Worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. We ordered 7 sandwiches but only got 6. We also ordered 5 cheese sticks and only got 3. Their fish fil a sandwich were not on sale when they are suppose to be, especially when other locations are on sale for 2 for $ 5. Over the years the quality of the fish-fil-a sandwiches have diminished. They are not the same sandwiches they use to be. I also expect to be full if I’m paying more that $ 10 per person. It was $ 44 for 4 people. I left the restaurant still hungry and unsatisfied.

Being that I’m trying to eat healthy this may not be the best place to be eating buy the good can be soo addictive and scrumptious at the same time it should be illegal! Try the quarter pounder with cheese. Super delish and with the fries it’s so tasty I can get enough, just not good for me.

My gf and I stopped in to this McD for a quick lunch. The place was busy inside AND out(drive thru), however our service was fast and friendly, AND our food was hot, fresh and cheap! Exactly the way a QSR is supposed to be.

I rarely write reviews for any fast food joints but the past few weeks this month I’ve gone here to satisfy my late night cravings, the service here has been so exemplary. I come here usually around 9PM-11PM and the workers here are probably the nicest I’ve ever experienced in the location. The young gentleman who took the order was friendly and Rychel was really accommodating. Establishments like this need more people like them.

I actually live by the Southern Highlands location. Which I should be going to but they have such crappy service and food. So when I want legit mcdeez I drive to blue diamond/valley view. I like that they have two drive thru speakers to order from. Because the one in southern highlands gets so backed up. When my husband drove to the southern highlands location he was like. Damn it’s crowded and I said why did u even come here go to the one on blue diamond. He said he won’t be going to southern highlands again. Especially after he tasted how much fresher their food is. The blue diamond and valley view one good service and good food. I’ve been to southern highlands even in the middle of the night and spent 30mins literally in the drive thru they need to get their shit together.

Drive through line moves like molasses. Iced coffee tastes like milk. Cheeseburger didn’t taste like the classic McDonald’s Cheeseburger. They gave the wrong sauce for the nuggets. They use Styrofoam cups. Horrible McDonald’s experience. Don’t come to this location.

Unwilling to provide service and desired food because of time frame management of when they will sell certain products. This is the exact reason why your business is declining. People don’t want breakfast only until 10 am. Some want breakfast after 10 am. Your business plan is failing and your market share is declining due to this business strategy. More and more people will not utilize your services if you do not adapt to what your customers want. They will go to your competition.

This place is the worst. Last week I went there at 1100AM inside and I had to wait ten minutes for cheeseburgers… hello, it’s cheeseburgers. Since it looked like drive thru got better service, I just went there, asked for cheeseburgers and when I got home there were no beef patties, just cheese!!! Avoid this one at all costs and drive a little further for something decent. No wonder they are losing money.

Nicest McDonald’s I’ve seen with a chandelier, reading area, booths, low and high tables, and colored glass panels to separate eating areas. They even had flowers in cases at some tables! Regular menu. But there was a nasty sulphur smell?!

Day and time of incident: Sunday, April 6, 2014 — 10:40am. I’ll make it brief. ordered food, 20 minutes later, still no food. Hungry, want to get on the road asap. Decided instead of arguing for food to get refund and head across the street to In N Out.(Should of been first choice, shot my own foot!) *sigh* Not exactly sure who is at fault here, whether management or employee. Apparently this female employee did not have the competence to add up my order and refund my money. maybe if she was a teenager, that would of been excusable. As she was pushing buttons on the monitor and looking back and forth at my receipt, she started twitching and looked liked the monitor was a ticking time bomb from how fast she was going trying to disable it from blowing her into smithereens. After a few unfortunate attempts and still unable to add up the order to the equivalent price for refund, she jumped, panicked, starting speaking gibberish and then turned around and left to the back of the kitchen. Extremely disrespectful leaving us there and would say unprofessional of her but then again, not sure if her(just assuming) G.E.D or high school diploma even covered that term. Which then points to management and the kind of training they provide to their employees. Poor lady, sure do feel sorry for her. Supervisor gave me my refund, ate a delicious burger from In N Out, drove back to California. Customer Service = ZERO stars. Words of Wisdom: Stay In School Kids and Get Good Grades.

@McDonalds #34841 change over #disaster arrive at 10:32 to order breakfast #NO, lunch order placed at 10:38 got order at 10:54. HORRIBLE!!! Try to get breakfast at 10:31am on a Sunday. Good luck. They will not give you your drink cup while you are waiting. They tell you it will come out with the order. Service staff ignore customers at the counter. One disgruntled family was so frustrated on their order not getting delivered that they wanted a refund. The cashier ignored them which infuriated them more. When the cashier finally acknowledged them it got worse. They had two receipts(around $ 27 worth of food) and the cashier kept trying to total them both to give them their money back and she could not get the right number which upset the guest more. Advice to the cashier: Refund one receipt at a time.(No Math Involved) This is a beautiful McDonalds but the staff is NOTFRIENDLY, POLITE or COURTEOUS. How about the friendly greeting that other McDonalds do and a wave or Thank You when you leave. Recommend that you dismantle this team and start from scratch because they obviously were never taught or forgot the core values of McDonalds corporation.

I’ve ate here dining in about a month ago around 3 in the afternoon. The service was far from great. The manager took our order with no smile, and had the look of I could care less on her face. Atleast who ever was in the kitchen served us fresh food, and THANKYOU! I’m used to having to complain about the food. But hopefully this manager was just having VERY off day. I might give it another try, but I do not think it will be the near future. The one inside Arroyo Crossing shopping center treats me better!

The fries were cold and tasted like they were sitting out forever… Isnt McDonalds supposed to be known for their fries? I posted a pic…

The new McDonald’s carries on with the modern designs of their current restaurants in and out of Las Vegas. The drink refill stations are easily accessible. Nice seating throughout including booths, round tables, leather chairs around circular tables, and pub style high stools. There are several LCD screen TV’s inside to catch a sporting event or news. Glass is used to separate areas of the restaurant while simultaneously allowing for a open feel. The overly sized and low hanging chandelier creates a center focus to this slightly smaller square footage restaurant. There is no play place for kids. The LCD ordering screens are cool and add to the futuristic theme. I will be back because Blue Diamond Road is highly accessible from the I-15 freeway in both directions.
