Thurday March 14 I dropped off an article to have a patch sewn on. The clerk Chris said it would be 6 dollars and I paid it and took my claim check. The following Monday I returned to retrieve my item to have the clerk Donna tell me that I had not paid yet. I was upset and looked for something that said paid when I assumed the claim check was sufficient and it was indicated paid on the computer system. I ended up paying again and am out 6 bucks. Up until this incident I had good service but after this I doubt if I will be back. Lesson learned. check your receipt or use a credit card.
