Master Nails

I used to recommend this place to ppl and I used to go faithfully but the last 2 visits I made, I’ve been disappointed. There are 2 new ppl that are doing services such as eyebrows and gels and I wasn’t satisfied with the end result. My eyebrows are uneven and the gel was laid on way too thick. I think that I might have to find another spot simply because they charge quite a bit for me to be unhappy. I’m not sure of the new ppl’ names but if they expect customers to keep coming back they have to do something with these two

I had Ken he did an amazing job on my acrylics. He had to completely redo them because the last nail place I went to didn’t take the time to do them correctly. Ken explained exactly what they did wrong and told me what to look out for even if I don’t see him again. I went on a Wednesday. If you go on a weekend they are extremely busy due to their location even if you make an appointment.

I arrived at 615 and I was so worried that they would do a horrible job due to the fact that they close at 7. I bought a gel mani and pedi. I felt so bad so I wasn’t going to get my nails done because it was almost time for them to close. The sweet girl that was doing my pedicure talked me into it. I appreciate how generously nice everyone was even though they were there 45 mins after they were supposed to be closed. I don’t ever write reviews but I had to for these hard working people. Thank you!!! This salon is not close to my house but will be so worth the trip to go back.

I was a loyal customer and enjoyed the service until NOW. I went in Saturday evening to get a pedicure, manicure, eyelashes and my eyebrow waxed. Total came up to 150+10 dollar tip so 160. The next morning (Sunday)I wake up and notice that my lashes glue had dried clumped up and white. I’ve gotten my lashes done numerous times here and has never had a problem with my service. I called the nail salon and after going back and forth I was told that I had to come down so she can see my lashes. When I arrived at the salon I was told my lashes was that way because of liquid make-​up. When I told her I haven’t worn any make-​up and wanted to know could it be any other reason she begin to get rude. I mean she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. I kept saying in the most nicest way that I’ve never had a problem with my service and please don’t think I was being a pest. After 15 mins of the back and forth and her being rude I walked out shaking literally. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and will never return. If you look at the pictures you can clearly see the clumped up white glue. If your big on customer service like me I will stay far away from this place. Spend your money where they value they customers.

I have been in before and I had a great mani and pedi… But today was horrible! The First Lady started my pedi, she kept trying to «upgrade my pedi» I told her no thank you not today… All of a sudden she seemed to be just rushing threw my pedi. Then she said some one is going to do you message, okay I thought that was odd. So someone other lady comes to do my message then the 1^st lady leaves to go to eye lashes on someone else! Then I get the third person which is the male to do my polish and omg what a hack job. I had to ask him to clean it up. I didn’t even let them do a manicure. Never again will I be back!

the customer service is a hit and miss. somedays they are very friendly and others not so much. Also the quality of work suffers greatly as well, one fill will be great and the next one is flaking and lifting around the nail bed! I need consistent service. Also tired of all the up-​charges, I don’t mind to explain fee’s and once I make a decision that should be it, don’t keep bugging me to upgrade by making comments that it will look better. Really, all of your services should be great, and one shouldn’t be better than another. Sadly I am looking for a new place.

Absolutely terrible customer service please don’t go to this shop at 6 because these people are jerks and will not give you the time and patience to give your nails what you want. I came in at 6 along with another girl because that’s when I got off and these people were rude and rushed us out so they could leave because they closed at 7.

Ken and Katie are the best. They are perfectionist and do a great job. Ken has been doing my nails for ten years and they never break and I never need to get a new set.

I don’t have astronomical expectations when getting my nails done, I do however expect to leave a nail salon satisfied.
There is only a few things a nail technician needs to know how to do, it’s really not rocket science: filing, cuticles, and color.
Filing: my nails are all different shapes. I asked to have my nails made round from square, so what I got is some semi-​round, some semi-​square, some who knows what…
Cuticles: I like my cuticles to be worked over well, pushed up and trimmed. Honestly this is the LAZIEST cuticle cleaning I’ve ever had! The first time around the technician was pushing up the cuticles, she didn’t even touch them! I literally pushed them up my self with my nail when she walked away and had her cut it…
Color: I get get color and like it t last 2 – 3 weeks. Now, nail color should start ALL the way by the skin otherwise it’ll look grown out in a week. It’s been a week any nails look like I got them done 3 weeks ago…
I got a pedicure here too and everything besides me doing my own cuticles applies to the pedicure as well. When paying $ 80+ for a gel mani and pedi, a customer should b able to leave at least satisfied… I did not…

Great place for a pedicure! I go to a different salon for my nails, but they do an exceptional job on pedicures here. I always choose option 2 — spa pedicure with sugar scrub for $ 27. It includes about a 20 minute massage that is very relaxing! I highly recommend it.

First time here. One of the few places that opens at 9 am! Worked well with my travel plans. Cindy was my technician. She did a great job!

Now I’m normally skeptical about going to places like these but I have found my diamond in the ridiculous!!! I recommend Huyen (Heather). She knows exactly how to do a gel French Manicure. Perfectly round nails and her detail is exquisite. If you aren’t happy she will redo it until you are (yes…she redid mine until my edges were rounded exactly how I liked it!). Prices are cheaper than where I went to originally.

Love this place!!! Even when I moved from the area I still travel every week to come here cause they make me feel like family. They are so professional and fun all around happy people!
