Miracle Dental

Went here for the first time a while back because the reviews didn’t really add up so I thought I would give it a try. I also go a coupon in the mail for free teeth whitening and trays to take home.
I had a simple cleaning. The hygienist deserves a 5 star review because this is probably the cleanest my teeth have ever been. She was really nice!
—When it came time to see the doctor, I was entirely weirded out. She was very nice but I question the professionalism in this office. At the time I had a few cavities (some that needed to be filled and some that could be left alone, I’ve worked in the dental field so I know this). This doctor literally told me what cavities I had, then told me she was going to fill my teeth all in one visit without even letting me think about it. Like I said, I’ve worked in the dental field and no doctor has ever done this. Sure, if the cavities are severe, then they would need work ASAP, but they weren’t mandatory to fill THAT day.
She almost didn’t let me get out of the chair to leave until I scheduled another appointment with the office to either come back an hour later or the next day. I felt REALLY uncomfortable.
I’m one of those people that needs a day or two to process things like this. Having worked under a few dentists before, I was always warned about these types of doctors. Perhaps the office is struggling, and they truly needed the sale. Regardless, I would NEVER trust this lady to work on my teeth. She really needs to work on her professional skills and how she greets new patients. Less in their face.
In addition, I did NOT receive my whitening trays or whitener. The assistant told me when I come back for TREATMENT is when I can get them. lol That’s how I knew right away it’s a scam. If you see these coupons, do yourself a favor– THROW IT OUT and don’t make the mistake of walking in this office like I did.

I’ve been going to Dr. Pham for a while now and everyone in the office is absolutely fabulous, from the moment I walk-​in I feel comfortable. The receptionists are lovely people, the hygienists are thorough and wonderful to talk to, and Dr. Pham did an excellent job with my Invisalign. My teeth look amazing! I can’t say enough good things about Miracle Dental!

My husband woke up with tooth pain and his dentist wasn’t available. So we called Dr Pham’s office the were able to see him with in the hour. The staff was amazing and took great care of us. Dr. Pham explained everything and gave us options for treatment. We now switched dentis. Great office I highly recomend

Dr. Pham is the best dentist I’ve have in awhile. She’s explains everything perfectly and is kind. She also doesn’t kill your gums when you’re getting a cleaning. I will say that the receptionist isn’t exactly a ‘ray of sunshine’ but everyone else is pleasant. Also, the woman who did my X-​rays ended up flossing and polishing my teeth the next day and she was extremely rough and rush. But other than that it was a pleasant experience and I’m happy.

I had an appointment a couple years ago for an exam and cleaning. They informed me I had a couple of cavities, that they would be unable to do the regular cleaning as I needed to have a deep cleaning, suggesting I remove prior fillings and replace with new fillings and had I considered invisaligns. I ended up leaving the visit after only having my x rays and being told the litany of things that needed done — it just didn’t feel right — besides I had went in expecting my free yearly x-​rays exam and six month cleaning, knowing I had a would be responsible for a percentage if I had cavities, then being told I would have an over $ 400 bill for the deep clean and ‘cavities’ A couple years later I finally braved another Dentist office. Funny I have NO cavities, only one tooth would they have considered needed a deep clean and she said she’d work on it between that cleaning and my 6 month cleaning. This new Dentist is very conservative noting it will weaken teeth to extract old fillings and it’s not worth damaging if it’s not needed (which they are the farthest two teeth so it is not even a cosmetic issue). Having current knowledge I am even less pleased with this office than I was at the appointment. She has great reviews, some folks are doing well with her, but I’ll never be a patient again.

I really like Dr. Pham. She is very pleasant and compassionate. We have been going for almost 3 years now and have been very happy with everyone from the techs and front office staff to Dr. Pham. Two weeks ago my wife and I were WOW’ed. My 6 year old son was having trouble with his second loose tooth. This one just wouldn’t fall out and the adult tooth was coming in behind it. We were concerned and called miracle dental. They got us in right after school so they could take a look at it. They told us if it didn’t come out in 2 weeks to come back for another quick check-​up. We went back and my son was very nervous about them needimg to pull his tooth out. Of course as a parent you don’t want your young son to have a bad memory of going to the dentist. The staff told me not too worry that is was loose enough to pull without Jacob feeling it. Dr. Pham come in and agreed that we would be good to pull it out and that he wont feel a thing. They were wonderful, they distracted him and he didnt even know the tooth was missing at first. He laughed and said i didnt feel you take my tooth out. I would recommend Dr. Pham and her staff to anyone. I already knew they were good and now I know that they care about my family of 5. Thank you

Dr. Ransdell is the best! I love this office and the staff. They are always very pleasant. I’ve always hated going to the dentist, but now since I’ve been coming to this office, I don’t mind it one bit. Thanks Dr. Ransdell for being so fantastic! See you soon!

Let’s just say the pain I’m currently in is unbearable! 7 months ago I went to this office to get a referral to have my wisdom teeth removed, before I even understood what was going on I was being talked into a crown and a replacement filling. The appointment was made for the next day, which seemed odd to me since I explained that I was going to pursue having my wisdom teeth out immediately. So I go in the next day and I’m seen by a completely different dentist. 2 hours into the work with a replaced filling and my back tooth drilled down to nothing, the hygienist informs him about my plans to have my wisdom teeth out, he stopped the work instantly and put on a temporary. To make a long story a little shorter; months of pain from a popped temp waiting to heal from wisdom teeth, replaced filling cracked, fixed replaced filling that still hurts, wrong size crown sent back to lab, second crown still not right but put on anyway and now two weeks later I’m in unreal pain day and night and dreading going back.

I love Dr Pham, she is great, but the people that work at reception are terrible. They are rude and they generally don’t know what’s going on. They called to ask me to reschedule an appointment because their schedule changed. When we agreed on a time, she said «Bingo» and hung up on me before I could even find out which date it was for. That is so unprofessional.

I had the worst experience here yesterday. I recently moved in the area from San Diego where we had the best dentist for over 10 years. I’m big on customer service. I feel that the way you were treated from the moment you step into a business establishment will determine how good of a service you will receive that follows.
I walked in and the dental assistant at the front did not even bother to greet me. She then asked if I filled out paper works after I told her of our appt. I said no and she proceeded to hand me all paperworks and said to fill them out. Not a trace of smile on her face.
After my 2 teenagers and my procedures were done we were told to get infos from the front desk. That’s when I found out my children’s next dental procedures.
After leaving their office I asked my children what the dentist or dental hygienist told them. They said nothing and at this point they were asking me dental related questions. So again I asked if any advice were given to them as far dental hygiene. They both said that they don’t even know the names of the staff who worked on their teeth. Very disappointing. My children both grew up with a dentist who explained and give them advice on how important dental hygiene is.
On the good side, Anne my dental hygienist was outstanding. She was very polite, professional and explained everything to me even the X-​rays.
I wouldn’t be going back there. The front desk staff are very unfriendly and lack professionalism. I shouldn’t have to hear your personal issues while I wait in the lobby.

This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. Ann Pham is the dentist and she is amazing. She does a great job and runs a great staff. They are always friendly. Ann explains what options I have had for treatment and let’s me pick what I would like to do depending on my budget. If you want to go to a place that treats you with respect and does not try to «up sale» you on unnecessary treatment, you have found your dentist in this review.

I usually don’t have to wait long at all for my appointment, and not long after I am called in to actually get work done.
I have had work done by 3 – 4 different people here, so I don’t know what that is all about, but I am sure if I specified I wanted to work with one or the other, that it would be no problem.
I don’t know how much co-​pays should be, but it costs me $ 40 to get a really good cleaning. I think my insurance was paying around 80% for the more expensive work.
If you are in the neighborhood, this would be a good place to check out!

Dr. Ann Pham and her staff are wonderful. My husband and I have been going to her office for over 2 yrs. They are always professional and friendly. Very seldom do we have to wait very long.
In the course of the two years, my husband and done invisalign treatment with them and has been very satisfied with the service. They are very thorough and Dr. Pham goes to great lengths to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
When I decided to get braces, I needed to get some teeth pulled. The staff was wonderful and attentive. They kept checking for numbness to ensure that I didn’t feel the teeth being pulled. The process was surprisingly smooth and not as scary as I thought it would be. I was called later to make sure everything was still fine. The staff thoroughly explained my food restrictions and answered all of my questions pleasantly.
Miracle Dental is the best dental practice that we have been to for our teeth care. I would recommend them to everyone.

This place deserves two thumbs up from me. I first went there from recommendations of two coworkers. They sent me the paperwork via email so I can fill them out at home-​very time efficient. The staff that work there were very friendly and helpful with my insurance. The doctor was so thorough with her work. She spent a long time explaining to me about the works that I needed. She was nice, caring and genuine. As she did some fillings later, she was quite gentle with her hands, I didn’t feel anything. She even called me at night to make sure I was feeling fine. It’s a surprise to find such a good dentist because I always hate to see one, and always try to find an excuse to blame so that I don’t have to come back. She took the fear away from me. My coworkers said that they had great experiences from Miracle dental too.

I originally went there for treatment in 2011. This year I scheduled my cleaning and possible problem with tooth she had crowned. Firstly, she was not there at the time of my scheduled appointment with her, secondly they wanted me to see the other dentist there. I agreed. It took forever to take the X-​Rays which I already had 6 months ago.
It was a complete set. I was left sitting there forever. I told them that I had to leave as the male dentist there was already involved with another patient and I could tell it wasn’t going to be the «he will be with you in just a minute». I tried to make an appointment for the following week but it was too busy and they suggested I come back in the afternoon and I would definitely see Dr. Pham this time.
I did. Went on to tell me that I needed a root canal on the tooth that she had crowned. I believed it already had a root canal prodedure. Then she sent fear into me and said that it was very difficult to perform a root canal through the crown, very difficult, but she had down it before. What? I don’t even think she could see on the X-​Rays which tooth it was to be honest. She is always trying to insist that you need procedures that are unnecessary and seems more focused on that rather than the things that need doing. I won’t be going there again.

Going to give Dr. Pham and her staff 5*. Dr. Pham is professional and is experienced in her field. The staff runs like a smooth Citizen Eco-​Drive watch.
I have been in Las Vegas for 13 years. I have been to multiple Dentist’s. From Henderson to Summerlin. Dr. Pham is by far the best Dentist in Las Vegas and reminds me of my Childhood dentist.

Miracle Dental is the best! Dr. Pham are her team are fantastic! The staff is kind and compassionate. I have been to many dentists and thought that it was normal for my mouth to be sore for a few days after dental work. As a result I get so nervous to go to the dentist. I just had work done by Dr. Pham and I have no pain or soreness. I trust Dr. Pham with my smile. She is gentle and talented, I just wish I would have found her sooner. I am not nervous anymore. That peace of mind is priceless! Dr Pham also went above and beyond to look at all of my old fillings, she replaced the ones that were old and looked poorly done. She is so careful and exact, I am so thankful she is my dentist! Thanks Miracle Dental!!!

There is never a reason for the following:
1. A dental hygienist to ever be snooty
2. A dentist desperately trying to upsell DURING treatment
3. A dental hygienist not knowing how to «suck up» the water from your mouth while you are undergoing cleanings
4. Water to literally pour from both sides of your face because of #3 above
5. The dentist or hygienist not doing anything about the pouring of water from your mouth, down your face and on to your chair which in turn soaks up the back of your shirt
6. The dentist or hygienist telling you only AFTER you’re heading out the door that you have blood on your face from treatment
7. The dentist or hygienist failing to wipe you up while you are in the chair doing treatment (see #6)
Also — I was told that my wisdoms needed to be removed per my previous dentist’s instructions (insurance dropped coverage for that particular dental office darnit). I never had a chance to get them taken out, so I was expecting this new place to discuss my options with me. After taking my xrays and seeing the way my wisdoms were (because my old dentist already explained it to me, so I knew exactly what I was looking at) why did this new dentist fail to even bring it up? Ohhhh– because she was too busy trying to teach the hygienist how to do her job and which buttons to press on the computer while trying to sell different crap to me.
Never going here again. I’d rather pay out of pocket for my old dentist.

I hate going to the dentist. Seriously, I have severe dental anxiety, So much anxiety I have been avoidling the dentist for over three years. Ouch!
I was a good candidate for sedation dentistry and D.D.S. Ann Pham was a wonderful dentist. Thank you so much! I am amazed at how much work was done in one appointment with sedation dentistry.
The office staff and dental assistants are very nice and competant as well. My whole family is switching to Miracle Dental.
