They are still lowlife scumbags and their lawyer is a punk who is full of threats until you threaten him back than he folds like a bad hand. Do not rent from these people. They try to STEAL your deposit

The issues raised by the previous writer are very similar in substance to what I’ve experienced as a new tenant. My agent is Amy Yu and I have already suffered through cold showers, a filthy house to move into, non-​working outlets in the master bedroom, an incompleted front door paint job, no trash receptacles, and an indifferent attitude to all these issues. There is a broken utensil kitchen drawer with limited kitchen space such that the gaping hole is immediately apparent to which issue the response was don’t use the drawer. Don’t deal with this agent! To the owner of the company, get decent, responsive and ethical agents to represent you.

I wish there were ratings with negative stars. I moved into a nice house managed by these guys a year ago. Tons of problems:
— We asked them to clean the carpet before we moved in as there were ink and makeup stains in the master bed room. They said they would, but nope, the day we moved in they were the same. Had to do it myself.
–800 sq ft of white grout downstairs was literally BLACK (I spent 15 hours scrubbing it the day we moved in before I would put my furniture inside).
–Corners of the walls and floor had build up, laundry room was covered in dust, etc. Obviously not cleaned well. And they collect a non-​refundable cleaning deposit from each tenant — seems that money is going in someone’s pocket.
–Backyard was overgrown and full of black widows and cockroaches. They did get someone to come spray for bugs, but I feel like they should have done that before I moved in (?) Seems there was a little clause in my lease saying the landscaping is my problem, so I couldn’t get them to fix that…
–Then, turns out the prior tenant defaulted on his payments so the gas company locked up the gas lines and it took them 4 days to turn it back on because they had to do a «background check» on me to make sure I wasn’t that tenant! OF COURSE, no one at NV Real Estate told me about this — I could have taken care of it before I showed up and avoided having no hot water, no stove, no clothes dryer, etc.
— THEN after days of cold showers, I finally get the gas turned on and guess what, the water heater was broken! It takes another week to fix that because they have to order a part. No one even checked before I moved in that it worked.
— The worst part of all this, just like the prior review stated, there is NO way to reach these people by phone. You get an answering service that has strict instructions not to put anyone through. I threatened to get a lawyer to cancel my lease and that’s the only way I got someone on the phone.
— Last but not least, last month they «never received» my rent check. I mailed it the same day I do every month but mysteriously it never arrived. Not once in my 6 years of rental history has the post office ever lost my check. Now I’m stuck with a $ 75 late fee for NO reason, not to mention the $ 40 my bank charged me to cancel the check. PLUS I have to pay extra to get them their money through their website payment system (yes, it charges you a fee to use it) before my «five day notice». I think they «lost «my check on purpose so they could collect a late fee. I’ll be sending my check with a tracking number from now on — it’s still cheaper than their online payment fee.
I will never rent a home managed by them again.

Run. Away. I’ve lived in 21 different homes in my adult life, apartments and houses, in 6 different states, and this is the worst. Physical damage, white grout that is literally black with filth, but has been «cleaned», broken appliances, 20 – 50 cockroach kills PER DAY, and I can’t get through to anyone– the only number they list is forwarded to an off-​site call center, and regardless of the time of day, everyone at the office is «busy», and will call you back shortly. It’s been 2 weeks. I’ve been charged double rent for two months in a row, and no one will even speak to me to resolve the issue. When my lease is up, I’ll leave without looking back.
