Oakley Store

Hands down the BEST Oakley store in Las Vegas. Very friendly and knowledgable staff. I highly recommend.

Came in to replace my nose guards on my plaintiff squared pair of oakleys. Didn’t catch the reps name that helped us but I got the impression he was the manager he was very friendly and personable. Next time I’m in town I’ll definitely stop by and shop for my next pair of sunglasses.

If you’ve read my prior retail reviews you know I hate shopping. (No, I really do!) Walked in here on a mission… to find the sunglasses I saw at my eye doctors office, Optic Gallery, in a different color than what I could get there. I was glad to be met by Steve immediately upon entry.
I showed him the pic I had of the pair I was interested in & he immediately knew which ones they were. My hesitation in ordering them from Optic Gallery was I wasn’t sure of the fit OR gold colored frames they had. I wanted to see other color options. L O N G shopping/​flirting/​browsing story short I ended up purchasing the sunglasses in a polarized, rose gold colored frame. I love them!
Steve was cool. Not only was he knowledgeable in the product, he answered the questions boyfriends won’t: how do they look? What do you think. Ladies, you know. Lol… i went through every pair & color combo of sunglasses in this store & ended up with the ones I initially wanted, in a more flattering color.
I rarely have a need to go to the Oakley store but the one time I did, it paid off. So glad I did. Hopefully the next time I go in he’ll be there, even if its not for a few years.

I have wanted Oakley glasses for years, but I couldn’t commit to the price. Bobbie Jo was the perfect person to walk me through the customization and selection process. Since my face is small, she recommended the children’s Quarter Jacket model that was PERFECT. I would have never thought to consider kids’ sizes. If you want eyewear, a fun experience, and great advice, ask for Bobbie Jo!

My fiancé went to this location because my fiancé was looking for his GasCans. Instead of looking around like we usually do, we went to the pretty blonde store manager on duty anf asked if they had any nonpolarized sunglasses. She ignored us for the first couple of minutes, ending the conversation with the sales associate. She looked at us as if we had just broken something and replied with an attitude. We left not saying anything, and we won’t be going back to this location. And needless to say we found the style sunglasses he wanted, at a different store.

Love love love this store! Not bc Oakley happens to be our favorite brand but the employees there are awesome! They were extremely helpful, patient, and very friendly! They had everything I wanted and if it wasn’t on the floor they would check their back to make sure ! Great shopping experience by far and they even have my kiddos candy so I could shop in peace! Definitely going back. When I am in Vegas again!

The joys of new puppies… I have a pair of wire frame Oakleys that I have had for many years, which the puppy decided would make a good chew toy. The frame was tweaked pretty bad, but not so bad that they did not seem repairable.
Having a chance to make it down to the Oakley store, I brought them with me and asked if there was a possibility of them being repairable, and where would I need to send them. The friendly sales girl took the frames and lenses, went behind the counter, and while we talked with one of the sales guys, she fixed them to about 95% of perfect. I am extremely happy with 95% perfect, as they still sit on my face level, the only problem is when they are folded.
Talking about another pair of glasses for running, they were patient, mixing and matching lens and frame combinations, to find the perfect pair for me. My previous visit to the Oakley store in Fashion Show came with complimentary hard selling. Town Square’s Oakley store employees were personable, friendly and no pressure.

This location is great. Always stop in when I’m in town. Huge selection and great customer service… music isn’t that bad either

Went in to exchange my Holbrook lenses that aren’t polarized for ones that are polarized for an extra $ 30. They wouldn’t accept the lenses even though they were purchased 4 days ago! I’m not going to do business with these people if they’re going to continue with these kinds of practices. Please take your business elsewhere so you won’t have to deal with these greedy bastards.

I went to the Oakley store to try on some sunglasses. I wasn’t planning to buy anything from there as I am able to order them for cheaper elsewhere. The saleslady was very patient and let me browse around without being a pushy salesperson.
