History

Established in 2009.

Drs. Peter Caravella and Eddy Luh recently decided to join their resources and form Las Vegas Surgical Associates, a multi specialty surgical group that is unique to the Las Vegas area in being able to offer services across a broad range of surgical specialties.

Since LVSA is a group practice, we are able to offer our patients and referring physicians several advantages. The group is never left uncovered or with a physician outside of the group. One of our physicians is always on call and can answer questions or take care of acute surgical emergencies when they arise.

Dr Eddy L, Dr Peter C.

Business Owner

Dr. Luh graduated from Cornell University and then received his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He completed his General Surgery residency at the University of Nevada Affiliated Hospitals. Dr. Luh then trained at the world renowned Methodist Hospital in the Micheal E. DeBakey Department of Surgery of Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX where he completed a residency in Vascular Surgery. He has been voted «Top Doc» in Vascular Surgery on more than one occasion by his peers in Las Vegas Life Magazine. He is board certified in both Vascular and General Surgery.

Dr. Caravella completed his medical training at the University of Maryland after receiving his B.A. in Economics at Yale University. He completed his General Surgery training at Saint Louis University Group of Hospital. Dr. Caravella is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
