After many attempts to get my husband to get hearing aids I finally convinced him to attend a free luncheon seminar by My Hearing Center (who says there is no such thing as a free lunch?). The program was very informative and there was NO sales pressure, only the offer of a free hearing exam to be scheduled at a later date. The exam by David Groom was a true revelation to my husband of his hearing loss (I was vindicated!) and for the FIRST time in 51 yrs of marriage, he said, «Get out your checkbook!» Hearing aid technology has truly improved and the quality is astounding. My brother, a veteran of «aids in the drawer», encouraged us to get the highest quality because there is no comparison to the cheaper models. He is finally happy with his and my husband followed his advice. Yes, they are expensive, but SO worth it. My Hearing Center offers interest-​free financing options.
David provided very patient initial instruction and is always available for advice or adjustments. My Hearing Center schedules 90-​day check-​up appointments to keep the aids in top form and provide battery and filter replacements. The aids are comfortable and not at all noticeable – so much so that I placed a sign on my husband’s shower door to remind him to remove them!
