Mueller, Hinds, and Associates

I was referred to Mueller Hinds and Associates by a friend who said they did great work. This friend was spot on. I really felt like they went the extra mile! They were very professional and took the time to explain the legal system; how it works and how it would directly affect my case. Long story short, what could have potentially been time served turned out to be a small fine. I highly recommend Mr. Mueller!

OK first of all, the review above mine is FAKE. it says nothing about them specifically, and is by someone who posts fake reviews. how could anyone possibly think that review was funny? Its just a statement of FACTS! Secondly, notice there are 3 reviews filtered. READ THOSE.

This Mueller guy, pardon my vulgarity, is an integrity less bag of dousche. I retained him while in jail last summer, he sent a junior associate over to interview me, which is fine, but after the visit I decided i didnt want thier counsel and i instead was going with John Momot. It took two days for the associate to visit me, but as soon as i told them they were being let go, Mueller came over himself within oh, 20 minutes, and acted as if nothing had happened and proceeded to try and interview me. i told him i was changing counsel, at which point he decided to say several dergoatory remarks about Mr Momots breathing machine, and implied that he was past his prime. I had given Mr Mueller 2500 $ down for representation, money that ANY lawyer would return, and for the remainder of my stay in jail he refused to return my familys calls, and pretended to be out of the office when someone visited him. I sat in jail for 35 days, was unable to bail or retain mr momot because mr mueller held my money. once out, he refused to return the full amount, instead keeping 500 of it, saying that his firm did counteless hours of work for me, motion filings etc etc, work he voluntarily said he had proof of, as he pulled up windows on his computer, and pretended to toggle through the «records». When asked to provide proof, he declined and told me to leave his office. Essentially, I was strong armed by a lying scumbag, who for some reason believes that the hard earned money of fellow members of his community is worth lying for. hes a lawyer, its not the easiest job, but that money was all I had, and theres no way in hell anything was done besides a 30 minute visit by the junior.
This man sucks. if you dont believe me, go to his office, look him in the eye, and youll see enough. hes scum.
