History

Established in 2007.

As an independent health and life insurance agent, Open Enrollment was established as the marketing platform in Fort Worth, TX in Sept. 2007. Since then, Open Enrollment has expanded to Southern CA. As an agent, I, Keith A. James, has acquired life and health insurance licenses in TX, CA, IL, MI, OH, OK, IA, and ID. In addition to insurance, I have also acquired a federal NMLS#, which allows me to originate mortgage loans within the lower 48 states. I have also acquired a license to offer home security systems.

Just as a side note, I have over 10 years of mortgage financing experience from 1997 – 2006. Not that it matters a whole lot, but the most important aspect of doing business with me, Open Enrollment, you will receive the highest level of customer service, and your satisfaction is paramount to me. Business Owner

My name is Keith A James, and I have been a resident of the Inland Empire and Southern CA area for over 36 years. I graduated from Fontana High School in 1988, and I graduated from Liberty University with a BS in Psychology and a MEd in Teaching and Learning. I started my career in financial services in 1997 as a loan officer with Norwest Mortgage. Since then, I had originated real estate loans for over 10 years, both A-​paper and sub-​prime.

While living in Fort Worth TX for six years, I transitioned into the health and life insurance. From my previous experience as a loan officer, I took my knowledge of real estate financing into the insurance industry by offering a broad portfolio of insurance products, some of which include Medicare Advantage and Medicare supplements, final expense, non-​med life insurance, and other simplified issue products.

After moving back to Southern CA, I have continued to offer health and life insurance, real estate loans, and home security systems.
