the place is top notch. They are very thorough, attentive, sensitive and knowledgeable, took really good care of my ‘super hard to please’ mom visiting from abroad. A+ highly recommended and they also have a great selection of designer and other frames!

There’s a reason this place has 5 starts.
1) The ease of scheduling an appointment and the friendliness of the staff via phone is truly an anomaly.
2) Upon arrival, the staff is equally as friendly and attentive to ensure your time is not waisted. The technician who screens/​tests you prior to seeing the Doctor continued the ‘service standard’ and made the usually laborious process simple, but fun. He was nice, friendly, and very conversational — as if he knew you for years.
3) Dr. Jordan… Absolutely amazing. I have gone to the same eye doctor for 15+ years and was ready for a change. Dr. Jordan ensured that every need I had was addressed, took the time to get to know me, and was absolutely beyond kind and friendly.
For those of you who don’t like to go to the eye doctor, need a new one, or just want a good medical experience — this place is for you.

This was my 2nd visit at the Optic Gallery Summerlin. My 1st visit, I saw Dr Andrea Radtke and loved my experience with her. I appreciated her knowledge and explaining how the eye works to me. I was scheduled to see her hubby, Dr Wes Jordan this visit and was equally as satisfied. They are both professional, yet very welcoming. Also, the staff is very friendly and had a LOT of patience with me while I was learning how to put in contacts for the 1st time.

Excellent optometrist! I highly recommend Optic Gallery in Summerlin. The staff here extremely pleasant and provide excellent customer service.
Dr. Jordan is GREAT! He is very friendly and intelligent. I could tell he really wanted me to understand my eyes and he asked me numerous questions most optometrists tend to glaze over.
My glasses were ready in just a few days and when I picked them there was no trouble at all.
Place itself is tidy and clean. I am making this my optometrist from now on.

I love this place. My first visit to this location is 2012 and they have been awesome since day 1. I see Dr. Jordan. He is such a nice person and he seems like he genuinely cares for his patients.
When I first signed up to get contacts I had a lot of sensitivity and eventually found out that I was having a allergic reaction to the silicon. Dr. Jordan was very caring and ordered me all different types of brands until eventually I found the pair that worked best for me.
I would recommend Dr. Jordan to ANYONE. He is the best.
P.s they have some very nice glasses there. I found my favorite pair or Gucci glasses and I get compliments on them everywhere I go!

The staff went above and beyond. Jennifer @ front desk was able to squeeze me in for a same day appt., was patient explaining my insurance, & even fixed my old glasses while I did my paperwork.
Dr. Jorden was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, considered my financial situation for my glasses/​contacts, and came up with healthy solutions.
The girl that did my eye exam and Cindy who helped me purchase my glasses were extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Optic Gallery based on my 1st impression. They definitely will see me every year as a regular customer.
