Established in 2012.

NVpcfix is the product of two individuals who envisioned starting a unique, high quality business built on superior customer service and affordable computer repair. With more than 16 years in the technologies industries, one possesses an IT Background and the other a business background. Both had become frustrated with the lack of support for home PC’s available to the Public. Moving from Seattle to Las Vegas was a natural progression to open their own business.

Together they make an unbeatable team offering mobile and online home pc support, training, virus removal, small business networking support and maintenance. Our store is stocked with the best value and latest in computers and accessores.

We do not seek to merely expand our business volume, rather to communicate to our customers, that we understand their needs and what their expectations are. Our prosperity as a company is directly linked to our understanding of our service and the value it brings to our customers’ need.

I came in with my old pc tower and due to being old and out dated, I had I believe his name was atool and a lady named Michele help me get a newer faster computer.
Very fair prices and honesty above all! I went over my budget, but that’s on me, because I enjoy gaming. They built my new tower and went over all of my questions and concerns.
I would highly recommend the company to anyone needing help.
I can’t stress it enough honesty and they have it.
Also reading some of the negative reviews is kinda funny cause as an Officer, schedules change and something can always be worked out if you need something right away or a discount.
This company at least tries to go above the standard from what I’ve personally dealt with from other companies.
They are diligent and knowledgable!

Use this company a few times in the past and had them even build a supercomputer from my office. I stopped in and saw them and made an appointment for the following week to drop off one of my computers for a check up. I was called out of town and wasn’t able to make the appointment. A few months later I brought in one of our PCs to have it looked at and they wanted to charge me $ 85 service charge for the appointment I missed before they would work on my computer that I just brought in. I wouldn’t call this a neighborhood friendly practice.

Excellent experience! Went to many other stores and was disappointed with all of them before I came here. Very clean and professional store. Atul and Michelle take a lot of pride in their business and it shows. They built me an excellent machine based on my needs and didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need. AS a matter of fact, Atul talked me out of a more expensive process as it was not appropriate for my application. Overall excellent and will use and refer them again!

Absolutely wonderful customer service and knowledgeable staff. Atul is always patient and helpful with my ceaseless questions, and Michelle is always friendly and accommodating.

Dropped off laptop at 11:30am before the end of the day they advised me what was wrong and I moved forward with the repair. I had great service and no issues, I Highly recommend NVpcfix Computers

I am extremely pleased with Michelle and Atul’s work! My laptop screen was shattered. My husband and I took it in late Friday afternoon right before closing time. We expected to have to order the part and pay an exuberant amount of money for the repair. Michelle let us know that they had the part on hand and that it would be fixed and ready before close of business on Saturday. Before noon on Saturday Michelle called me to inform me that the repair was done and I could pick it up. The cost of repair was incredibly affordable and they removed programs for me that were actual viruses at no extra charge. My husband and I really like the owners as well as the service they provided. I will refer all our military friends and family to them for repairs or for purchasing new computers and accessories.
Thank you both for all your help! It was a pleasure doing business with you! It was also a blessing to meet a couple from the the northwest. It’s so hard to find a business with people that actually know what they are doing and have personalities of people that I could see being friends with!

Brought in my computer for an inspection as it was running very slowly; selected the 2 days turnaround time which would fall on a Saturday.
Saturday afternoon comes around, no call, no email, nothing. I come back around 4pm since they close at 5pm and are closed on Sundays as I needed my computer back. It felt like Michelle (owner) was really bothered that I actually expected my computer back on time and not 2 days later on Monday.
Level of tech knowledge was also deficient… the tech though the firefox add-​on NoScript was a virus… so yeah, not great. I won’t go back

I was impressed even before I spoke with Michelle about my own laptop. I observed how she was counseling another customer about his options, and could tell right away that she was extremely knowledgeable and was helping him decide what course to take. When my turn came, I received the same expert and friendly treatment. We weighed the pros and cons of fixing my current (4 year old) laptop or buying a new one. Michelle and Atul both participated, and they did not pressure me whatsoever to buy a new laptop. However, that’s what I decided to do, and I didn’t even consider shopping around to save a few bucks. I wanted to buy from NVpcfix because I knew they would take care of me over the long run — and it was a great price anyway! I followed their recommendation to install a solid state hard drive which is lightning fast. They even transferred my files and bookmarks AND delivered it to me at a local restaurant where I had a prior engagement to meet some friends. How’s that for service?!

I had an appointment scheduled at 9AM and at 9:30 I was informed that the tech couldn’t make it until 11AM. I called back at 11:15 and was told the tech wasn’t going to make it until around 12:30. I decided to go elsewhere for my repair as I work until 2AM and woke up early to be ready for the tech to show up. Nothing more rude then not keeping an appointment

After 15 years of using a Mac, I finally got a virus attempting to download Google Chrome. I reached out on the Internet to find a reputable service center to take my Mac. After some research I decided to take my computer to NVPCFIX.
These people are great. Were very knowledgable, service oriented and did a great job removing the virus. My computer is back running at 100%. I highly recommend them.

Took my HP laptop in because I thought it was next to death and they suggested several options. I elected for a new hard drive. They told me 3 days. Called me 4 hours later and told me it was done. It runs better now than when I purchased it. Saved me lots of $$$$$$ versus buying a new laptop. Thanx guys!!!

Being a local in Vegas it’s hard to find a PC shop in Vegas that knows what their are doing. I have been to numerous locations in Vegas in hopes to find the right shop.
NVPCfix is hands down THE BEST SHOP you will find. Michelle and Atul run this place with Extraordinary customer service and warm smiles! Their turn around time is quick and the prices are fair. I brought my gamer PC in hopes to find the correct LED fan to match my cool blue lights that I already have. They had it and for a great price! They even installed it for me before leaving. WOW
Next time I brought in my daily use PC that had a virus on it that needed to be removed and the MIchelle and Atul took care of it no problem!
I will definitely recommend NVPCfix to ANYONE.

I brought a laptop in for a diagnostic check because it was slowwwwwww!!!
Michelle was able to explain the problems with the laptop and provide a solution. She also explained it in layman’s terms to not be confusing. Michelle and Atul are very knowledgeable. So now the laptop is working faster and better than it ever did when it was new. This saved us from having to buy another lap top$$$$

Quick, easy, efficient. I was really satisfied with my experience.
Had a laptop with a cracked & bleeding LED display and now it looks fantastic! We also have another computer there (tower that would not boot properly) and they are telling us it will be same-​day pickup. How awesome is that?
