The show is fantastic it’s one of the best shows in Vegas I’m a clinical hypnotist? Does is an absolute amazing epic comedy

It really depends on the people selected for the show. If the audience is good then the show will be even better. I wanted to say if you are thinking about quitting smoking that his Hypnosis CD worked for me. I literally hear in my head «You will be repulsed by the smell of cigarettes» and sure enough I am. Anyone wanting to quit should give this a try. I was a skeptic prior but after using his CD I believe it works. I think I listened to it maybe 5 times over the course of a week and thats all it took.

Um, no. This is the wrong show to take your parents to for sure. Really raunchy and *SPOILER* he ends his show with hypnotizing people to act like they are in a porn scene with blow up dolls. Cheap laughs that just go for shock value. I guess you have to have a few drinks in you to consider this comedy. Nothing innovative or witty about this show at all. Wish I hadn’t sat through the whole thing. Please save your money and go to Motown if you’re at the V Theater.

Worst show ever. It is so FAKE. They call 29 volunteers to by hypnotized but about 7 of them are their staff. Then after some bs they asked thirteen real ones to leave and only the 7 fake ones to be ‘controlled’ by the hypnosis host. And then they do silly acts that is all pre planned so stupid

Absolutely hilarious! My friend got hypnotized and it made it even better! We had discount tickets to go here so it was totally on the cheap. He sells DVD’s of the show so you can remind you friends how crazy they acted LOL as well as hypnotherapy DVDs as well. Go see him, you’ll have a great time!

It took too long to get interesting, I passed out a few times, forcing my self to say up… Towards the end he got better… He was funny on what he made people do, but all in all if you going to catch this show be prepared for lots of talking in the beginning.

I honestly don’t know how this show is so highly rated on Unilocal.
It was super not believable! It was so obvious that some people were planters or whatever. If you’re going to put them in the show, at least send them to acting school and tell them to tone it down a bit. This one girl was doing TOO much. Maybe it’s because I went on Thanksgiving day but Marc just didn’t seem into the show. it definitely dragged on. After reading the reviews, I thought it was going to be this laugh out loud hypnosis show where I would leave in awe of Marc’s mysterious powers. Silly me, of course this kind of shit isn’t real! At least the tickets were cheap.

There have been a few times in my life when I have been truly amazed at the spectacle taking place in front of me. I would go so far to say that this IS the best show in Vegas (and I’ve seen several Cirque shows and Penn & Teller). Watch, be stupefied and wonder how you never believed in hypnosis in the first place. Then go again, because once is never enough with Marc Savard.

Great value and awesome entertainment. Second time seeing this show and it doesn’t get old. Similar stuff but all participants act differently which is good. Got the groupon deal which was a bargain. Highly recommend it to adults, teens. PG-​13 rates in my opinion. Daughter who was 15 went and said it was very funny.

We actually loved the show and paid $ 55 to see it. Laughed our asses off. Then, we found out that the timeshare had actually given us free passes.
So we decided to go again. As we showed up just about 5 minutes before, they informed us our tickets were no good because they were sold out for free tickets using the pass.
Really? It was barely half full on a Monday night… Can’t imagine it was any better on Tuesday.
It’s a racket when you get free tickets… It really just means the show isn’t all the up on the charts.
Too bad. Marc Savard was funny. But not enough to pay again for, especially when you think you’ve got free tickets.
What a waste of time. I could have just paid for another show all together.

A «MUST» show to watch while you are in vegas!!! My jaw is so tired of laughing!!! And its very affordable when you book online. Hilarious, real participants from the audience volunteers.

I enjoy watching the hypnotist show at the SD fair each year, so I was excited to watch someone new in Vegas with my wife.
It was a weekend when we went so the parking structure and trying to find the place was a little hectic… not their fault, but definitely try and come early.
The line was a little long once we found the theater, but it moved quickly. I got a smoking deal on a 3^rd party ticket website and it was honored no problem!
Inside, the theater was a bit crammed, but not bad… there really isn’t a bad view in the theater except for maybe on the far left/​right sides.
Even though a lot of what we saw was very similar to what we’ve seen in the past, it’s still always hilarious to see people you don’t know make a complete ass of themselves… it’s a little bit R-​rated, but nothing too bad.
With their 50% off second visit, I’d probably come back again on a future trip!

Great show! Went with a few friends and had a blast. Not sure why this show isn’t sold out every night. Check Groupon, Travel Zoo and other sites for discounts.

I start by saying I’m a firm believer in hypnosis and the power of the mind. I’m a super analytical person, but for 9 months prior to the birth of my second child, I went to a hypnotist regularly and learned self-​hypnosis techniques (I did NOT want a repeat of the experience I had delivering my first kid. I’ll spare you the details…). Anyhow, it worked. I’m a believer. And my very-​established OB doctor told me that, when he was in residency, he witnessed a woman who was hypnotized having a C-​section — WITH NO ANAESTHESIA. Since then, he too was a believer. ‘Nuff said.
That said, I really didn’t know what to expect from this show. I never really considered hypnosis to be a potential form of entertainment (although it’s been around, well, forever).
I was thoroughly entertained by this show.
Marc seems like a genuinely nice person who goes out of his way to ensure everyone present has a good time — including the volunteers. Particularly the volunteers. As he said repeatedly, it serves him no good purpose to have people leave his show and tell others that they had a negative experience there. So he definitely has a vested interest in everyone having a good time and a positive experience, for sure.
I believe that the participants were truly volunteers, not «plants».
The show was funny, at times outrageous, always entertaining. One person in the audience was «affected», so if you are easily susceptible to the power of persuasion, I’d advise not to follow the instructions Marc gives the volunteers at the beginning of the show when he is putting them under. I’d also advise not to volunteer to participate unless you honestly don’t care if you’re captured on DVD, for perpetuity, doing compromising things. (The last 10 – 15 minutes of the show, Marc has the participants doing raunchy acts that, I think, are embarrassing. At least, they would be for me).
My only issue with the show is that it claims to be for adults only, 18+ years old (rightfully so!). But there was a party in line ahead of us while waiting to get in, and there was a young girl in this group who couldn’t have been older than 12, 13 tops. And she was allowed in to the show, with the rest of her group. During the last raunchy part of the show, I just kept thinking, wow, how inappropriate for a young girl to see and hear this (heck, it’d be inappropriate for some adults I know! LOL!). So I have a bit of a beef with the theater staff who let this young kid in. Other than that, it was a fun show and a great value (especially if you get a Goldstar or Groupon deal!).

Had fun at Marc’s show. Good fun and raunchy humor. Kind of predictable, but I did laugh throughout. Had a coupon for some ‘free tickets.’ but of course those were sold out. Wed. Night, really? Well I shelled out the 16 bucks and all and all it was worth it. Drinks were on the high side, but I kind of anticipate that with a show.

Since the tickets were free… can’t complain TOO much. :) It’s an entertaining show… but do I believe it’s true that those folks are hypnotized… no…:(
There are better shows in Vegas to see, but if you want some laughs at 10pm in Vegas… this isn’t the worst way to get them.

So we got the tickets from the 90 timeshare presentation. I didn’t mind upgrading to VIP and the free drink, well considering my friend threw up at the bar 30 min prior, that’s OK…
Anyways it bugs me that people are raging on the show, I could care less if it was real or not. You can’t tell me you 1 star Unilocalers that at no point you didn’t laugh. It was hilarious… I’m mean I was crying it was so funny. Its Vegas it suppose to be entertaning.

I went with my girlfriend to see the show last Saturday, the 11^th. She recommended it and I was excited. I was skeptical whether it would work on me, but I went up anyway. Low and behold I was chosen to stay on stage!
I expected something like hypnosis that I’d seen in movies, but it was very different. At the time I didn’t feel hypnotised (whatever that feels like). I was aware and I remember everything… In fact, I remember that time more clearly than usual. In each act Marc had us do, I was totally focussed on the situation. No embarrassment, no inhibitions, just Marc, myself, and whatever he said was going on. At one point he did a «magic» trick of turning my belt into a snake. I remember clearly seeing my belt, but my heart was pounding, my stomach was tight, and my muscles reacted as if it was a dangerous snake. At the end of it I felt unbelievably rested even though I’d been active on stage for about an hour.
I would definitly go back and I’ve been telling all my friends about it. If you visit Vegas, you’ve got to see Marc Savard!

Best hypnosis show in town! Hands town! Not only is this in incredibly funny hypnosis show, but Marc is one of the most likable guys you will ever meet! Hes very quick witted, and always has a quick comeback for anything that is thrown at him.
Oh and if you are wondering if its ‘fake’ or not — just volunteer yourself, or go back the next night to see different contestants. Its all 100% real, and that’s what makes it even more funnier!

I was looking for an inexpensive comedy show to see and stumbled on this one A tip from another Unilocaler mentioned going directly to Marc Savard’s website for cheaper tickets and that was good advise. You can get $ 25 VIP tickets. Just be sure to show up early to get assigned seats.
First off our seats were very good. It’s a small but comfortable theater. Servers come around and offer drinks which was nice.
The show itself was just OK. Marc is funny. It seemed a couple of the participants were plant/​actors. Maybe put in place in case the others were not entertaining? They were over the top and seemed fake. There were some genuine funny moments but I felt there weren’t a lot of variety of things. The pacing seemed a bit slow.
Over all an OK act to see for $ 25.
