Leonel Alberto – State Farm Insurance Agent

We LOVE our State Farm agents! Leonel and his partner-​in-​crime Shaly have helped us with both of our auto, car & home insurance, as well as our auto loans. They treat us as family and we would never trade them!

One of the worst state farms I’ve ever been to. I had insurance here and I was in a Nissan Sentra going into Walmart in Henderson slowly and I got T boned by a SUV with five people in the car and state farms it’s my fault. number one that was my insurance saying its my fault and number 2 they were too lazy for the adjuster to come out and check for skid marks that day and then they claim that it was my fault putting 10 points on my list for no reason at all. this is clearly the worst State Farm I’ve ever been to and I will never go back here. the SUV that I got hit by was going 70 miles an hour in a Walmart parking center and I was going to miles an hour my whole car got demolished and State Farm said it was my fault from these people… this was two years ago and I’m appaulled by this place

I had a bad experience with state farm before, but Leonel definitely helped me see the good side of it. Very friendly and family orientated, he helped me with a subject and topic I’m not too entirely sure or comfortable with. Looking for someone reliable, this is the guy and place to go to. Thank you for making be a believer again.

Very bad experience. I guess somebody was fired or quit and Leonel was taking calls. From the moment he answered he was very rude and unprofessional. He did not want our business and repeatedly told us he was stressed out he was about his business. we started the quote process over because the girl that made the quote last week was no longer there. after asking about why he wanted to know such personal things for a simple quote he got very angry and stated that we got off on the wrong foot and to go somewhere else for a quote. he also said he didn’t like my tone however ever since he started talking he was condescending and rude. it was only a question an a valid one at that i was not looking to offend anyone just curious why they have to know certain personal aspects of your life. needless to say I would never get insurance from this location as Leonel has a serious attitude problem. I have since called other state farm agents. please note that state farm is an overall good company with nice people. just not this location. as soon as I called another branch I was met with a very nice and polite person with no issues at all.
