Established in 1994.

The Firm was established in 1994. AttorneyLee Drizin left a moderate sized, well-​respected local firm to open his own practice. His goal was to establish an aggressive and dynamic firm with superior client service. Knowing when to be the litigator or simply the facilitator requires patience, understanding and foresight. The Firm has gained a reputation for effective advocacy when other alternatives prove unsuccessful.

In addition to Attorney Drizin, Senior Associate Ethan Kottler, who specializes in family law, is an important part of the Firm. Ethan also serves as judge pro tempore in the Clark County Family Court as well as the Las Vegas Justice Court.

Nearly two decades of specializing in business and commercial transactions, representing national companies as well as individual buyers and sellers. Experienced counsel in all aspects of contracts and legal issues which may arise in developing, managing, leasing, or owning a property, including construction issues and contracts, commercial leases, insurance coverage, & disputes with tenants. Close monitoring of purchase and sales contracts for commercial properties including appraisals, property management, marketing, investment, development, net leases, & matters concerning brokers/​agents. Extensive experience representing real estate licensees in mediations, arbitrations, contested hearings & trials before the Clark County District Court.
