The girls in the office are ALWAYS so helpful and nice.
Yes they are strict, but just like your 3rd grade nun teacher they are only trying to help.
I do not envy the job they have dealing with some of the people who probably are my neighbors who choose to violate all kinds of HOA rules and regulations.
Overall I have been here they have yet to raise our dues and provide fabulous security and perimeter decoration, further although I have received speeding tickets in here for going over the 20mph speed limit, that’s the cost of doing business to live in the ONLY gated community 1 block off the strip AND built by the mob.
Cest’ la vie!
