I usually don’t like to post reviews especially negative ones and about someone I thought share the same values as I do. But this one I’m about to post tops it all when it comes to deception, cheat, dealing with an unethical person (owner and operator of this store) with bad moral character .I will not go over the details of what happened but I do know most of these 5 star rating must come from his family members and friends. In short This owner overcharged me for parts that were never put in my car and never disclosed. If you are on Unilocal looking for an honest review about this business that is not based on anything but the truth, this post will do you the best service. Beware of how this owner gain your trust (he will do anything to gain your trust even vowing when saying hi) .there is only one word to describe this business: Unethical and untrustworthy. The most shocking deception I ever encountered. What I learned is to always deal with Americans who have clean heart and know what ethical manners are, and to never trust someone from third world country who chose to bring their country cheating tricks to America.

I i brought my «new» car from CA, to my mechanic, Ali. The guys did a fantastic service, and found a «rough» idle problem, in 30 min. saving me big money, and the fact I was driving it back to WI., was a concern. I live in WI, BUT my mechanic is Ali, in LV. He is a no BS guy, and does the work at a very fair price! Try him.

Was looking for a reputable place to take my ’04 Land Rover Discovery – which parts can be expensive for.
Never had a bad experience here. Ali always gives me a fair deal on parts and is always up-​front and honest about what the repairs will cost before they do any work.
I’ve always received a friendly and professional attitude from these guys. I highly recommend Ali and his team.

Came in for an inspection prior to buying a used car. Ali (the owner) was friendly, honest and fair. There were a few issues with the car that we ended up having Ali fix.

Traveling to Las Vegas with my family and about two hours out of town our AC stopped working. Called the shop first thing the next morning and they said to bring our family van in. They quickly diagnosed it with a broken compressor and by 3pm that day had a new one installed and our van blowing cold air again. The price he quoted was very fair and reasonable and when I picked up our van the price was a little lower than quoted. Thanks Ali and your awesome team for taking care of my family in this hot city and not taking advantage out of us out of towners.

Terrible service and rude disrespectful people. Even if you call you can feel it. How can that be? There are other options in town.
Try getting a quote and they want unnecessary information from you. A bunch of scammers taking money from people. Dishonest mechanics that is who they are.

Ali and his whole entire staff are wonderful. They will fix your car no matter what the problem is. They are honest and give great prices and you don’t find that often. I have been taking my car there for 2 years and they all have became great friends of mine. They are always friendly and down to earth people. As long as this shop is open I will never take my car anywhere else… Trust me they are wonderful !!

I saw reviews on Unilocal and was excited to give them my business after another company was very rude to me. I called this morning and asked if they could get me in and the man told me to be there by 1:00 and they could. I walked in 10 minutes before 1:00, began talking to the man who then asked me to wait while he took multiple phone calls on both his business and cell phones. The man refused to give me service because they were closing, according to Unilocal they are open until 3:00. I went to the shop next door who got me in immediately and charged $ 10 less than I was quoted at Max Auto Care.

I have a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado and my workhorse broke down unexpectedly. I took it to another shop but they were charging alot of money without even diagnosing it, long story short i brought to Max auto Care and got superb service. Max was such great help and these guys fixed my car and it cost me half of what this so called other shop was charging. It’s hard trying to find a mechanic you can trust in this town. Thanks alot guys you guys have a loyal customer for now on.

When I needed brakes Ali’s initial price was half the quote of the dealer. Car was ready in a couple of hours & it cost LESS than the quote. Happy little surprise for me. Car stopped on a dime with no squeaking.
Ali’s crew has more or less rebuilt my husbands antique roadster-​motor, transmission, brakes, electrical, cooling, a/​c & a perfect paint job.
In addition to the excellent work & fair prices these are the greatest group of guys (& gal) you could ever hope to deal with. Always friendly & professional.

This place is the bomb! No joke! I was skeptical to bring my Corvette to a General Auto Shop but they took complete care of my pride and joy! I definitely recommend this shop!

We all want an honest, caring, and genuine mechanic. Look no further than Max Auto Care. This family owned business really does care about getting your car fixed! I love how friendly they were and how legitimately concerned they were with my car. They even matched a price that I was quoted from another mechanic! Also while my car was being repaired Ali (the owner) rented me a car so I could get to and from work! How awesome is that? Stop supporting corporate mechanics and start supporting your local business and keep money in our community! Especially since this family is hard working and genuine which is so rare to find!
I will always bring my car to this place and would recommend this place to anyone! I tell all my friends and family all the time as often as possible. It’s the least I could do for them being so kind and caring!

This place is great. I chose it because of the five star review and it was no joke. They flushed my AC (that’s what it’s called, right?) and I was in and out in under an hour for a very reasonable price. Ali is as great as the other reviews say, and he even let me have the remote for the TV. I put on Pawn Stars, if you were wondering.
I was waffling about leaving a review, just being lazy, but Ali just called me to make sure everything was good with my AC. Excellent service. I’ll be going back for sure.
Oh, and there was a sweet Rolls Royce in the parking lot.

I had a/​c issues and took my car into Max Auto Care. I was treated with an honest diagnosis with the problems and was charged a fair price. They are very knowledgeable with no hassles, no up-​sell, just the services required. Hard to find a trustworthy place like this. I’ll be getting all my services done through them from now on!

Ever heard a high pitch noise every time you press on the breaks? Mine started about a month ago and that made scamper towards an auto shop to ask what’s with the noise and as it was explained I needed new break pads but I was short of time that day so had to bale.
As this is the first time for my car on a break change for the front and back, I had called numerous auto services and repair shops explaining my situation and what service I would like to be done on my car. I had quotes from well over $ 500, long waiting time and shops trying to up sell which made the experience in looking for a car shop a tad bit difficult. Then I stumbled upon Max Auto Care via the internet, called them and asked about the brake services.
Very pleasant and very professional way of explaining and precise on the needs of the customer. I had my car worked quickly and precisely and same as in the office very professional and up to the point in dealing with customers. I was even able to see my car while it’s being fixed. All in all the time, workmanship and just the nice atmosphere in the place is superb.
I would definitely recommend to friends and workmates Max Auto Care especially to peeps like me who are fairly new to LV. No wonder they always get 5 stars! Thanks!

Go see Max auto and compare the price it will seem impossible that there’s truly an honest mechanic in this world but its true I assure you. When I first arrived I saw a Lamborghini and Ferrari up front I thought I was in trouble but I guess even millionaires like to get a good deal on auto work because Ali had me out the door under an hour with ice cold air condition I couldn’t believe it the price was nearly half what anyone else was charging me and those guys were talking about two or three days to keep my car. Thanks to max I didn’t have to take the buss and I’m literally chillin in my Cadillac in less than an hour. My uncle came next everyone was swearing he needed a new starter in his car and were talking in the hundreds of dollars max checked it out it needs a module not a starter see guys who know cars will fix the correct part his car is still running perfectly a year later and the starter was never changed !!! Go to who knows their business and knows how to take care of their customers don’t go to the guys who want to change the wrong parts.

I called Max and spoke to Ollie as he explained that my AC was not functioning. He took the time to go over what could be wrong. I brought my car in, my AC is blowing very cold air. Amazing as I had my AC worked on in past two years and never did the AC worked as well as taking my car to Ollie. In the hour I was there, there were 4 customers who came in all with different issues. They were repeat customers who had all the confidence in Ollie and his wonderful Mechanics. They were as I was treated with the upmost attention. I have recommended Max to 4 people already, including my parents.
Ollie is a kind and nice person with incredible knowledge about cars. Thank you so much!

Had to get my radiator and thermostat replaced. Martin was kind enough to explain everything that was going on and friendly while doing so. Great customer service and quick. Got everything done in about a couple of days. Definitely coming back here for my car maintenence.
