I am giving Office Depot only 3stars due the rudeness of an employee!!! If I am standing in line for 3+minutes it’s not appropriate to tell me «I’m closed she can help you!!!» Mean while she had just admonished a coworker in front of customers! That’s totally uncalled for, and totally unprofessional! If you have to speak to a coworker about an issue it should be done privately! Not in front of CUSTOMERS!!! I highly commend EMPLOYEE# 324977 for keeping her cool! Me I probably would’ve lost my job! I will be doing the survey!!! I give the cashier who assisted me *****!!!

I was shopping around for new office chairs and I figured why not check out my local office supply store. I found a few chairs that I really liked and saw that my closest location had them in stock, so I decided to go and make a purchase. After I arrived I grabbed a little stock-paper from the chair and started looking for an employee, unfortunately I had no luck. I walked back to the front of the store, since the furniture section is at the very back, and waited in line to be helped, only 1 customer ahead of me. I handed the gentleman the paper and he radioed, to the back(I guess), to have my item brought to the front. We waited a moment and he told me it would be a few minutes. How could they look for a chair when he didn’t even tell them the color? It comes in two different ones. He gets a response and again, no luck. They don’t have the chair available. I was actually interested in purchasing two but I figured I would get one here and the other from a different location. Somehow the inventory was off. I get it, I work I customer service, it happens. The next part is where I got pretty ticked… I went to my car and decided to check online for another location but just for the heck of it, I decided to see if I could buy it to pick up in store. What do you know? The order goes through fine and says it’ll be ready in an hour. I wasn’t going to put my money on it and went about running errands, waiting for a phone call, an email, maybe a text message notifying me of the error and that my item wasn’t available. A little after the hour mark I received the email to let me know that the order was ready. Of course, instead of wasting my time driving over there again, to be told they don’t have it and they screwed up, I decided to call. The gentleman that promptly answered the phone went ahead and double-checked my order. Guess what?! My chair magically appeared! I explained my disappointing experience today regarding the service I previously received and the employee said, «I apologize ma’am» with a long, drawn out, awkward silence. Totally unacceptable, I could hear him rolling his eyes over the phone… he couldn’t have cared less and his apology wasn’t even sincere. I asked him to go ahead and cancel my order, he said okay and hung up without a wasted second. No effort was made to explain the situation or even offer any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. Maybe he didn’t even go look. In customer service, a little sincerity, empathy, and compensation go a long way. I was looking forward to making my purchase of multiple chairs(we all know a good office chair isn’t cheap, much less two!). I’m totally disappointed with the service I received and honestly, I will never shop there again. It’s too hot in Vegas to go driving around, store to store, because someone else doesn’t want to do their job. I hope someone from the store actually reads this and looks into the poor service at this location.

Your customer service sucks! You have only one customer standing that the mail center and three employees. My husband and I stood there for a few minutes and when I walked over two the two that looked like they were playing on the computer and asked for help I got a «for what» instead of sure it would be my pleasure! I have a simple box to mail but because you put the free post office supplies behind the counter I have to ask for assistance. No wonder your store had few customers… when you are treated like that the customers will go other places!

I wish I could give zero stars. I came in the night before to get a large sign laminated. After paying for it, cashier tells me that they need to reload the laminator, and they will have my sign ready tomorrow at 10 am. She takes my phone number and I leave, come back at 10:15 next day and it’s not ready. The person helping me, Courtney, says the laminator needs to be cleaned and it will take 20 minutes. Fine, I’ll wait. She starts cleaning it, and then stops in the middle to help other people. After 15 minutes of helping other people, I ask her why is she letting other people go before me, and she asks me if I could get it laminated at another Office Depot. I start getting mad and asking her again why she’s letting other people in front of me, and another employee helps to clean out the laminator while«Courtney» helps other customers. I’m not angry that the laminator needed to be cleaned, or that I had to wait… What really pisses me off is how the girl helping me would unapologetically stop helping me to help other people who came after me, thus, making me wait longer. Right now it’s noon and I’ve been here for about two hours, all for a lamination job. What’s the point of taking my phone number if you’re not going to contact me when there’s a problem? Oh, and after two hours of waiting, she finally gets it laminated and just slams it onto the counter and says«there you go» and walks off. To the employees of Office Depot: when I die, please come to my funeral, so that you could let me down one last time. **drops mic**

Not only are they SLOW, but expensive! 50 copies cost me almost $ 30! When I place an order on line I don’t expect to wait up to :20 to pick up my order(when there is no one else waiting).

I decided to stop in here because I was looking for a wireless mouse and keyboard. I thought they would have a decent selection. I found a Logitech set up for $ 79 and purchased it. Then I drove over to Best Buy to buy an Anchorman 2DVD, and checked the keyboard/mouse set up. This same one was on sale for $ 59. I returned to Office Depot with a price tag photo from BB and asked if they would honor the lower price. No issues, no problems, done in 3 minutes. Helpful staff, friendly.

Staff is very friendly and polite.(best in the west shopping center) Not shure why people think prices are high, when I was there they had on a 75% off chairs so normally a high end leather desk chair that cost somewhere $ 300 I got for 2 something also a desk for 69 $ !! plus tax I can’t argue with those prices for new for that matter. There is no delivery charge to my area however if I want it assembled it would of cost an extra $ 60.00 and I am shure prices change. But overall very happy greeted when I came in the door and staff new what to do. Will be back for those inquiring on price it ranges from moderate to pricey on items however thats every where if you want something more affordable I suggest craiglist.

The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away! Alexis was very kind in helping me locate legal pads and blank CDs. Went to pay and was again greeted w/a smile by Christina! She was funny and welcoming to talk to. Will for sure come back. Hope their manager sees this ;)

I find the prices high. But on this visit I was in an out in a matter of minutes, because for once they had what I needed: small corrugated mailing boxes. A clerk asked if he could help as soon as I walked in. He directed me to the right aisle, and voila — there were my boxes. They cost too much, but hey, I needed them, so I was captive. Boo for the prices, Yay for the customer service.

Was shopping for folders, a folder box, and a binder. I was shocked to see how expensive office supplies were…$ 10.99 for 100 manila folders, $ 9.99 for a box, and $ 8.99 for a 1 ½″ binder! Damn! Despite my perception of high prices, it was a pleasant shopping experience. The store is well organized and I found what I was looking for within minutes & without assistance. The checkout process was smooth and easy. Will I return? Only if I have to.

The staff here is great so I wanted to write up a quick bitty shoutout to CeeCee, Elijah and Sam. They have good customer service, but also are funny and don’t take themselves so seriously which to me is a great thing. I don’t know what does it with office supply stores but most places seem to have staff that hate their life and really don’t care. I have a Office Depot literally the next stoplight down from our house, but we went to this one by mom in laws and rolled with it since the staff here is so much nicer. So kudos for still having your character and sanity. Hahaha. In seriousness, I prefer going to places that have friendly staff… not enough places with a personal, «mom and pop» approach so kudos for bringing that to a corporate chain. We got two L shaped frosted glass to make our giant U shaped computer and music mecca on sale and the two come under $ 200. That’s cheaper than most desks and we got TWO desks at that price! What a deal. We’re happy campers.
