Great service provided by our Broker with Nevada West, Vigen. They go above and beyond the call of duty to provide the absolute best service and rates. I was referred to Vigen Khachikyan by a friend of mine for a general liability and workers compensation policy. I own an independent insurance adjuster and have a couple guys that work under my company.
I needed a general liability and workers compensation policy and all the other agents that I went too would say they will get back to me in a day and end up taking a week. Every time I had to ask a question I would get a «I’m not sure let me ask my underwriter» response and it drove me crazy.
Finally I found Vigen and he was on top of EVERYTHING! He quickly got me a quote within the time he said he would. He’s very knowledgeable and cared deeply about my business. He went the extra mile to make sure everything is accurate and that the insurance meets vendor requirements.
I was very impressed with his work ethic and would recommend EVERYONE to go to him for all business insurance stuff.

Lydia B. is the best commercial insurance broker I have found. After being cancelled by another insurance company for having to actually use my workers comp insurance Lydia found me great coverage without breaking the bank. She also found on my old liability policy that the last insurance broker had mis-​categorized my company and had I had any claims they probably would have been denied. Thank you for being so professional.
