I’m writing a five star review for a chain clothing store? Damn right. I don’t shop at this store very often, but I was wandering around the outlets at lunch and decided to pop in and see what they had. I was greeted immediately by the sales associate and he gave me the rundown on all their sales, pointed me in the right direction of all the discounts and checked up on me very regularly. This was stellar customer service and I was totally impressed. He checked up on me a few times, offered to start a room for me and when I said I wasn’t interested, offered to take all my purchases to the front so I could have my hands free to do more shopping. On top of that, he even made sure I was ok, as well as the other ladies shopping around me before he headed to lunch and let us know who would be helping us while we was gone. I really appreciated that. On top of that the sales associate who was relieving him while he was gone went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and to let her know if we needed anything.
When I was done, I walked to the counter and all my stuff was waiting for me, which was awesome. I was so incredibly impressed. They even made cheat sheets for everyoen so we didn’t have to pull out our calculators to figure out the discount.
This place really does customer service right. I can’t wait to shop here again soon.
