Some friends and I were told about the $ 20 cover with free drinks promo, so we decided to take advantage, since that seems like an amazing price for Vegas. Well, this was definitely a case of getting what you pay for, as this has to be the lamest club in town! The place never got very busy, and we stuck around for a few hours just to get our money’s worth in drinks. The music is alright, but this place is probably only good if you want somewhere low-key, where you’ll have plenty of personal space… which is not what my friends and I were looking for in Vegas! Probably the worst part was that one of the bartenders was super rude. I usually have a lot of patience for people in hectic, annoying situations(like a bartender working in Vegas on a Saturday night), but there was no excuse for this guy! I won’t go back to this lounge, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others, either.

The only good thing about this club was we paid $ 40 for open bar. Had 6 drinks. So drinks are normally $ 10 each so we won. Other than that a cat would have more fun in this round room of a bar /«Club». Bartender and bouncers wee fun to talk to but that was about it.

Went to Koi for New Years and had so much fun! They opened up the restaurant, lounge and outdoor patio for New Years. There was quite a crowd but it was so much fun. The staff were all friendly, the bartenders were fun and the drinks were bottomless. Can’t beat that! I also got a good view of the fireworks from the outdoor patio at midnight. I saw the crowd out on the strip itself and was so glad that we got a nice spot in Koi away from the madness. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here. You really can’t complain about an open bar and friendly service. Especially when it costs nearly $ 18 a drink at other lounges on the strip. Thank You Koi Ultra Lounge for an amazing New Years! My hubby and I had an absolute blast.

I got a Living Social deal so my fiancé and I went here Friday night(1÷1÷16). I purchased, then read the reviews, so I was like dang it doesn’t sound that great… But we gave it a try as we no longer could get a refund from LS. Anyway, we arrived around 12:30am, there wasn’t much of a line. The lady at the front door tried to have us upgrade to a table, $ 100 each and a bottle of our choice, um no thank you. We already were getting in with our LS and had unlimited well drinks and a welcome champagne drink.(Paid $ 55 for 2 people on LS) First thought, the place is small. About the size of a large living room/bonus room. Couches/“VIP” areas are formed around the room in a circle and there is a tiny dance floor in between that, one medium sized bar and a outdoor area overlooking the casino floor. The music was pretty decent. Seemed to play a mix of pop and new hits, and a lot of hip hop which we liked. I don’t think there is a DJ, never saw one, so an ipod playing the must be accurate and the sound system wasn’t exactly flawless. But hey, unlimited drinks! The party is what you make it, so we helped ourselves to unlimited drinks and danced. I liked that they had some specialty well cocktails like sex on the beach, cosmo, etc. There is a lady in the tiny 3 person bathroom, selling a bunch of crap on the counter, making you feel bad for not giving her a dollar, but she was nice. Anywho, not the best or worst experience, you can have fun here if your with the right person. Wouldn’t recommend for large groups!

I came here the day before their Christmas break. I talked to the door manager. The bartender. And the manager of the lounge. I had a great time. I myself am a manager and bartender so when I see good service I respect it. I always try to order difficult drinks to see the response of the bartenders at other places and these guys knew them all. As I walked out I talked to Daniel and Zach the front managers and let them know the place was great and they got my every drink. They were very polite and I will be sure to come back. I was talking to them about new years specials and I’ll probably be back then. Great place guys. Go there. Drink there. Dance there. Have a good time. Believe when I say it’s worth it.

You pay $ 20 for girls and $ 30 for guys for an all night open bar. Sounds great until you step foot into this room! It’s not a club or even lounge in any way, shape or form. You pay your money walk into the room with seats all around and order your drinks at a bar in front of them. Our drinks were super strong so in theory they try to get you drunk as soon as possible to get you out of there or only have like two drinks max. We spaced them out so we were able to have a few. There’s good music but no real dance floor and the bouncers would tell you only to dance if you’re seating in one of the available booths. DO not pay for any type of bottle service or even go into this place please just don’t. The price may sound good but the place sucks for reals. Believe the other reviews, invest that money into decent drinks somewhere else.

Was walking the strip and realized it was late and needed to do something. So I walked into planet Hollywood and found this place. Great music and drinks. Good ratio. Got bottle service and glad I did so!

Can I do minus stars? I was sexualy acousted. Told the bouncer.(twice) Don’t care. Told bartender don’t care. Only one who cared was bathroom attendant… she helped clean me up… I’m still shaking… I know this is personal for a review… but it needs to be known.

Came here with my boy Markell, who is a regular here. He recommended it and I’m glad he did. Best music in Vegas by far. Brianna the hostess took care of us in our VIP section. Great night with great people. All the staff was very friendly. Even had a security by our table to make sure no kne bothered us unless we wanted to be bothered of course! Bill was the security. Also a very great guy. If you want a break from the norm out here in Vegas then come to this place! Found myself and my lady a new spot.

This place is so stupid. It’s uncomfortable and the workers are rude. It was a Friday night and it was empty and now I know why. The security is all over your business and you feel watched at all time. Stay away from this sh*thole.

If you are intelligent enough to check reviews first before coming into the dull waste of money that is Koi nightclub, please stay away. It’s always dead in there. Intrigued by the line outside? They do that on purpose to make it seem like its a happening in there. It’s not. It’s a bunch of dudes hitting on fat girls simply because the girls are drunk and the dudes already paid $ 20.00. Nowadays thanks to some comps due to my frequent stays in Vegas I get to go in there for free if I want to. But the fact is you can’t PAY me to go in there. You have better options in Vegas people.

I’m going to start with this, I’ve been to «clubs» that don’t serve alcohol because they’re meant for minors that have been better then this place. My boyfriend and I were staying at Planet Hollywood and our friends were at another hotel, we hadn’t planned out ahead of time what to do for the night so all the good nightclubs were full. So we head back to our hotel with our friend and see a promoter telling us it was open bar so we thought our luck had turned around. We head up to the club and this girl is working the door asking us if we had been out in Vegas before, we hadn’t so she thought she could trick us. She goes on to say how it’s normally $ 1,000 for bottle service at this club and how for tonight only its $ 75 per person. I’m not an idiot, something is not right if you drop the price so low. My boyfriend points out that it’s open bar and only $ 30 for him to get in and $ 20 for us girls so there was no point in bottle service. The girl then proceeded explain that we can’t sit down anywhere if we don’t get«vip bottle service» she then said $ 60 was the lowest she could do, what is wrong with this place for her to desperately haggle with us?! We ended up not doing any bottle service and thank god we didn’t. The club wasn’t very packed, and yes it was a Tuesday but other clubs in town we wanted to go to had a line around the building where as this one was depressingly empty. We got our drinks, my friend couldn’t drink hers because it tasted so bad, my boyfriend and I stuck with vodka cranberry which I’m pretty sure was more hefty cheap vodka then it was cranberry. Some guy, who we were pretty sure worked for the club to keep people having fun, kept trying to get my boyfriend to dance, HEHATESDANCING, he only goes to these things for me, but the guy was so damn persistent. My friend and I then went to the bathroom, I’ve never seen something like this before; I first notice a large suitcase in the bathroom and thought, that’s odd someone couldn’t wait to go out… Then I look at the bathroom sink and mirror area. The mirror was covered in jewelry taped to it and marked for sale, the counter was covered in perfume bottles. Clearly someone thought the bathroom at this sad nightclub was the perfect retail area. This really put me off, my boyfriend said the men’s bathroom has the same just with cologne. We left shortly after out of boredom, the music was okay other then the DJ wanting $ 20 to request a song, the space was empty, and the drinks sucked. All in all, I regret going and advise others to save their money.

This is a review for Marcus N. only! This club is questionable at best, but Marcus is the bomb! He was out at the back bar and he is so sweet and makes good drinks! The other bartenders inside were shit and made us feel rushed and like we weren’t even people. As we were leaving, we ran into Marcus and he made us stay. His down to earth personality and ease in making drinks, cleaning the bar and maintaining conversation was awesome! I really appreciated his personality and the individual touch he gave us! A+ to Marcus for turning this negative into a positive!

I typically don’t write bad reviews about places unless they really did something to upset me. Koi pretended that it was $ 20 for open bar. We had one man with us and he got kicked out when he tried to order a drink past midnight. Apparently, the«open bar» only allows you drinks before midnight– an important detail that they failed to mention. I’m addition to that, they serve the cheapest liquor for the open bar. Not worth it at all. This place is horrible and they will make a scene about what they offer you outside the«club». I put the word club in quotation marks because this place calls themselves a club but its far from it.

Just to be clear this review is for the lounge after hours, not the actual restaurant. In the words of my friend who came with me, «this place is WACK!» We decided to go here because we were staying at Planet Hollywood and once we came through the doors there was someone giving out wristbands promoting the place. He said that girls would be half price with an open bar. So we waited outside on a short line that seemed to take a while. You could here the music from the outside and they were playing good music. Once we got in there was like a total of 50 people inside. The place seemed so empty. So we went to the bar to get our drinks and my open bar drink was basically all juice, where was the alcohol? Guess that’s what you get for trying to go out for less in Vegas.

Came here on a Monday night for the ladies’ night open bar($ 20 to get in, unlimited drinks). They also had a promotion — for $ 33, you got a VIP booth and a bottle. But don’t let the name fool you — there was nothing VIP about them. They were all empty and anyone could sit. The ‘bottle service’ was a handle of some middle-of-the road vodka, but it wasn’t even presented well — just with a tiny flashlight glowing below it. The place was virtually empty and the bartenders kept reminding people to tip them, which I find rude. At the beginning of the night I told the female bartender working that I’d tip her at the end of the night, since it was an open bar and I knew I’d be back and forth a lot. But she kept telling me «don’t forget your bartender» *every* time I ordered a drink. Unprofessional and entitled. The only thing that earned this place two stars is the music(popular tracks remixed into dance/electronic music) and a funny drunk guy who thought he was Magic Mike.

Great place! I actually went to Koi twice during my last visit to Vegas. Guess I liked it just that much! The first night we got a table and the cocktail waitress was a gem. She was very sweet, attentive and took great care of us. She never left us wanting. The crowd was as good as it could possibly get on a Monday, started off a little slow but people started packing in soon after. The music was great, drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was fun. So naturally we returned again on Friday night. There were a lot more people here on a Friday versus a Monday. The front door staff though busy were still extremely friendly, the bartenders were very skilled, and the music was perfect. I’m a hip hop girl at heart so I thoroughly enjoyed the mix. The best deal we got were the wristbands from one of the promoters downstairs. For us girls we paid $ 20 entry and got to enjoy an open bar. Now first off $ 20 is unheard of in Vegas and an open bar on top of that?! Great deal! One of my faves in Vegas. If you haven’t been, you’ll have to check it out. Fun crowd, great music, friendly staff… What’s not to like?
