This location doesn’t care of their customers at all. I got my bill and find out my insurance got policy change. They DID NOT notify me AT ALL. Then, I called to the office (I called several times and NEVER spoke to Mark at all), the assistant told me because their medical insurance rate change, the only thing they can do is lower my benefit to match the price I used to pay. WHAT!!! This is not a good solution at all!!! If I’m lower my benefit to get the discount, I could’ve done it long times ago!!!

I have been with Mark Citsay’s office for over 3 years and have 3 vehicles, my home, and my investments through his office. Mark and all his staff are knowlegeable, friendly and extremly helpful all the time. I am also a business owner and I recommend clients to this location all the time! Very happy to have found Mark Citsay and his team!

I have been with Statefarm for ten years and never had a problem. The office in California I used to be with was on top of anything and everything.
This location clearly does’t care. My auto payment information was not updated as I thought, and without notice they canceled my policy (they claim to have mailed a letter, but I double checked, I recieved nothing). No phone call, no email.
Three weeks AFTER they cancel my policy they send me an email and call same day to notify me.
I have never been so disappointed with Statefarm, though I appreciate the assistant’s help in the matter (she was very helpful). I don’t see the point of paying the most for insurance if they allow customers to cancel rather rather than calling to get payment.
