Mr. Kreutzer received his B.A., cum laude, from The American University in 1995 and his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 1998. He is a certified specialist in Franchise and Distribution Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization and a member of the California Franchise Law Committee and the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising.
