Have been using this branch for over 7 years now, I’ve never had to wait long and the people that work here are always professional and helpful. Have worked with Kristine personally on several occasions and she’s not only easy going but informative and works to get me the best rates possible. I appreciate your assistance and will continue to do business with this branch secondary to there exceptional customer service !

Mark has been my insurance agent over 15 years. He and his staff treat you like family and know you by name. Any and EVERY time I need information it is delivered to me promptly. Mark has gone out of his way to keep me and my husband happy with our policies. He is always very upfront and willing to do what ever he can to ensure that your policies are correct and a right fit for your circumstances. Where is able, he always re-​evaluates and offers suggestions on how to make our policies work for us.

NEVER use STATE FARM INSURANCE! if you do use them i highly recommend canceling them before they cancel you! my insurance is being cancelled after 14 years because of a dui i got 3 years ago… i’m «high risk» even tho they i haven’t been in any trouble since then!

Mark Brandon — State Farm Insurance Agency is just up the street from my new loft. When I needed accurate answers and prompt service, Mark and his staff was perfect.
Mark Brandon made me feel totally comfortable with all of the information I needed. He is a nice guy and I enjoyed my visit. He was able to quote and cover my home and auto in the same day I called. I believe him to be extremely fair and reliable.
I highly recommend Mark and his staff.

Don’t use an agent that can’t explain every part of a product that he sells. I asked him to show me the percentages and numbers in an itemized fashion so i could see the break down for every year for a life insurance policy that my dad started with him almost 8 years ago. He said he has the same policy and knows how it works. Ok, so I asked him to show me what the percentages and yearly fees are. He said that he would have to wait and call HQ to get those figures. Ok. I go on vacation for about 3 weeks. One would think that he would call HQ and find out how what the percentages and annual fees would be so he could show me. NOTHING. I asked him if he has similar policies and he claimed that he knew how it works. then I told him that he should easily know how to figure out how to compute the current value of the policy by breaking everything down in an itemized list. how much interest has accumulated, annual fees, interest rates, compounded interest every year, policy premiums, dividends, etc… using SIMPLE MATH! He couldn’t show me or at least call someone during the 3 weeks I was away to tell me how this policy worked. He called someone on the phone and it took him about 15 minutes to get a cash surrender value before my 3 week vacation, but couldn’t tell me how they got that number before my vacation and after I got back. He said he was sorry and embarrassed. I told my dad to cancel all of the life insurance policies for myself, brother, and sister. I don’t plan to use him for anything and will tell my family to use another agent for any insurance needs.
Again, DON“T USE AN AGENT THAT CAN’T EXPLAIN A PRODUCT THAT HE SELLS.
