Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace

Every year, my sweet heart and I stay here for my birthday. The rooms are always clean, the beds are surprisingly soft for a hotel room and the style is so adorable. This is always our top location to stay and eat.

Terribly run establishment. Management is VERY POOR. Expect extremely poor service and food poisoning if you want to visit This fine establishment. Extremely unprofessional. Run by monkeys.
Not only our room was not ready in a timely manner, but the front desk person was rude about it. Then the room was still not ready by 6 pm! And the monkey for a manager had the nerve to tell me it’s MY FAULT because they called me 8 times. Let me tell you something you idiot, I prepaid for services (namely your room) in advance. You’re stupid ass OWES ME MY SERVICE OR MY MONEY BACK. Thats the law not my opinion. Are you serious? MY FAULT!!! Hey stupid, I came to Vegas to do other things besides stay at your hotel, cuz apparently you’re hotel is so special it’s an attraction now.
Advice nobu,
Hire competent management.
And to the manager of nobu, hospitality is clearly not your suite. That’s okay, we all have to look sometimes to find what we’re good at. Clearly you’re terrible at managing a hotel and I suggest you find another industry other than hospitality. Hospice and assisted living are sister industries and would be an easy transition, just a thought.

I love Nobu and followed him everywhere because his attention to details and great service. But this time I can bet he was no where close to the hotel the weekend I was there… service was a total mess.
Room service good was ok most of the food arrive cold.
The bed and pillows amazing the bathroom is the best part of the room, very spacious and with a Japanese feel to it.
Don’t even want to start with how bad reception is, one person in a very small space trying to do it all. I am really hopping the rest of the Nobu hotels are better and that this is just Vegas …

This is my second stay in the Nobu tower. My first stay here was good. This time, however, it was, and still is a nightmare. I was booked under a diamond folio credit and a spa/​dining credit. Upon arrival I asked if all of my offers appeared on my account. After going to the total rewards desk to ask where I can use my spa/​dining credit, I was told that I did not have that offer on my registration. I waited in the line for 30 minutes only to have to go back to the front desk. The front desk said that there wasn’t a spa/​dining offer on my room. Finally, an onsite host contacted me to resolve the issue. He told me it would be taken care of and I would receive a confirmation call from him, which I did. I returned to the front desk to confirm and then waited in the total rewards line for another 30 minutes. The TR desk said they still didn’t see it so I went to see the onsite host. He told me that I should just charge the bill to the room and it would be taken care of upon checkout. When I checked out this morning there was still an outstanding balance on my account. The front desk said that they would contact the host to get it resolved. Here it is 12 hours and 3 phone calls after checking out and I still have not received an email of my folio showing a $ 0 balance. On top of this, when I went to Ruth’s Chris to use my dining credit, the restaurant told me I didn’t have a CC on file on my hotel. First of all, I have a CC on file on my TR account for making reservations. Second of all, when you check into a hotel you ALWAYS have to swipe a CC to keep on file for any room charged, incidentals, etc. Very disappointed with this experience and even contemplating switching rewards program to a new hotel.

entspannt & gut essen in der ganzen hektik. allerdings is der preis ordentlich, dessen ist man sich in der regel vorher bewusst weil hier scheinbar ohne reservierung nix läuft.

das publikum eher schick. das ambiente auch.
die akustik hervorragend.
der chilenische seebarsch war ein absoluter volltreffer, selten so einen guten fisch gegessen.
die misosuppe war okay.
das tunasashimi new style war auch extrem lecker.
würde ich jederzeit wieder essen aber diesmal vorher reservieren

Tidy technologically advanced chic rooms with traditionally inspired Chinese décor. What does this mean exactly? I don’t know… I wish I was a wordsmith.
Booked a room here last second on their website. Had some issue where it wasn’t accepting my credit card so I ended up showing up without a reservation. Didn’t have an issue once I surprised them in person. 10 minutes and I had my keycard ready to go.
Pros
— Keycard required to get in the elevator. Keeping the riff raff and «companions» out.
— Well stocked mini-​bar and mini-​mart in every room. Cut yourserlf with your mini-​greygoose bottle? They have a trauma kit in there for you. Realize that your date might be a dry old «companion» and you need a couple of condoms and lube? Got you. Need HDMI cables? Got you there too.
— Really cool looking bathroom. The sink was deep enough to bathe 2 babies in. Makes me wish I had 2 babies to stuff in there.
— Lets get back to the elevator. I wish I could’ve had the elevator as a room. Coolest elevator I’ve ever been in.
Cons
— Keycard required to get into the elevator. As if figuring out how to open the door to the room wasn’t hard enough?
— Well stocked mini-​bar and mini-​mart in every room. It’s a trap, don’t pull anything out of its slot. Cheapest item is like $ 20. I didn’t actually purchase anything but it was pretty fun going through and figuring out what was what.
— Really cool looking bathroom isn’t exactly the most functional. Water everywhere.
— The view. I had a great view of AC units and curtains.
Somwhere in the $ 2xx range during my stay wasn’t bad. Complimentary valet included. «VIP» access to the cesars club is part of the deal too — unfortunately this just means you get to skip the line, you still have to pay. Not being the gambling type I didn’t make use of the fact that it was part of a casino. Nice place to spend a night though. I’d definitely recommend the «Absinthe» show if you’re looking for something to do.

Well where to start.
Checked in — received a room looking into the internal courtyard. A wall blocking it most light was about 20 feet from the window.
Complained got a new room.
Wife took shower and washed hair — hairdryer did not work. Called to get a new one. 20 min later called again. 20 min later called again. 20 min later called again. Meanwhile late for dinner. Hair drier never came.
Tried booking dinner at Nabu — supposed to have priority. No dinner.
Came back next day at 6pm no one cleaned the room.
Finally on the morning when we were leaving tried order room service breakfast. Spent 30 min trying to get to operator or anyone no one picked up. No breakfast before flight.
Never stay here.

Second time not a charm. They put us in a room right above the club and you can feel the music through the floors. Worst hotel planning ever! Why not put the gym in this location instead of rooms. They moved us but it was a smaller room with an odor. Think we’re gonna be moving back to the Mandarin Oriental.

Incredibly cushy beds, a cool Japanese theme, giant bathrooms with rock waterfall showers, nice views of the Strip, easy access to pools and the casino, and comfy robes that you can throw over your swimsuit and wear downstairs (if you’re daring enough to walk through Caesar’s in a robe)? Nobu rocks.
My friend and I crashed in Nobu’s huge, luxurious rooms during a conference at Caesar’s recently. I booked the cheapest room in Caesar’s I could find, so I expected lackluster accommodations. Not the case. Nobu far outstripped my expectations, and I actually think the room was worth the price (not something you would often hear from me remarking on a more than $ 200/​night room).
If you’re coming in for a conference and want a slightly unique venue, check Nobu out!

Really enjoyed my stay. Close to several solid restaurants. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Free water on 72.

Overall the experience was very mediocre. Not nearly as good as Cosmo or Aria in my opinion. No 24 hr room service from Nobu even though they advertise that as their main amenity, simple things like laundry were messed up. Fast exclusive check in was nice, room was decent, bed was nice. Restaurant was fantastic but will skip the hotel next time…

Great waitress & love that they can make so many dishes vegan & gluten free. One of the few restaurants I’ve been to where server asked before taking order if there were any food allergies at the table. Green tea was a bit weak & kept separating but food was very good & service was excellent as each dish was described when served.

Great hotel for the money. They just added a gym on the 2^nd floor which is convenient and high quality.
This is the second time I have stayed at the Nobu Hotel. Overall, the hotel is much much better than the average Room at Caesars. However, the service was not as outstanding as my first stay. The house-​keeping service was still good, but the first time I stayed (3 years ago), it was amazing (tea, turn down service, cookies).
The concierge service was very good. They were very helpful and helped me get good show tickets.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had in Vegas. I usually stay at the palazzo and decided to try out Nobu because my wife had an business event at Caesars. I checked in and asked the desk clerk if the room had a good view and she stated it did. The view was of the other tower and the a/​c units. The room was well appointed but very small. Since we had to transfer to Caesars the following night I thought it would be easy… Not so. I had to check out of Nobu and pay a fee to check in early at Caesars which is in the same building. The baggage valet took 40 mins to get to the room and then stated he could not take my bags to Caesars which was closer that my car because of the unions contract. So my wife and I just hauled all our bags through the middle of the hotel. So much for a vacation experience at a supposed luxury hotel. Do not stay here!

Honestly, the Nobu Hotel at CP is nothing special. It’s no different from any other high end hotel on the Strip.
But what stands out is the customer service. Being a boutique hotels helps in that the associates are able to help out it’s patrons and not be snooty about it.
We had originally booked a room to stay at the Flamingo, after an 8 hour drive from the Bay Area. Turns out, the comp room sucked so bad that I started to wheeze my lungs out within 10 mins of entering the room. We had to cancel our reservation at the Flamingo and look at our other available options close by. Turns out, Nobu was the only one within a reasonable price. And so, we lugged our luggage and headed across. (We somehow always manage to end up at Caesars Palace!)
The husband made a reservation and we walked in within 20 mins of it. They didn’t have very many rooms available, let alone rooms with a view. Front desk was kind enough to bump us up and give us a room on one of the top floors and turns out, it was one of the bigger rooms! No view, but thats okay. WIN!
We walked in and I was pleasantly surprised by the standards exhibited in the room. Clean lines and minimalism in the décor, very zen, clean room and bedding, very well equipped with the toiletry fluff and towels and such. Apparently they offer a tea upon welcoming you, but we weren’t offered that since we checked in very late and they were apologetic about it.
We were also informed that we had access to all of CP’s top facilities, including the gym and their massive pools (which we didn’t use). We were also told that Nobu guests had their own entrance line for Omnia, which we wanted to check out and did so. Turns out, it is true! Perks of staying at Nobu indeed. Nobu also serves its patrons breakfast within the hotel. I really liked having to use our key card to enter the elevator and not pressing those stupid buttons. Reminded me of the Aria in some ways. Didn’t think Nobu was at the same level, if not higher!
They provide high end bath products to the patrons. Normally, I carry my own stuff because I am very picky about what I slather on my body. But the Natura Blisse products are phenomenal. I mean, it’s Nature Blisse, hello!!!
We ordered coffee via room service while we stayed at Nobu. And it was delivered both times within 10 – 20 mins of placing the order. I ordered for 2 coffees and they sent coffee worth 6 cups each time! Loved the presentation too. They do already add gratuity to room service.
The cleaning crew would clean your room up twice a day, once in the morning and once at night and leave behind breakfast menu’s for the next morning and a lavender mist, for you to spray on your bedding and sleep well.
And speaking of service, tipping the room cleaning staff goes a LONG way. And I really mean it! You come back to a spanking clean room and many complimentary items. :)(PSA alert: You might want to do this at any hotel actually. The cleaning crews don’t get paid much and well, they clean up after you.)
We dropped our bags with the concierge on checking out and it was a breeze. We were able to pick them up without any hassles as well.
We will definitely be staying at the hotel going forward.

I booked the Nobu hotel for Thanksgiving. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at in three years outside of the Intercontinental hotel group. I admit, I am a hotel snob, I expect a lot when we stay at hotels of a certain caliber.
Nobu met most of my expectations. Nobu is a hotel inside Caesars Palace (yes, a hotel inside a hotel). We arrived at Caesars around 1:30pm Thanksgiving day and the line to valet was a mile long. In fact the valet line specific to Nobu said closed so we turned around and got into another valet line. Upon getting up to an attendant we were told that the first line we were in was actually the correct one and that even if the sign said full they would take us because we were Nobu guests (and not just Caesars guests, I guess?).
Anyway, after all that, check-​in was an absolute breeze. When we entered Caesars there was a massive line of people with their luggage at the the check-​in counter. As a guest at Nobu you check-​in at the concierge floor at the Nobu. Remember, it’s about 1:30pm and we got to check-​in to our room immediately.
I asked that hot tea be sent up to our room since I had a cough. They sent it up almost immediately. Also, our bags were sent up from valet almost immediately. I think you get the picture. Everything at Nobu is fast.
The décor is very zen minimalist. I love how exclusive Nobu feels. They have unlimited water bottles, fruit, tea and coffee available at the concierge floor. Also, their bath products are Natura Bisse. They sells the brand Barneys, hello! :)
My favorite part of our stay at Nobu was the breakfast. We chose our breakfast items the night before from the menu they provided at turn down. The Nobu hotel is the only place you can get a Nobu breakfast. It was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. My one regret is that we didn’t do room service that night, because the menu looked equally good. I guess, we’ll have to visit again soon!
What’s also cool about staying in a hotel within a hotel is that we had access to Caesars’ legendary pool (well, pools, there’s about four of them). We were pleasantly surprised to find that one of the pools was heated. And not just a luke warm temperature. It was verging on hot. Keep in mind that this is late November so it’s pretty cold out. I remember thinking as we were swimming, if this doesn’t justify a five star review, then I don’t know what does.
On the day we were checking out, they offered to store our bags if we weren’t ready to leave Vegas at that moment. Also, I had forgotten the slippers the hotel provided so the front desk kindly requested a brand new pair be brought down for my husband and I. Top notch service! We will return.

I’ve been going to Vegas and staying at various properties there for more than thirty years. I’ve always wanted to stay at Caesar’s but, for some unknown reason, never have. So I was excited to hear that a company function would be held at Caesar’s and even better, at the Nobu boutique hotel within Caesar’s.
Checking in was the first hurdle. Arriving early is never a good idea in Vegas and Nobu handled it no better than any other property I’ve ever stayed at. Telling me that my room was not ready yet but implying it might be ready in a couple hours, I imposed on a comrade who did manage to get a room early. After a couple of hours I checked in with the front desk, no, the room was still not ready even though most of my party had managed to already check in early already. After another hour and another discussion with the front desk again, where I was told that a specific room was being held for me because of the view but then told «Nobu is not a property known for its views», I just told the desk clerk that I wanted the next available room since we were quickly approaching the time of normal check in and the time when I would start need to be preparing for our evening events.
The rooms are nice, but indentical. There is no personality to one room versus the other. The art is the same. Only the layout differs. The closets are not deep enough while the bathrooms are large and spacious. I’d have given up a few square feet of wasted bathroom vanity space for a closet that would actually hold my suitcase.
The beds were wonderful. Soft and and comfortable with nice linen and pillows.
There is no desk in a Nobu room. Be prepared to get a bad back ache if you have to work.
The other furniture is nice. The rooms aren’t huge. This is an old tower in Caesar’s that’s been remodeled.
The baths are nice. Most, not all, have huge, open walk in showers featuring some Japanese style amenities. I enjoyed this feature most of all.
The views, they don’t exist. Mostly. This old tower has been blocked by new construction and only one or two rooms on each floor have any kind of stip view. As far as I can tell, there is no mountain view, which is a shame but unavoidable.
The phone is my room was inoperative during my two night stay. I reported it upon check in, by calling the front desk, through the Caesar’s system and then got transferred to the Nobu desk, on my personal cell. The iron in the room was also not working which just about gave me a bad cardiac event. I waited in my room for a replacement which took too much time (about fifteen minutes) so I just went to the front desk and got one there. When I got back to the room, the replacement was there.
I was shocked to see dirty and stained carpet in the common areas and in some of the rooms (at one point or another most of us in our group of nine visited the others in their rooms and of course, we check them out), I was shocked to see what was clearly an iron burn mark on a coffee table (or desk) in the room. Water stained furniture. Damaged and rusty metal in the bathroom. The hotel was, for lack of a more articulate way of putting it, beat.
The «72“nd floor has a conference room, gym and some water. It’s nice but pretty pedestrian. The conference room is actually convient and a nice addition.
All in all, Nobu was a disappointment. Maybe I expected too much. Maybe they are, as I remarked to one colleague on our trip, a two and half star hotel dressed up and pretending to be a four star property. I do know that some of the desk staff could be much more friendly and attentive. I do know that the property should be beter maintained and that repair requests should be dealth with better than they did. I’m not saying my stay was bad. I am saying it wasn’t what I expected of a «better» property and I’ve stayed at my share of those. Should you stay at Nobu? In general, if you’re going to drop a couple hundred bucks or more a night on a room in Vegas, unless the rates are jacked because of an event, I think you can do better than Nobu. I hope they step their game and the next time I am there, they are better. I would be delighted to report that

5 star hotel gets a 3 ½ star Unilocal review. I originally booked a 2-night’s stay with Caesar’s Palace and was offered an upgrade to Nobu. Of course I said YES!
Nobu Hotel is state of the art chic. To gain access to the room, you need to bring your key to the reader, and then select the floor you want. The screen will tell you which elevator door to wait at, which will automatically take you to the requested floor.
My room was 7619, but it wasn’t the 76^th floor. Nobu isn’t that tall of a hotel, so this is actually the 6^th floor of this tower. Upon walking in, we found the adjoining room’s door open, and thought our room continued on. It wasn’t! It was a housekeeping error, as the door led to another suite… an OCCUPIED suite… and there was clothing tossed on the sitting room sofa! EEEK… What did we walk into? Quickly, we found houskeeping outside our room, and they nonchalantly closed the adjoining door and said «oops»
Meanwhile, our standard size king bedroom was pretty large and spacious. It had a king size bed, a large big screen tv, plenty of storage with the armoire, and a sitting area. The décor was Asian inspired, which included a dragon motif mural, Asian artwork, and even Japanese slippers in the armoire.
The bathroom was very spacious, and had a vanity area, his/​her bathrobes, a scale, a steam shower, and plenty of fluffy towels. In addition to a magnificent toiletry selection which included not just the typical shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion, there was also a shaving kit, toothbrush/​toothpaste, make up remover, night cream, and a vanity kit which had cotton swabs, q-​tips, emery board, cuticle stick, shower cap, and micro cloth.
Turndown service was phenominal! Housekeeping would come by around 9:00 pm to turn down our room. In addition to turning down our bed, she would lay out slippers by the bed, put a bottle of water on the nightstand, and a lavender mist spray. Also, she would turn on the Nobu turndown channel, which played soothing music and spa images on the screen, and placed the weather forecast on the pillow. In addition, the bathroom was tidied, towels refreshed, and trashcans cleaned.
After all this glowing praise on how great Nobu is, why would I say that I’m going to give this place 3 — stars?
Aside from the oops by housekeeping, 2 stars taken away for poor Guest services response time.
Apparently, all guests are to receive a «welcome tea». I read multiple Unilocal reviews that they received hot or cold green teas and a traditional Japanese seaweed cracker. At first I thought I was not entitled to it because I was an upgrade from Caesar’s Palace. The front desk assured me it was not the case, and at 6:00 pm said she would send someone up to give me my welcome tea. I also told her that my floor lamp was broken, and she said she’ll send someone to fix it.
So, 2 hours went by and no tea or fixed lamp. The room was very dark with 2 lamps on the night stand, and I was surprised that there was not that much lighting in such a large room. Finally, I called again, and this time the front desk was able to send engineering up to fix my lamp, but still no tea. At 9:00 pm, I told the front desk about the tea. Luke, the manager said when we come back from dinner, he’ll make it up to us.
We finally got our tea at 12:42 am.
It wasn’t really about the tea, but the fact that other Unilocalers said that its part of our welcome. Many Unilocalers who gave their reviews low stars apparently didn’t get their Welcome Tea, and so I decided to make sure I got something that I was entitled to… the Welcome Tea. Apparently if they didn’t offer to you right away, you will never get it.
Would I stay here again? Sure, but I am aware that the response time for guest services is not that of a 5 star hotel.

I love this hotel!!! I had an awesome view of the «Eiffel Tower.» The shower was just a dream and there were robes for us to use hanging everywhere! I love the slippers so much I brought them home! Our room was very swanky and I hated leaving!!!

I’m not a gambler, but I love to go to Las Vegas for the food, entertainment and for the stay in a luxury hotel. Not any hotel though. We have tried many and Nobu hits high marks with me.
First, Nobu is intimate, yet it part of the larger Caesars Palace. You have amenities nearby, but you also have an opportunity to get away from it all when you wish! Second, it has a delicious sushi restaurant of the same name attached, so you don’t have to go far if this is the reason you came! Third, who doesn’t want to stay in a restaurant that is co-​owned by Robert DeNiro? Well, all I can say is that it’s well-​designed and appointed and nicely tucked away from the rest of the massive Caesars complex.
My favorite parts of the room included the exotic welcome fruit and tea, the huge sink bowls in the bathrooms (great for bathing your twins… if you have twins) and the relaxation channel on the television!
It’s a lovely Eastern style get away in the Western designed Caesars Palace (Caesar’s is also one of my top three favorite spas in Las Vegas, as it has a snow room)!

Excellent! We stayed for a night, the staff was super friendly and helpfull.
The room was spectacular! Modern & stylish.
I will go back for sure!
