First I had to wait forever for my appointment & there was no one there, just me & maybe one other person. It took around 1 ½ hours. Then the woman who takes me is all frazzled & when I forgot to put something in my locker, she was upset that I had to go back, so I’m rushing around for this chick as she’s rushing me because SHE was late to begin with. I had NO idea the beds have a sliver of a width. While I’m certainly not obese, I’m not a stick either. She almost forgot to put the headset on me & so she put it on me while I was already lying down, so they were crooked. I was in a VERY uncomfortable situation & I thought I could just rest, but noooo, the sounds from the machine were soooo loud, I couldn’t handle it. I’ve never had an MRI before & I wasn’t even warned about any of this. I don’t know how long into the session it was, but then she accuse me of moving when I didn’t. She starts giving me shit for her now having to start over again. I’m like, WTH??? The noise was sooo loud, it hurt my chest & I started to have a panic attack & I don’t normally get panic attacks. I started calling out to her in between when there was silence, but she didn’t respond. I figured she was off smoking a cigarette, as she wreaked of cigarettes when I first met her. I screamed out to her every time there was silence & she didn’t respond. I was just about to move & get the hell out of this contraption & no it had nothing to do with being claustrophobic(I didn’t give a shit at this point), when finally she responded only b/c the machine had stopped. It took her at least 5 – 10 minutes to respond after the machine had already shut off. She then was sympathetic b/c the way I had to lie is the worst way(it was for my wrist), but I was just furious. I was nauseous & weak. I wasn’t going to complain about this UNTIL I found out from another person who also had to go to an MRI(different location, same company), that his technician was music nicer, put music on the headset, a towel or something to block out more of the noise, etc. THEN I tried to call the manager of that location: Southwest 7150 W. Sunset Rd Suite 201A Las Vegas, NV89113 (702) 233‑0727 office was told it was Patricia. Left a message either with their answering service or on her VM3 separate times as of 07 – 17. It’s now 08 – 04&STILL no return phone call. This week I’m going to get to the bottom of who overseas her. TERRIBLE company(or location).

Packed, what is the point of appointments when you have to wait so long? They have not fine tuned this process

Doctor’s here are great. I see Dr. Gregoriev. He’s super friendly, always makes you feel like you are the only patient he has that day. However, the second time I came back to see him, he had an emergency phone call that took over 15 minutes. He stepped into the next room, and I could hear the phone call. I can tell you, it wasn’t an emergency. It didn’t even have to do with a patient. Very unprofessional. I don’t know what the deal with this office is. I’ve been here twice and both times I waited for an hour and a half. They told me they are less busy around lunch time, but when I came in at noon, I still waited an hour and a half. They serve appointments for three different doctors here and the waiting room is always full of super disgruntled people who have been waiting an equally long time. You can tell the staff here is really stressed about it as well and there doesn’t seem to be anything they can do. Be prepared for very long wait times. I ended up getting in trouble for with my work because both times my appointments ended up taking about 3 hours: to drive there, wait, and actually see the doctor.

This place is awesome! If you don’t mind waiting for hours at end. I am writing this review while I wait. Again! The people working here are great, professional and friendly. I had a vasectomy done and I have to say that I am very pleased with the results. Would I do it all over again? Yes, but not at this place. I understand they are busy, but come on! Don’t book so many appointments. Ever heard of, «don’t bite more than you can chew»?

I like this guy, he is funny, knows his stuff cares about his patient and has little fingers (he is a urologist, men know what I mean)

Dr. Joseph Candela at LV Urology is excellent. He puts you at ease, seems very competent and honest and pays attention to your problems.
