I am staying at the oasis RV park in Las Vegas. Their Internet is terrible. I would never let
on my property.
It’s not that their service is completely slow. It’s that their login process is difficult across multiple devices. You could never get back to the page for agreeing with their terms and you never know if you’re really login or not.
Overall the customer experience is bad.

It’s so nice to have an option in this category. Century Link and Cox just can’t compete with hometown service.

My company used LV​.Net when all the other ISP’s in the area quoted over $ 50k just for installation fees! LV​.Net was able to get us up and running in one day and provided rock solid service for over a year while we needed them. We had some service issues that were not their fault and they worked quickly with us at all times of the day to ensure they were resolved. They were also proactive in switching radio paths when needed to ensure optimal up time. I’d not hesitate to recommend them as a service and customer service provider.

Fast service and unlike my other company the one that sounds like a part of the body, they set me up perfectly and I did not have to call them back. That was a big plus for me and I hope my neighbor gets them so I don’t have to provide access when theirs is out all the time. I like lv.

I am staying in downtown Las Vegas. The hotel that I am staying at, who’s name I will not mention as they do have a restaurant I love and have written a review for, has been experiencing «technical difficulties» with their Internet WiFi all weekend. I saw LV​.Net on my list of choices and tried it. I used it for two days. The speed was great, the price was fair. I am very happy with the service.
And, I found that when I was walking down Fremont Street the LV​.Net site was also available. That’s some reach. I think they have a set up that goes all the way down the Fremont Street Experience.
They get a thumbs up from me.

We use LV​.Net Internet in our office. It’s a small office but the speeds are awesome. We’ve never had any problems and we use the internet for EVERYTHING.

Once in 2 years the service was down for about 1.5 hours and when I called they were already troubleshooting and fixing it. Every time I call (which is rare) I get a live human right away. Try calling customer support for Wild Blue/​Dish Network!!! I shall say no more.

Stayed at Primm resort on the state line and paid for the hour service. I received a connection but it was so slow. I was originally using my phone as a hotspot for 3 devices and I figured that this paid service would be faster, but it was much, much slower than the hotspot.

I moved to a location that provides LV Net internet service, and signed for 3 months, paid in advance for the service. I signed up on Friday night and was not able to get a decent signal. I was able to connect online, but connection is taking forever just to check on my email. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to connect online on Saturday, but no successful connection. Finally, after being kick out online every 5 minutes, I called their technical support and they told me that I am using the connection from where I’m staying, they are just providing the router to the business. I advised them to just cancel my subscription and refund my money. I was told that the full amount will be refunded and to just follow it up with their Billing Dept on regular business days. Well, I received and email yesterday from them and they did not refunded the full amount. Called up their main number, 702−900−0000, and spoke to a certain RACHEL WILSON, stated that she’s the Billing Manager. Told me that the reason why I was not refunded the full amount was because I was using it for 3 days. I explained to her that, that was not continuous connection and it was cutting off every 5 minutes. They charged me $ 20.00 for no connectivity. She sent me an email with all the usage that I have which I explained to her that the connection kept dropping. Well, it is a big mistake signing up with them.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, everyone! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY ARE CHEATING THE CONSUMERS. THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE AND STILL CHARGING PEOPLE…

Not sure what everyone else is whining about– I recently moved to a property that provides LV Net service with my rent, and all I had to do was buy the router.
At the store, I called LV to confirm what equipment was needed prior to leaving and employee was friendly and helpful.
Called again after setting up my network and not getting an internet connection. Three different people tried to fix the situation and kept in constant contact over a few hours, before determining that they needed to send someone out– and did so the very next day.
Was given a courtesy heads-​up call when the tech was anticipating a delay, and again when he was on his way. Justin was friendly, polite, and respectful throughout his visit and fully answered my questions and explained my set up prior to leaving.
At one point my internet went down, and I simply called and spoke to Frederick who had it up and running again within a few minutes, with an apology and a suggestion for what to check if it happened again.
I love that I can call any time and immediately get a real person on the phone to help me. I haven’t found that kind of accessibility with any other ISP, ever.

I just want to say I stayed at the Days Inn Las Vegas and the wifi connection there, which you have a contract to support was beyond worthless. I could not get a decent signal there 4 out of 5 days I was there, and the time or two I called you, you had NO clue where the wireless access point was on the property and just kept referring me back to them in a vicious circle offering NO troubleshooting to me. You need to learn how to do IT support. UNACCEPTABLE!
I see from the majority of your other reviews here that you are a trailer trash ISP. It just goes to show that if you ever experience bad service, 10 other people (at least) have encountered the SAME THING!

Opted for the $ ²⁰⁄₃ day plan. I should have tried the $ 10/​day to try them out. Horrible response time and my connection dropped multiple tried. I made the mistake of «living» with the problem for 3 hours as I had to get some work done. I should have cancelled the service right away. Called twice to their customer service folks (who were nice at least) to rectify the situation.
Now I will have to escalate with my credit card company to dispute the charges. I would recommend staying away from this service provider.
