I recently moved to Las Vegas and bought a used pool table off craigslist. I called many places for quotes and On Cue was by far the best. They’re one of the few who don’t charge extra for stairs. When they were taking the pool table apart I asked about re-​felting Travis and Darcy recommended I have the bumpers replaced as they had become rock hard over the years. Also they told me it would be much cheaper to do if they table was already apart which was helpful in making my decision. I opted to have both done once it arrived at my place and I’m glad I did. Darcy did a fantastic job putting it all back together. They also have. Two year warranty on their work which is great! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a table moved or re conditioned. Thanks guys!

Bought a pool table and came across these guys. Good price and no complaints. They moved the pool table from a home which I purchased it. And NO they don’t charge extra just because there’s stairs! I got it re-​felted and real happy with the work. I definitely recommend them and will use them as my pool table movers again. I say YES!

I just paid to have my table leveled and re-​felted. They talked me into having the rubber on the rails replaced because it was hard due to the age. After they finished, there was a chip taken out of the rail from them replacing the rubber. They never said anything about it. I had to be the one to notice it. How could the guy replacing the rubber not notice this? It seemed extremely shady. They said they would come back and fix the chip. I was hesitant about paying them the full amount until the chip was repaired, but the technicians insisted they would be back to have chip repaired. I have tried calling a couple times and no answer. I have never received a follow up call by them about the chip. I recommend hiring someone who will not damage your table, not say anything, and then hope you don’t notice.

We have used On Cue Billiards to move our pool table twice. On the second move, we also had them refelt the table. We could not be more pleased with their service and results. This is the 2nd time I’ve used On Cue Billiards to move my pool table. After having a bad experience with another local company, I was DELIGHTED to find ON CUR. They were upfront about pricing and there were no surprises on moving day. The drivers/​movers Dale and Nic were on time and friendly and worked quickly, safely and efficiently. They did great quality work — even repairing what another company had done incorrectly on the previous move. Kevin and his crew are PHENOMENAL! When another company picked up a pool table we’d gotten from a neighbor before confirming all the details, tried to keep it, then after legal threats dropped it off unassembled in pieces in my garage only after demanding more money in cash, refusing to take it to my upstairs game room as contracted this the the ONLY company in Vegas that would agree to take on the job. They showed up on time, worked diligently & efficiently to get my one piece slate table to the second floor, all reassembled, leveled and to my exact specs and at a beyondvreasonable cost… All with courtesy & professionalism beyond compare!
