I have spent thousands of dollars getting clocks repaired in this shop. Today I brought in a clock that is not working that was recently repaired here. The man refused to fix it and asked «Don’t you speak English there is nothing wrong!» He said our granite countertop is not level as of last week when the clock stopped working. To spend a thousand dollars to have a clock fixed and then be treated so rudely is unacceptable and I urge you to stay out of this shop.

Tom Welsh is a great representative ! He assisted me with my watch repair and they were ¹⁄₃ the price of their competition. This is an excellent place to work with ! Get this… Tom picks up and delivers !!!

WAY OVERPRICED and unfriendly… I don’t recommend this place at all. Look elsewhere for your watch repair and jewelry repair needs! Two thumbs down!

This is a sad excuse for a business. The fact that they have been around for so long is because there isn’t any other place in Vegas and people just got over the bad customer service. Everyone In there is so rude and condescending like their better than you or something. I will never step foot inside because I don’t want to be talked down to. Bad business and horrible customer service isn’t ok and everyone in there should just do us all a favor and quit.

This place is awesome! I always come here to replace the batteries on my watches since they always do a great job. The staff is very friendly and they work in a timely manner. Will be back again.

Every time I have brought anything to them they are always incredibly friendly, helpful, and I never feel as though I am being ripped off! I live 20 miles away and if I ever have any watch or jewelry needs they are the first place I go. I wish more businesses had the integrity that M&I has.

Need a battery for your watch, go get it here. I also got a new strap for a watch. There service is superb, I had a watch that the manufacturer no longer produces and they tried there best to locate a strap for it, unfortunately to no avail, but the quality effort has earned my future business!

The older man that owns the place really talks down to people. I went in there for a simple link removal which is $ 10. He talked down to me, the type of watch I got and how I put it on. He then spent close to 45 minutes talking to me and complaining about everything. I had not paid, so I couldn’t just walk away either. He complained about other customers, and would actually give me their full name while doing so. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I feel kind of bad for this review, because he spoke of how no one really comes in anymore and it’s a dying business and all sorts of things. But seriously, if you want business, and you talk down to all of your customer, don’t be surprised when they don’t come back.

Total bait and switch.
Came in for a simple battery replacement. Quoted $ 10.79. Waited 5 minutes to get my watch back. Then I am told it is $ 15.00! Huh??? They charge and extra $ 5.00 to remove the watch band to get the the battery case that takes all of 6 seconds to do. I should of read the reviews on Unilocal first. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that is more reputable and honest.
P. S. The parking in this shopping center is a nightmare.

I brought my vintage Rolex and a gold Geneve watch for service. The watch store is a family owned business, I support small business’s here in Vegas over retail chain stores.
The guy at the counter was knowledgable and the prices were decent. The bench guy was quick, he made an extra effort and polished the watches, they look brand new.
The end result, I’m satisfied with the work and I will be back.

M & I is a reliable outfit. To date, only battery replacement service has been necessary, but we do have an eclectic mix of quartz watches from Seiko, G-​Shock and Timex. M & I has done a swell job in every case, and the cost of battery service is entirely fair – why not visit a specialist for this type of operation? When my Seiko pilot watch suddenly failed to operate a day after I visited M & I to have its battery replaced, the watchmaker patiently took it apart, installed another new battery and got it going again, no questions asked. I trust this shop to follow through professionally.

I trusted M&I for YEARS with watch repairs. I recently picked up a watch which was «repaired» only to find it was not working for $ 400.00. I took the watch somewhere else where I was informed that basically nothing but adjustments were EVER made to the watch. I was told several times by M&I that they were waiting for parts, etc. Sadly, this was not true. M&I took advantage of my love for an older and expensive watch while they only «giggled and tweaked» the inside for years while charging me several hundred each time.
I regret have told anyone to take their watches there for repair.

First let me say that I came here as a second choice after visiting Tourneau inside Caesars. (I have also reviewed that place, which is why I went elsewhere). This place was far better with customer service, even though there were only two people working there as opposed to a dozen, both which had the same amount of customer traffic at the time.
On to my actual review, the owners greeted me as soon as I walked in and we’re happy to help me get my Bulova watch fixed. After taking the watch back, and looking at estimates of parts they let me know how much it was to fix, both with either oem parts, or aftermarket. I chose oem because I wanted the crown to be original. So I left my watch, and they had it fixed in about two weeks, since some parts needed to be ordered. It was during the holidays so i was very busy and didn’t make it down for about 3 weeks. They didn’t mind and we’re just as happy to see me when I returned to pick it up, which has been working well ever since.

My most favorite watch has held up well for years. It only ever needs a link taken in/​out occasionally and, of course, a battery replacement when it’s time has expired. (pun intended!) I’ve used M and I for both of these services. I’ve left satisfied every time and will continue to do so in the future. The price is right and the staff is friendly and efficient. It’s also family owned, which also makes me a supporter of M and I. Recommended to all!

I live about 120 miles away from Las Vegas and needed two Seiko watches repaired. Both were older and one a self winding watch I picked up while I was in the military need to have some condensation removed from under the glass. The other needed cleaning and a battery. The lady told me it would take a week or two to have them fixed.
After 4 weeks I called and they were still not done and they advised they would call when completed.
After another 6 weeks they called and said they were ready. So I drove the 120 miles into Las Vegas to pick them up. When I checked them the newer one looked OK, but the older one which just needed the condensation removed, had been put together wrong. The outer ring was installed wrong and not lined up right. They had replaced the second hand with a different one (there was nothing wrong with that) and when I used the stop watch the hand would not return to zero.
They apologized and said that the watchmaker would repair it next week. So I left it again and drove back.
They called the next week and said it was fixed. I drove the 120 miles again and could not believe they had not fixed it, the man apologized and gave it to a watchmaker who put outer ring on correctly, and said it would be a couple of days to fix the other problems, well I had it and told them I would bring it to a real watchmaker.

Came here yesterday to get my watch battery replaced. There was only 1 lady working the counter which created a small line of people waiting around to be helped. I handed her my watch and she told me it would be $ 10.75 to have the battery replaced, so I told her I’d wait for it. When my watch was done, she placed it on the counter to show me and that’s about it, not much service here otherwise.
Aside from watch and jewelry repair, they also sell grandfather clocks, watches, rings and other jewelry, and fancy fountain pens. I browsed the store while waiting the 10 min for my battery to be replaced.
They would not honor the 10% Unilocal Check-​in offer and claimed that they did not authorize Unilocal to put such an offer online. They also said that Unilocal refused to remove the check-​in deal from the site, which I highly doubt. They were probably too cheap or lazy to give me the discount which would have amounted to $ 1 more or less.
No frills repair shop here but they got the job done at a reasonable price in my opinion. The lady just didn’t seem very pleasant/​happy and there was really not customer service that I saw between her and any of the customers. I’m really not sure who would actually come here to purchase watches, jewelry, etc. I’d come back for watch repairs though since they were pretty quick

I came here to get my watch battery replaced. The actual service was super quick but it took about 15 minutes for someone to come out and assist me when I first walked in. Otherwise, I would have given a full 5 stars.
Regular price is $ 10.75 for a battery replacement but I checked in on Unilocal and got 10% off… $ 9.67 total for a new battery. I have paid more at other places so I was very satisfied with this price.
The guy that assisted me was nice. He didn’t know about the Unilocal deal and was a little confused but still gave me the discount anyways. I’ll be coming here in the future for any battery replacements.
The only thing I absolutely did not like was that they didn’t give me a receipt. I paid cash and just walked out. Didn’t even realize it until after I left. It’s not that big of a deal but if anything happens, I’d have no proof that I was even there *shrugs.

I stopped in today with a brand new SEIKO SBDC007 Shogun (Japanese Domestic Market) to have the bracelet adjusted. I’d lost 2 pins and they charged me $ 10 a piece for those, which I thought was outrageous, but I can deal with that.
What really ticked me off is the fact that I get home and notice a nick in the left lower lug on a brand new titanium watch that was shipped from Japan only 2 days ago!!! It would’ve been nice of them to let me know that at the store, but then they’d be admitting to being culpable for their negligence.
Outrageous prices and incompetent watch repair guys who F’ed up an expensive, rare titanium watch that is no longer produced. Picture attached.
