Molina’s Carpet Cleaning Services

I called Molina’s Monday morning to schedule for my carpet and tile/​grout cleaning. I spoke with Molina and he told me he would be at my house today (11÷6÷15) between 11 and 11:30 to clean my flooring. 11:30 rolls around and I have still not heard from him, so I send Molina a text. He forgot about my appointment! Then, he told me he would be to be at 12:45! So frustrating– a wasted day waiting around for this guy! NEVER AGAIN!

I was looking for a really good carpet cleaning company and I came across Molina’s on Unilocal.I gave them a call and Lorenzo instantly put me on his schedule. Not only did he call me to confirm, but he also called me the day after to make sure I was satisfied. I also have a dog and he takes his time to make sure that all the stains have come out. I’ve actually contacted Lorenzo about four times to clean my carpets and he always does an amazing job! I highly recommend him! This is company deserves more than just five stars!!!

Cleaned over 400 sq ft of tile and grout. Did a fantastic job, tile looked great and felt really clean. Very reasonably priced, also he came exactly on time. Mr. Molina has a wonderful personality, he was nice to be around. We will be using his service again in the future.

The molinas are great! So friendly and professional! Not only were they more reasonably priced than their competitors, but they were so personable I really felt the service was one of a kind! Our carpet was new when we moved in three years ago, and it was very cheap. Like. we would prick our toes on carpet tacks on the stairs and in the closets. But it looked fine, and wasn’t dirty because we never wore shoes on it. There was gum in two spots. Lorenzo got the gum out after I pointed it out to him. I’m not sure if this is true for all carpet, but the method they used on this stuff was definitely too hard on it. It looked wonderful as it was drying, but now, two weeks later, it looks old and matted. And I noticed a spot where they had accidentally raked up a piece of carpet on the seam in the hallway, so there’s a three inch wide hole. I’m sure it was just a matter of time before it wore thin enough to come away on its own, but this cleaning definitely aged our cheap carpet a few years prematurely. The spinning brush and the carpet rake just unwound the already thin threads. So… if you have really cheap carpet… you might want to get a place with more gentle equipment.
That said, Molina’s are hard-​working, professional, so sweet, and charge a fair price. If you have better carpet, it would withstand the cleaning better. We want them to come to our tile and grout. :)

Awesome service. Called Lorenzo last min on weekend, he came right away and made my carpet look new again. He even called next day to check in and make sure I was satisfied. Great price. Highly recommend.

Mr. Molinas is one of the friendless people you ever wanted to meet. He was right on time. ran a scruber on the carpet before using the steam vacuum on it. the results were great. I will use him again and highly recommend him. very careful around my walls and baseboard not to mark them.
