Omni Limo

The driver was on time in a BMW just I what I asked he was really friendly and funny, my service from the hotel to the airport also was excellent and provided by the same car and driver.

Driver was waiting for us as scheduled at the airport — very friendly and courteous. I gave 2 stars because of this driver otherwise I would have tried for negative stars.
I called early the day of our pick up and asked to change the time — no problem and they advised where we shld be waiting for pickup.
No one showed at the rescheduled time — we called and they had no record of the change. In fact there are only 2 of them in the office and could not have called and rescheduled. So not only did we have to wait outside for the driver, we were clearly being called liars that we ever called.

This is the absolute worst company ever!!! I would runaway from this place immediately.

Richard was our driver when we arrived at Las Vegas airport, he was great. He showed up on time and was very friendly & professional.
Our return pick up was a disaster. The driver arrived late. He said he had been waiting at the cosmopolitan hotel while we were at Aria Hotel. After about 20 minutes of back at forth, between calling Arias other entrance & contacting the limo company which kept telling us the driver was at the hotel, finally Omni limo arrived to say he had been waiting at the wrong hotel. How that happened I’m not sure. We used the same company for transportation in which dropped us off at Aria Hotel. If is wasn’t for Richard (not the owner), Omni would get 1 star

Ended up on an Omni bus on a chartered trip to go rafting on Colorado River near Hoover Dam. Bus blew hot air from AC (outside temp was about 100 degrees, inside air maybe 120 or 140). When my friend asked bus driver about it he said «it’s a black bus and it’s hot out, of course it’s hot». On ride back bus developed a burning smell and we pulled over off the highway for 20 – 30 mins then ended up getting back on and driving to a casino 15 mins away to transfer to a better bus. Also, after we got back on the bus driver was texting while driving on an interstate highway. If I could give negative stars, Omni would get a –3 or so.
Edit (9÷1÷15): company representative apologized in response to my Unilocal review. Bumped it from 1 star to 2 stars as a result of this show of good faith of caring at least some about the customer. Still have major questions regarding the bus we took itself (seemed very unfit for use to me; don’t think it’d pass inspection) and especially the driver’s attitude (several lies and texting while driving).

On the outbound portion from my house to LAS, Mark arrived promptly and offered to take my bags without hesitation. Bottled water was offered before departing and all paperwork was completed prior to arriving at my terminal.
On the inbound portion, Eric met me just outside of security where we walked to my carousel to collect my bags. In no time, we were outside where the car awaited us in the very first limo slot. Good driving from both guys and each was very courteous and personable.
Very pleased with Omni!

This is actually a story of two different experiences with Omni limos. I used this limo service for my wedding. As I was long distance, all of my communication with Omni was by email/​phone. I found the email/​phone communication to be prompt and helpful. Even when I changed the reservation several times due to the addition of some guests and the Mayweather/​Pacquio fight, I found the company to be very helpful and patient.
This early experience made my experience on the day of all the more upsetting. When I hadn’t heard from my driver, I called dispatch and was told that the driver was already downstairs. When we came down, we had some difficulty finding our driver and by the time we located him, it was 20 minutes after our pickup time. As we had the reservation for 1 ½ hours, this wasn’t problem, but I was eager to get to my venue on time.
The driver, Max, had no sign or any way of indicating that he was my driver. When he approached me, he addressed me by name. He then said that he had been waiting 30 minutes and the air conditioning had gone out and that «if I didn’t want to ride in the limo, I’d have to find other transportation.» I’m standing there holding my wedding dress, on the biggest fight night of the decade, less than 2 hours before my wedding. How on earth was I going to find another limo?!
When I said that to him, Max then said «well, you’ll have to pay me when we get there.» Since I had my credit card on file, I was confused by this demand for payment. His attitude was also aggressive, as if I were inconveniencing him! I told him that we were already running late and that I didn’t have time to argue with him, but that I was going to call Omni directly to address this. He then switched from using my proper name to calling me «honey.» After the third time calling me «honey,» I asked him to stop. Basically, all conversation between the two of us ceased at that point. When we got into the limo it was BLAZING hot! The windows were down, but by the time we reached our destination, we were sweaty and our hair was windblown. When I tried to give my mother a bottle of water in the car, I found that the water was hot to the touch. There is no way that his air conditioning had just conked out based on how hot that water was!
On the way, my sister called Omni to complain about the lack of air. Omni initially only offered to have us wait 15 — 30 minutes for another limo and refused to give us a discount. But, after further discussion, Omni finally agreed to comp the limo ride.
What makes this story even more strange is how we fared with the same company on the trip back. We ordered a sedan to bring my husband and I back from the wedding venue. I received a text message from Pierre, the driver, letting me know he was outside. Pierre was friendly, polite, and helped us with our bags (something that Max never bothered to do). On the route he chatted with us occasionally, but was also aware when my new husband and I just wanted to revel in the moment. The sedan was luxurious and most of all, it was air conditioned. When we arrived, Pierre never mentioned payment. When I finally asked him, he said it was not a problem since my credit card was on file! This only made me more suspicious of the kind of scam Max had been trying to run earlier. I was so appreciative of Pierre, that I gave him an extra tip.
I’ve reported my issues to Omni directly, but I also felt the need to post this to let other people know what they are getting into. Pierre is the only reason Omni gets two stars.

The service is great! They have brand new cars and always clean. The drivers are always professional and on time. I only have a great experience with Omni Limo.

this is the way to go. the driver was waiting as we left the plane. had a cold water, and a cool car waiting.
On my way back to the airport, there was a miss communication with the drivers, and the one scheduled to pick me up was late. They contacted the hotel to make sure I knew they were coming.

If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give.
I booked on the site and called to confirm verbally. I received an email confirmation. When my flight arrived, there was no driver. I waited a bit then called the company. After being placed on hold for about 10 minutes, I was told that my driver «was in line to park the car because there was no parking at the airport.» The dispatcher told me I could wait until he parked «or go take a taxi». Seriously. She had no concern for my time, no apology for the poor service and frankly didn’t care one bit about losing the business.
Now that I’m reading the other reviews (I guess I should have before…), I see that this company specializes in poor excuses for leaving their clients stranded at the airport, but little else.
These people are just awful.

Booked our limo weeks in advance directly on the Omni website, received an email confirmation, but when we arrived at the airport there was no driver waiting for us. When we called their office we were told there was no record of our confirmation and that the driver would be «5 or 10 minutes» picking us up. No apologies or explanations. After 30 minutes of waiting outside, the driver finally arrived. He was fairly pleasant, but charged us $ 20 more than the price that was quoted on the confirmation. Won’t be using Omni again in the future.

The website allows you to book a reservation yet it does not allow you to confirm the price upon checkout. Omni, it is not best practice to ask for your clients credit card information without informing them of the quote/​price they are agreeing to upon the «Confirm» page. Please change. Also, when I tried to call in to make a reservation I was greeting with a «PLEASE HOLD» in what sounded like one of Marge Simpson’s sister’s voice. My call was then picked up, transferred and finally dropped. This is why you did not get my business today. I sincerely hope this feedback helps you improve your business.

Booked online, but no one was at the airport when I arrived at 7:30 AM. Since I’m a patient guy, I waited 30 minutes before I called. They couldn’t find the reservation, even though I had a confirmation email. I was told it wouldn’t have mattered, since they were booked up (due to CES convention), and wouldn’t have been able to pick me up. They had all my contact information (email, phone numbers), they could have sent an email, or text, or CALLED me to inform me of the situation so I would have waited and walked all over the baggage claim area looking for someone. I ended up taking a $ 30 taxi ride to the hotel. I have used them before without issue, but there is no excuse for not notifying me that they were booked up and couldn’t handle my reservation. I would not recommend this company, as there are many others to choose from, one of which will get my future business.

Booked through the site, received a confirmation, yet when we arrived at the airport there was no-​one waiting. Called to ask & they said nothing was confirmed, even after I sent them the email confirmation.
Don’t bother to pre-​book through these guys — just head out to the limo stand at the airport & they have some great rates.

On November 29^th at 4:30am I had a reservation scheduled to be picked up at my home for a trip to the airport for a 6:30 flight. The driver didn’t arrive on time or at all. At 4:40am I called the reservation desk and was told the driver was held up in traffic. Not thinking too clearly at the time I don’t understand where there would be traffic to get held up in at 4:30 in the morning. When I ended up driving myself to the airport there was no delays on the roads.
At 4:50 I called the reservation desk again and was told the driver was close to my neighborhood.
I impatiently waited until 5:00am when I couldn’t wait any longer for thier driver. I got in my vehicle and started driving myself to the airport. On my way down the road I called the reservation desk again at about 5:03am and was told that the driver was on my road which was not true since I had just driven my road on the way out of my neighborhood.
I have used Omni Limousine for many years and have never had a problem with their service. The service I received on November 29^th was very poor and inexcusable! I do not see how a driver could be more than 30 minutes late especially at the early hour I was traveling at on this day. Their service was being relied upon to get me safely to the airport at the time I scheduled.
This incident cost me more money since I had to drive myself. When I got to the airport Long Term Parking was full due to the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. So I ended up having to park in Valet Parking for a cost of $ 216 for my trip. Also the delay in leaving my house nearly caused me to be late for my flight. By the time I got to the gate that morning the aircraft was already boarding.
There are many Limousine companies in Las Vegas and as a valued customer of Omni I will more than likely be using other companies from now on.

Had a destination wedding in Vegas and hired Omni Limo to take care of my guests transportation. The shuttle bus was clean and new. The driver was awesome. Great prices and awesome service!
