History
Established in 1990.
One of the first fine dining Italian restaurants to go «off strip» in Las Vegas, initially as Vesuvio, owned by Joe Pignatello (the famed private chef to Frank Sinatra and executive chef at Villa D’Este). After a very brief transition to Bacio Organico, the restaurant was re-opened as La Scala, named after the Teatro alla Scala in Italy, and has remained so for the last 12 years.
