Great customer service from my inquiry over the phone upon receiving me when I first came by. Mike took care of me and wrote me up and gave me a competitive quote. I am paying out of my pocket so price and guaranteed quality work is a must. I was told that the job will take al least 5 days. 3 days later I got a phone call and the car is ready. I got there, car was fully detailed and boy it was looking new. Mike see to it that I am happy with the work and YES I am! Their lobby is supper clean and you won’t hesitate to go use their restroom because it is clean unlike other shops and garages. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had got my bmw rear ended on the freeway, so I towed it to Las Vegas collision center and that was it. From start to finish they kept me informed about my repair status. My car was so well repaired it just looked like brand new as if I had pulled it out of the dealership … Highly recommend!!!

I was driving to Vegas and I got into a fender bender. I found this amazing body shop. They took my car in and fixed it over the weekend. They provided me a rental once I got there. They were even closed on Sunday but they made sure my car was ready for me to return to LA. They even kept me informed about the status of me vehicle. Thats what I call phenomenal customer service. Took my wife’s car to LVCC to get a mirror replaced and bumper painted. From the time I walked in, they treated me right. Mark wrote me an estimate which was the cheapest of the 3 I got. Called my insurance company to make the claim and Mark did the rest. It took longer than the 3 days promised only because the mirror was on back order. During the week it took to finish the car, Mark was in touch with me no less than 3 times. Great communication! I would highly recommend this shop if you are in need of body work on your car. I went there because of the Unilocal reviews. They were spot on!!! The car looks like new. Thanks a bunch to LVCC!!!

PHENOMENAL JOB on my Dodge Charger!!! Mike gave the best quote in Vegas. Took only 2 days for them to replace my bumper. In addition, they washed and detailed Sofia «my charger» very well. I’m extremely pleased and I’ll definitely do more business with them. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Very happy with the results. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I highly recommend Las Vegas Collision Center. I just got my car back today from some bumper work. I got it caught on a parking lot concrete bumper back in August 2014, and have been dealing with popping it back into place a couple times a week ever since, because I couldn’t afford the $ 1000 quote I was given by another shop. I also had to have the entire plastic shield underneath my engine compartment replaced, as it was torn off. It was over $ 250 less than the original quotes I received from other shops. Mark also mentioned giving a discount for hearing about them through Unilocal.
As if the price and the well-​done work weren’t enough, the customer service is fantastic and will keep me coming back here. The shop also knew me by name — whenever I called I mentioned I was checking on my Honda Civic, and they immediately responded with, «oh, hi, Amber!» When I walked in the door to pick it up, the receptionist greeted me by name. I felt very welcome and taken care of, which is often hard to come by in such a large city.

Highly recommend this shop. Amazing work! Very satisfied with their customer service. Someone rear ended my M4 and they made it look factory fresh.

Amazing job on my truck, so impressed with Las Vegas Collision Center. I had a nasty kink in my door which was repaired in a timely manner and for a great price. I was referred to Las Vegas Collision Center by The702Firm my bumper needed to be replaced/​trunk was damaged but Las Vegas Collision left it looking like new!!! This company went over & beyond to make sure I was completly satisfied! Would definetly recommend!

Once again, Jack and his crew did phenomenal work!!! we had our bmw completely repainted last July at Las Vegas Collision (in their before and after pics on web site) and just recently we did a little damage to the front bumper from a parking stop, (lowered car. park stop hooked bumper). Even though they were busy we got the bmw back in a very timely manner, (4 days) Because of Jack and his crew and their attention to detail and quality of work, anyone that ask’s for a good body shop, we always recommend Las Vegas Collision!!!

Shout out to Tony. I came to them because I was in an accident and Tony made this whole ordeal so much easier to deal with. He got me a rental and contacted me every step of the way with the process. Great service, great body work, exquisite paint! Truly the most amazing collision center with all the certifications to meet customer demands.
The Collision Center worked around my schedule and turned it around in less than a week. I dealt with Anna the whole time, and she was always reachable. Going through my insurance was a breeze and the final bill was exactly as estimated, not a penny more. No hidden BS, honest, fast, and the best quality body work I have ever seen.

I took my daughters Hyundai Sonata here for some much needed touch up work. The front bumper had some nasty road rash and rock chips, the rear bumper had some yellowed clear-​coat. Plus, the prior owner had slathered some white goop into a long gouge on the trunk. It didn’t even look like touch up paint — more like typing correction fluid or latex paint. The paint is a white metallic or pearl color so every little chip shows the primer.
First impression: very nice lobby and customer area. The staff was extremely friendly and gave me a reasonable estimate, much less than I expected for paint and minor body work. I got another estimate from a large chain body shop that was almost double and, frankly, I don’t think they could have cared less about my minor repairs.
They told me it would take 3 days for the repairs and they called me to pick-​up on the afternoon of the 3^rd day, right on time. I’m very happy with the car — it looks much better. At least until my teenage daughter wrecks it, which is bound to happen at some point…
So, next time I need some body work, I’ll be taking my car to Las Vegas Collision Center.
