One Nevada Credit Union

Liola little is a lovely angel. She signed me up for my bank account and was really just amazing. I briefly told her my life story and I am unsure why i even felt comfortable with telling her but she’s so energetic and smiley. She literally told me that she proud of me and it sounded like I was working very hard and getting everything together. She gave me the best pep talk of my life and got me the number to financial conseling and renters insurance stuff I needed. I left feeling better than ever. I couldn’t imagine a sweeter human being with the capacity to give so much more than most people who work at the bank or anywhere for that matter.
I’m convinced Liola Little is an Angel and she really changed my life in a big way with such little kindness. I would rrally recommend One Nevada Credit Union to any one who wants that personal touch that I think is necessary when you are dealing with something as sensitive as your finances.

One Nevada Credit Union is staffed by some of the most knowledgeable representatives I have ever met in the field of banking. Most banks do not schedule an appropriate amount of tellers, but this credit union has employees on stand-​by to assist it’s members. Professionals through and through. Security on-​site and a comfy lobby that offers music, safety, and reading material while waiting for assistance. So glad this is my credit union. Come join us and see how One Nevada may assist you in rebuilding credit, establishing accounts for Nevada locals, or preventing fraudulence. Five out of five! I wouldn’t really want to bank anywhere else.

I am completely amazed at the amazing Customer Service the employees have here. Jackie Martin was so pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process of me opening a new account here. She guided me step by step and gave me a wide range of options to choose from in order to build my credit. I absolutely recommend this credit union bank to everyone. It is wonderful.

One Nevada Credit Union continues to do an outstanding job even with its size growth the last 25 years in the Vegas valley. Service is very consistent at all locations and I would like to give kudos to the Craig Road location for their great service all the time and to Tina at the Rainbow location. Tina your million dollar smile the last 10 years plus brings a lot of value to this great company.

I had fraudulent activity on my account. One Nevada took care of all the charges with no problem. Thanks to Kathy at one Nevada.

I have been with One Nevada for only one year. In that time I have been impressed with the level of service I have received. Just yesterday I was attempting to deposit my paycheck, from my new job, into the bank. Due to some past hiccups I had bad banking history and am on the New Start checking account. Well my check was late getting to my home (waiting for direct deposit to kick in), and I missed a payment on the New Start fee. Well the teller could not help me with clearing funds (–1 star), and I had to go next door and speak with a banker. I spoke with Josie, and she understood what was going on, and cleared the funds for me. She saw that I was flawless for ¹¹⁄₁₂ months in New Start payments. She did me a solid and upgraded my account to One Checking, so no more monthly fees. Yay! That, and she cleared 800.00 to pull same day for medical costs and utilities. Best hook up yet. Thanks, everyone at One Nevada branch.

I love the services offered by One Nevada and the great interest rates they offer etc. I took one star away only because they always have long lines when I go. They need a few more tellers to accommodate and get people through the lines. Other than that they are great!

I am extremely happy with this bank. I mainly do all of my business at this location and have always had my needs met with staff that is friendly and helpful. Each and every time I have come into this branch I have never waited more than a few minutes to be waited on. They understand what I need and meet my expectations of service always. I have utilized many services and have never once had any issues that weren’t addressed professionally and in a timely manner.
One last note: One Nevada uses All Point ATM machines free of fees. These machines are EVERYWHERE! Even out of state. Win Win!

Josie and Liola are the best at this branch. They’re accurate, quick, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I am a very happy credit union member.

There just must be something about when you put a teller behind a bullet proof glass case but attitudes here are no where near as friendly or personable at other branches that I am accustomed to visiting.
I wouldn’t even visit this location if I didn’t have to but since this is the only location with a transaction center, I am forced to. The tellers do their job but basically that is it. Do not expect a «thank you» or «you’re welcome». Definitely do not expect a «have a nice day» or «thank you for business».
I hope One Nevada catches on and does some employee intervention with this branch. Coming is here is extremely unpleasant and every time I leave this branch, I always think I need to change banks.

Went in to open an account today and the rep I saw seemed like she hated her Job or simply did not want to help me. Was not curtious and definetely didn’t make me feel welcome. Instead of me opening an account I took my business elsewhere

Slowest tellers and they are all pretty rude and pretend they don’t know anything.
Also, do not do anything at the branch. Call and speak to someone at corporate or your account will be thoroughly mucked up!

This Credit Union is a joke. As the other reviews are dead on. They charge you for everything, and I mean everything. And if you have over $ 25,000.00 in the bank, they start to charge you a maintenance fee… So, basically, the more you deposit, the more they take. And forget about calling and getting answers, or even going in there, if you don’t have a full day to waste. Please do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

Small time bank with big bank feel. If you have an account there, watch it ²⁴⁄₇ because they will charge you for anything and everything they can. And when its their mistake, that dont matter either. I am closing this account and going to Wells Fargo. Absolutely a terrible experience. Hours are horrible on top of that.

By far the worst bank I’ve ever banked with. How the HELL do you charge your own clients money to withdraw from your own atm??? Um… they do!!! It’s normal for another atm to charge you a fee… Well so does this bank. You not only get charged with the other bank or atm fee, but 1NCU also charges you a $ 3 fee for using another bank or atm. Really??? I can’t stand the service. There bank has 2 tellers only, and the line could be full as 15 – 20 people and there isn’t any additional help provided. The list goes on and on. I’m exhausted just thinking about the problems… oh yeah, they also charge you $ 19.50 a month just to have a checking account. HaHahaha. I love this free world… Not!!! One Nevada Credit Union is garbage!!! Bank of America or Wells Fargo here I come.
