Horrible do not go 9 am appointment 35 people in waiting area. I waited 35 minutes for a 2 min dr exam Ridiculous dr blanchard is rude and condescending does not listen too you. Staff rude cant give pricing then you get 300 dollar bill for nothing Stay Away! CASH COW ALL STAFF RUDE. You ask about billing they gave me a card stated call financial services or gave a card stating call and set up another appointment!!! What a Joke!!!

Never ‘rushing’ me, and listens to the information I give regarding my needs.

The most pleasant dermatologist experience ever! Dr. Blanchard is caring and knowledgeable, his staff is caring and efficient, and the scheduling process was very smooth. they’ve found a loyal client for life.

This place is awful! Waited 1 hour for the doctor on our first visit. Yet I show up 5 minutes late due to traffic and they refused to see me. They have a 15 minute tardy policy posted on their website however, according to this office, «it does not apply to the last patient of the day». Absolute BS! The office itself is outdated and dingy. Their chairs are dirty and falling apart. The staff is unprofessional and rude. The doctor clearly thinks his time is much more valuable that your time and your health. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The worst place ever and I had been in several doctor offices in my life the personal it’s straight out rude specially the one in the front desk. So unprofessional so u better try a different place at least this its my first and last visit.

I usually check Unilocal before I go anywhere these days, and side note: I probably would have STAYED AWAY if I read all the reviews before me, BUT…
I just had the most wonderful experience at LVS&CC! It’s crazy! I can’t stop raving and my appointment was not two hours ago.
Pros: This place is close my house and my job. They have early appointments (7:30AM), which means I only miss an hour of work in the morning (I work 8 – 5). Their other offices have 7AM slots (awesome!). The ladies up front were friendly, engaging (which is rare these days), and very prompt. All their paperwork is online (yay green!) and I did it a head of time, so no 30 minutes waiting to fill out 30 minutes of new hire paperwork. It was quick and easy.
I was taken back at 7:45 with the nurse. Seen at 7:50 with Justin Cottrell. HE WAS GREAT! He asks the right questions, reflects back information he hears from you to make sure it’s right. Engages in some education and suggestions. I felt really comfortable and listened to. That was really impressive to me.
The check out process was smooth. They send my prescription without giving me a slip, so it’s electronically filled and ready for when I get off work. I paid my copay at the beginning, so it was nice and speedy.
The best part for me was the doctor being so prompt and running on time and the staff at front being so friendly, welcoming, and engaging. It is a rare find that you get to have both a good physician and good staff.

Don’t even waste your time. Wouldn’t see me because traffic had me running late. The smug nasty look from check in chick. HATE this place!!! They’re all about $$ and don’t give a damn about your health!

If you can avoid this place please do. Waited an hr and paid $ 50 copay for doctor to tell me take Rogaine. Was literally 3mins and I was done. Such a ghetto, low class place. Super shaddy all around.

Although the doctor was pretty superb, the receptionists were rude and ignorant. I also had to wait nearly an hour till I was called. The receptionists said they would call me but never did, so I just rescheduled my appointment (hopefully my last) and left with a frown.

Dr. Paulson and rn Ricky were great. Third visit and getting better each time. I was previously a patient of Dr blanchard, but he does not accept Aetna insurNce. Dr. Paulsen does. He inspires confidence

The attending physician was superb, he handled my issues very professionally and soundly, one complaint I have is I was not advised what prescriptions I was getting or what for, he also left abruptly without saying a thing, I had more questions, the front office, no! While waiting I observed the office staff, who were mostly chatting among themselves, basically having a party, I observed several checking out patients and making comments and laughing, the most unprofessional staff I have seen, and this is Vegas remember, that is saying a lot. I was given a prescription and told to give it an hour for them to call it in, the next day still no prescription, so I called the Pecos location back, they did not have my records in the computer, I was transferred to another representative, who transferred me to another representative who never answered, still don’t have my prescription.
It would seem the physicians in this group could shape up their staff, get them in line professionally to accommodate the facilities which are really nice. I was given a follow up appointment, but am considering cancelling that one, my suggestion is to seek a dermatologist that is not in a large group of doctors. I finally had to send a letter of complaint and cancel my appointment, however; the nurse and manager did call back, they were very nice and professional and apologetic, hopefully the office staff can get on board with professionalism, I see other reviews about office carrying on personal conversations, just sitting around talking and partying, while paperwork and computer records go to digital heaven, it is disheartening, the doctors was very efficient, too bad about the staff.

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a 9 am appointment. Then doctor said she was backed up and couldn’t do full exam and we would have to come back another time. We would have to wait for another appointment and pay another copay. I don’t think so. I asked to speak with office manager. She apologized but it didn’t fix the problem.

2wks now the Humira Assistant program they havnt receive anything yet from my doctor’s missing info. as a courtesy just pls call me or respond back to humira what is going on. SAD SAD SAD SAD… medical practice office.

Third and final visit here. Sitting in an empty waiting room. My appointment was for 4 pm. It’s 4:40 pm and I still have not been called. It was like this my two previous visits. I will no longer give them my money after this visit. I should have Unilocaled them before my first visit. Reading the other reviews, I would’ve stayed clear. So here’s my warning to you: stay clear.

I am not happy with my visit to the LVS and Cancer clinic. I had a thai (?) Dr. who prescribed me a very expensive drug for my rosecea (Oracea). It cost $ 441.00 for a one month supply. I questioned the need for such an expensive drug and yet she offered no alternative. I talked with 2 different pharmacists and my own physician and all agreed there are cheaper alternatives. I suggested to the pharmacists that I felt she was getting a kickback from the drug company and both could not comment on the record, but felt I may have been correct. I eventually was prescribed, by my family Dr, tetracycline which costs less than $ 6.00 per month.

Keesha Kaplan is a kind and understanding care giver. I have been going to her for the last two years and have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a quality caregiver.

Horrible! I have been here 2 times. This would have been the third but had to walk out because I had been waiting for an hour and a half after my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!! Horrible! The doctor on my second visit literally spent 2 minutes with me. No exaggeration. Go somewhere!!!

HORRIBLE customer service! The office staff will not return phone calls, will not follow up with insurance to do pre-​authorizations for medication. If you call in to ask a question they say «hold on» and transfer you to a random voice mail box. So frustrating! Only reason I continue with this clinic is because it’s the only Dermatologist office in the city that is covered by my insurance. If you have options do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I love it here !!! Miss Lisa is the bomb .She always makes me more beautiful. Her photo facials are beyond description. She always treat me with the best bed side manners. Makes me forget the pain. Shes always cheerful and so pretty.

Pretty sure that if you’re a dermatologist, you should look at my skin while I’m in your office. Not here. Instead, the doctor looked at his computer and continually asked me questions like «Who’s treating you now?» (Uh, nobody, that’s why I’m here.) «Who last treated you?» (Dermatologists in South Dakota, Minnesota, California… you know them?)
Front desk staff wasn’t the best either… I have eyes, and you can look in them whenever you want, just to convey friendliness or whatever.
Props to the PA though, he actually looked at me and cared about me. I won’t be back.
