BE CAREFUL! This place is very tricky and will swindle you! Even after I’ve been a customer for months, they talked me into a 5 minute consultation (after my scheduled shot) with a nurse who peddled their products, then they slapped me in the face with a $ 45 consultation fee! I was floored when I left and felt very taken advantage of. When I realized what happened I called to ask for a refund since they never told me there was a charge for speaking to the nurse, and they refused. The front desk gentleman who gives the B12 shots is cool, but the manager was incredibly rude and insulting. I will NEVER recommend anyone to this location and question their policies and standards. Not only did they forget to give me the Vitamin C shots I paid for with the B12 for over a month, but one managers actually told me to give them a 5 star review on Unilocal for free B12 shots. SMH… Shady business.

I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And the fact that they’re open on weekends is a plus. If you’re looking for positive improvements to your well being, this is the place to go

I absolutely love this place! The staff is so nice and caring! I have been getting the B12 and Vitamin C shots weekly and it really makes a difference in your life. I have so much energy. The staff makes you want to come back every week! I recommend this place to everyone!

Customer service is just amazing! Alain is very accommodating and friendly. He doesn’t have any problems with re scheduling appointments or work with my crazy schedule. :)
Their products are great. I come here for vit c and b12 shots. My skin is soo much brighter and i love how everybody noticed that i am glowing.

Love this place! Lost 12 pounds this month on the vitamin B shots! The office staff is amazing, great customer service and they make you feel really comfortable. Great place for anyone who’s trying to get the weight off in a healthy way!

Love love love this place!!! Friendly staff and wonderful nurse. Usual b12 shots are uncomfortable., however with the trained nurses, it’s a breeze. Plus I feel so much better! Thanks

I go here once a week for my B12 shot. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. I work nights and usually call them 10 minutes before I arrive and I’ve never had to wait. I will certainly continue use this location.

I was told when I made my initial appointment that I would have to get an EKG my first time, but that was it, just for the first visit, then the following visits would just be considered to be follow up visits. That was partly why the initial visit would cost more than my follow up visits. I called today to schedule a follow up visit and was told that I was misinformed the initial time and that all visits cost the same, I would still have to get another EKG and would have to every time I came in, leaving the price the same. I may have been ok with it if I had been informed correctly in the first place. I may even have been ok if when I called, the woman on the phone seemed even the least bit apologetic for my misinformation, but she seemed to be more annoyed and frustrated with me than anything else. Despite the pleasant first appointment, I’ll just choose to bring my business to another clinic that doesn’t leave me feeling misinformed and annoying when I question the misinformation.

Called two weeks ago to schedule a 2^nd appointment while I was in town. I was told different pricing when I called to book (ok, whatever I booked for the lower cost option anyways) but also was told they’d look into cost and call me back. I talked to two different people and never got a call back. I called today to cancel my appointment.

Service was fast enough i went in for a phentermine prescription. Only thing that annoyed me was the fact i was quoted $ 135 including prescription cost but when i went to get my prescription from Walgreens i was charged $ 36. Not happy about that at all

They are the friendliest! Love their services! I didn’t have to wait long and I got finished in no time. The results were all that I had hoped they would be. I loved the friendly atmosphere and I was treated with kindness. They were patient and attentive to my particular needs and concerns.

What a great experience from the initial inquiry phone call until I walked out the door. I’ve visited various local med spas in town and Life Science is the most pleasant and flexible. I ended up not making my early morning appointment for b12 mic shots, but they were all gracious enough to let me walk in before closing. If you haven’t researched the benefits of B12 injections I suggest you do so, it’s quite a game changer and an awesome way to start your week full of energy!
Life Science is easy to locate if you are coming from 215 W on Rainbow. The staff and doctor are very knowledgable about their products. They do not try to hard sell you on programs you show no interest in. Aside from B12 shots they offer various pkgs: detoxification, HcG and so forth. Another plus is that they are open every day even on Sunday’s!!! Looking forward to many returns.

They bribe people for 5 stars on Unilocal.I called them up to make an appointment and they seemed unprofessional. I was still going to buy one of their packages until the representative told me «they give free B-​12 shots for a 5 star Unilocal review»
At this moment I knew they were an untrustworthy and unethical place.
Let me make it clear I NEVER went in here for anything. They may be great, but I would not trust anyone who bribes others so they could get a good name.
If you want the risk, try them out! They may be amazing; however, I just won’t let what I think is an unethical medical professionals inject me with anything.

It was my first time here and it was such a wonderful experience. Staff is extremely friendly, doctor was straight to the point and very imformative. Shots that were administered were gentle. Great experience. Would recommend that every one try this med spa out.

Great group of people and very supportive. My results have been amazing… Definitely continuing to go back.

Five star all the way!

Came in for the b12 injections, never had to wait more than 5 minutes. They have free bottled water, coffee and tea while you wait. Sure the shot was a bit painful afterwards, that is to be expected but the results are worth it. Be sure to look for the Groupon deal, you will get your money’s worth.

Came here as recommended by my NP Friend. The service I got was awesome! The program I choose has helped me a lot… no regrets. The place is clean… the staff are friendly and very accomodating.

The nurses are wonderful at administering the b12 shots, they never hurt! Clean friendly office.

Made an appointment and waited for about an hour to even have my vitals taken. The receptionist/​nurse was very nice but overwhelmed by the number of patients. I finally seen the doctor and she didn’t even know what I was there for. Asked me how was the B-​12 shots working for me and I explained I haven’t gotten them yet. The groupon I bought mentions a meal plan and a fitness routine but she didn’t even offer or bring up anything about how I was eating or if I was working out. I thought the meeting would be in depth but it was about 5 minutes. Basically if all you want is b-​12 shots this is an okay place. You must have lots of time to spare if u on plan on visiting this office. They just seem really disinterested in their patients. Wanna get you in and out quickly.
