My Vegas Bachelorette Party

Do not use this website or company! It is a scam! They took payment from my bachelorette party and then went non-​responsive!!! They do not return emails and their phone numbers were disconnected. I was humiliated after having to explain to all the girls we had fallen victim to fraud! Horrible experience. Do not use!!! I really give them 0 stars but that wasn’t a choice.

Don’t use this service! Not only is Julie unresponsive to phone calls, I called her twice with no return call, but she doesn’t do what she says. I asked to be placed on club priority lists for both Friday and Saturday night, she only did Saturday, which was a joke. We got there and ran around like idiots with fake information. Again, no return call. We went to a show, of course, there were only 5 tickets reserved for the 6 girls. If you want to fight for everything you do, go ahead and use this service; otherwise, go somewhere else.

I went back and forth between a 2 and a 3 star. On one hand, Julie the owner was very nice and helpful and VERY available to make this the best possible experience. Also, the package was very affordable, compared to more high profile event planners (lavish, vipnvegas, nitetours, etc). We had booked and prepaid for a limo for an hour (with 2 bottles of champagne), which left us at XS @ the Wynn, free entry to XS, and then a limo for an hour back to the hotel … all for $ 450 total, for up to 16 girls.
On the other hand, the night had almost 3 disastrous situations.
1) Limo did not arrive with champagne we paid for, and he was not aware that we prepaid, and tried to get us to pay him
2) XS, the club we pre-​paid for, was not aware of our booking. They said they don’t even have a guest list or pre-​paid option. We had to wait in line a while and were expected to pay. One girl with us got fed up and convinced someone to let 11 girls in … after 30 min of trouble. Luckily we were relatively cute :)
3) Limo driver was a crazy driver. Sharp turn and champagne glasses in the cupholders flew out … cut open my foot
What made me go to a 1 star? I told Julie about this, and she never got back to me. Not even to apologize. Meh. She’s lucky I don’t call paypal to get a refund.
