We specialize in Monthly Bookkeeping and Accounting Services, Great Plains Dynamics (through ver 2010), all modules, Quickbooks setup, Crystal Reporting of SQL and Excel data and Windows server Networking/​integration of Shared apps. History

Established in 1989.

New Data Resources formed in Atlanta, GA in 1989. While based there, NDR worked closely with non-​profit groups; helping with streamlined data entry systems, national fund raising campaigns and providing logistics and support for «robo-​calling’ efforts for these groups. Monthly Accounting services were, about ¼ of our business at that time.

In the beginning of 1994 New Data Resources had the opportunity to come to Las Vegas. Concentrating heavily on Monthly Accounting services and Network support for small and medium sized businesses.

Since that time New Data Resources has cultivated relationships with numerous customers and business partners in the Las Vegas valley. We now share our expertise with new business customers who wish to leverage/​capitalize on our experience. And business has been brisk!

Familiar with Small to Mid-​sized Business Ownership and Operations, from the Owner’s point of view. 30 years of hands-​on experience with a wide variety of computer hardware, networks and Software employed in Business Situations and for Operational needs.

Experienced with Advanced Automated Accounting Packages (Peachtree, Great Plains Dynamics and Quickbooks), Spreadsheets (Lotus 123, Excel), Web Site construction and Digital Product Catalog creation. Well versed in all Great Plains modules, (GL, SOP, POP, INV, PR, HR), through to Balance Sheet and Income Statement. Experienced with Demand Solutions DSFM and DSRP forecasting software.

Specializing in Accounting, Quick Books setup, Custom Report Writing and SQL Database management. Using Crystal Reports to manipulate, report on, and access data in formats such as SQL, MySQL, XLS, Txt, Access, DBF and CSV. Familiar with Word Processing, DOS and utility software. Additional experience with, MS Exchange Email and SQL Server.
