Krav Maga is the nation’s leading self-​defense system, known for its simple, yet brutally effective counter-​attacks & techniques. Originally developed for the Israeli military, it is now the official hand-​to-​hand system for countless law enforcement agencies, & special operations teams all over the world.

Training in Krav Maga develops cardiovascular endurance, explosive strength, and confidence. You WILL get in better shape, while learning practical self-​defense skills. Just as importantly, our training method will teach you to function during the extreme stress and shock that will likely occur if a violent encounter happens to you.

Fantastic new Krav Maga location! Great workout with life skills to protect yourself and loved ones. I have not worked out in years and was nervous to join but after one class I can honestly say it was great and I felt comfortable, sure they push you but in a way that motivates you and nothing else. Keep up the great work!

I am so happy to have found Nomad Krav Maga, on Warm Springs and Rainbow. Out of the 3 Free classes they offer, all i needed was 1 to know at the right training center. Not only do you get to learn great Self Defense skills but you get a great workout. Shannon and Cynthia run a great school. It’s very professional but fun. I look forward to every training session.

Finally found a great gym that teaches Krav Maga. Shannon is a really informative and helpful instructor. He teaches great techniques and is open to questions.
Not only do you learn self defense, but you get a really good workout from it. He has you warm up first with some light cardio (jog, jumping jacks, push ups, etc) and then immediately goes straight to the self defense moves. Every day is different. Sometimes you work on your knees and kicks, others you work on your arms for punches. There are also times where he does a weapons seminar and teaches you how to defend yourself when someone has a knife or gun pointed towards you. Really great class for anyone wanting to learn self defense from realistic attacks.
