Be very careful making this your choice. After an hour wait, my daughter saw Dr. Hall and left the appointment needing 2 prescriptions which were to be filled by 2 special pharmacies which I was told would call me to fill. Those pharmacies did not call me for 4 days so I spent 6 hours calling the Dr and those pharmacies to get her prescriptions filled. The real issue is how the staff handles new patients. They are very rude and feel extremely burdened that you are even bothering them in the first place.
The first call to the Dr after not hearing anything from any pharmacy, I was told only one pharmacy was handling her prescriptions and that I needed to call them. I called that pharmacy only to be told, no they were only handling one. I call back the Dr and instead of being apologetic, the staff was extremely rude. When asked to spell my daughters name, they didn’t like that I was being clear and precise in order to not have to repeat it again since I already had 3 times. They asked me to hold for over 10 mins while they got the number to the pharmacy and left the phone off the hook while they proceeded to talk in the background about how I was mad when it was actually the lady talking to me that was upset I was bothering her. Of course I wasn’t happy that I had to call back and I had to handle the facilitation of my daughters medication when they told me I would be receiving the calls.
Whoever the lady was that I was talking to really needs to be discharged. She was more then rude and condescending and when I asked her why she felt the need to talk to me that way, she was defensive and inappropriate and proceeded just hang up on me. I have never experienced that type of treatment let alone from a medical practice.
I called back again to the main number asking to a message for the doctor to call me and he never called.
This office is very busy and there is nothing warm and welcoming about their lobby at all in terms of waiting room and comfort.

Dr. Fredrick Herman is the best allergist I have ever had in Vegas.
This group is large, not just Dermo, I am pleased that I have an allergist soooo close to home :)

Great place, great service, really friendly! My baby came with me, she fell asleep and they made it so easy for me. Of course talked to me about my little problem and fixed it, well in the process!

I had an appointment with Dr. Herman yesterday and for the first time in 3 years was SO happy with my experience with a specialist. He listened to every word I had to say, explained in thorough detail what my problem was, and what the healing process was going to be like. I haven’t ever met a doctor who truly seemed as though he cared about my health like Dr. Herman did. The wait was average and the lobby was full. However, now I see why! This guy really knows his stuff. The staff is very friendly and efficient, and they were honest when I asked what the wait time was. I appreciate an honest, efficient, and experienced medical staff, and I was VERY happy with my experience.

Seriously. The stinkiest office of all. Jam packed with people we waited for over an hour. The doctor didn’t listen to anything that was said. It was awful.

I had appt with Doctor Meghan How ever she din’t show up as she was Sick I get it everyone gets Sick However that is not the Point. Front Desk Judy she just had a straight additude she was definitely not happy to be there Overall she is Unprofessional, i even over heard her go to the techs and told them how stupid I was and how I gave her additude and other Nonsense **OVERALL** patients should NOT get Treated like this. I was mistreated I got to my appt in time I waited one Hour to get treated How ever the service that I received from the asst and Doctor Michaels was Excellent. Judy needs some training on how to treat the patients with respect and By being more proffesional the other girls there as well very Unprofessional they need to stop talking about patients as we can all hear what they say.

I was referred to this place by SMA to have rather nasty looking mole removed. My first impression on entering the lobby was that the place needs a makeover — it’s old and a bit run down. I guess I expect a doctors office, especially a specialist, to be more on the posh side. The receptionist handed me a tablet of sorts to fill out my patient information, rather than the usual paper and clipboard. The tablet was frustratingly slow and hard to use. I’m sure it’s an efficient way to obtain and store patient information, but the technology felt 10 years old. They need to upgrade to iPads or something newer.
The lobby was also packed and there were no open seats. I stood for about 10 minutes until a seat opened up. Then, gave it up the seat to an older lady that walked in, because I’m a nice guy that way. The wait time was not bad — around 20 minutes to get to the exam room and another 10 or so to see the doc. The actual removal the mole was not what I expected. My primary care doc told me they would freeze off the mole. Instead they numbed me up with lidocaine and they used a regular razor blade to remove it. I guess it worked and there is hardly any trace of a scar, but for it seem a little old-​fashioned.

I’ve seen Dr. Brent Michaels here twice on 4−12−14 and 5−13−14. Both times were great. The location is great for me, as I live nearby. The building looks nice, and it has a nice parking lot. Handicapped spaces are always open when I go there. The office staff is nice.
Once you’re established, you walk in, sign in, put your arrival time down, then your appointment time next to it. After that, you wait, watch HDTV on their nice screen in the waiting room, and their big styrofoam cups are at the desk on the left side. They have a nice water cooler there if you need some cold water.
Dr. Michaels is nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. His nurse assisted him for my biopsy this time. I didn’t feel a thing. It was painless for the shot to numb me, and painless for the scrape to do the biopsy. Dr. Michaels gave me a prescription for my severe eczema, and gave me some advise on how to take care of my rashes all over different spots on my body. I’m satisfied with Dr. Brent Michaels, and his nurse. She was very helpful.

Coworker gave rave reviews about this company, I choose to drive out to this location as it had the soonest availability.
Made an appointment for adult acne with Dr. Hall. Waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room, and only saw the doc for two maybe three minutes (wasn’t in the consultation room for more than 5mins). He shined a light and looked at my skin, went to his chair and asked me a few questions bout what I had used in the past, gave me some prescriptions and I was ushered out. Maybe my old dermatologist was extra special, as he would do extractions and detailed consolations… Not just give me a script, I could have done that for half the price with my GP.
