I like this place, but the fact that every single medical assistant, and one of the receptionists are always on their cellphones is really annoying. There are a few patients waiting in the lobby while 3 medical assistants are talking in a room while searching on their Facebook page. If they call you to the room, they will still ignore you because they can’t stop their silly conversation.
I feel terrible for this doctor that is paying six employees while only 2 of them do all the work. And on top of that, they give bad attitude to the patiences. Shame on them.
I really think he should fire at least 4 of his employees, hire a new medial assistant, and his business will boom.
