Kids’ Club

This place is so AWESOME! I have been to a couple of places on the south side of town, but am always disappointed at how small it is, or how there is never anywhere for the adults to sit. This place has multiple rooms, and each impressive, and the kids loving them in every area. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and also having great prices made it stress free. They allow outside food for you to bring, so you don’t have to worry about that factor, and it was very clean. Overall, so happy this place is on the North side of town where I live, and can’t wait to take my daughter here more often! (Going to take up the great offer of $ 30 for a 30 day pass for one child)

My daughter LOVES this place! Friendly staff, very clean and so much to do. I like the fact that I can bring outside food and the free wifi. I tend to bring work with me and I can knock out hours why she plays and plays and plays!

i bought this on groupon for my 4 yr old and he loved it. we get to go 5 times before February… very large place and lots of things to do there for the kids. highly recommended

This place is awesome!!! My 2 y/​o loves it here. They have multiple rooms for kids of multiple ages to play. The staff here is also very friendly (and talkative), and the play areas are always very clean. Their prices are very reasonable, especially with groupon, and the my give a military discount!

Kid’s Club is awesome! It’s clean, the staff and owners are sweet, kind and really know how to handle children well. Including children who are bullies, poorly behaved and unsupervised. (Take note, KS.) Tony, the «tall man with a pony tail» is one of the least aggressive men I have ever had the privilege of knowing. He is a gentle soul as he displays not only with his own children, but with his clientele. Many of my child ‘s friends come here on a regular basis and they are not only staff and owners but have grown to be our friends.

Mixed feelings. The kids loved it and so did we (all the adults.) We threw a birthday party. However, I felt as they treated my eldest and her friend differently than the rest. They are 13, we were told it was not okay for them to play but there was other adults playing in the play house and running around with the kids. Also, how they handled the situation (approaching my daughter and her friend) wasn’t professional at all. There was a rather tall man with a pony tail that pulled her from their arm (aggressively), when they could’ve easily pulled me to the side and talked to me directly as a adult should do and mind you she is still just a child. Also, there was a young lady, short brown hair, she was wearing a tan dress that day, I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to my daughter. No adult should be speaking to a child the way she spoke to her. Other than that, we enjoyed it. They had a clown, she was great, she handled the pressure very well. One of the owners, (I do not know her name) she is rather tall, blonde hair, she was wearing all black, she was great, very sweet. :) The minion was awesome! He or she was very sweet to my 5 year old daughter, he/​she hugged her more than once and started to jump. My daughter felt very special.
I just wish they didn’t pick and choose who the rules apply to.

My grand daughter LOVES this place. She’s 2 ½ and it’s perfect. It’s clean. The staff is friendly. The price is fair. I have 2 other grand kids that will be joining us as soon as there mom trust crazy grandpa! :)

Very good setup. Had couches everywhere for adults to sit. My 2 kids had so much fun! Well worth it.

This place is awesome! $ 10 per kid and there’s plenty to do for the price. Safe, clean, awesome! I will definitely be coming back here. Wearing three kids out after school is not an easy task but this place is definitely up to the challenge. Thanks!

Love this place. It’s heaven sent for a mom of 4. I can lounge on a comfy couch while the kids run wild. The only problem is my 2 year old begs to go every single day!

Looks like this place recently re-​opened under new management. We bought a Groupon which worked out to $ 4/​visit which is an awesome price and well worth it to be able to play inside. However, I think they could use some work still. First off they should make everyone (including parents and employees) take shoes off. Doesn’t make sense to have kids in socks crawling around where adults are walking in shoes. Also, the soft-​structure play area should be age-​restricted. My 19 month-​old was hit in the head with flying blocks from kids ⁵⁄₆ years old rough housing and throwing things around. That area should be for ¾ and under. Also, the music. While we were there I heard «Sex on Fire» and another song that included the word «ass». It’s a kid place, put kid music on. We’ll go back because it’s paid for and hopefully the management will tighten things up over time.

We love it here! Clean. Spacious. Clean. Lots of things for all ages. Family cost friendly. Vending machines for quick snacks. Friendly staff!

So this is the second time I come and the doors are locked. It seems like no one is in there. The website says they open at 10:30 I think. It’s about to be 2 pm and they are closed. Managment should keep up with hours of operation if they changed. Is it even open for business if not please update your website

Found this place on Unilocal,looked perfect for my 3 yr old on a rainy day. Told him I had a surprise for him & we were on our way. It says the hours are from 10 – 6:30 today, so when I called & the # was out of service, I decided to go anyway. When I finally found the place at about 12 (the door is in a very obscure place) the lights were on, but the door was locked. I saw lockers & thought maybe I had the wrong door. There are some double doors to the right of it, though. They were open, I saw more lockers, so I went in. It led us to another set of double doors that were also unlocked. We went in, but the place was a ghost town. I started to become worried when I called out & no one answered. They were supposed to be open 2 hours earlier, lights are on, doors unlocked, no employees. I went to the back of the place to check it out & ended up setting off the ALARM! Scared the heck out of my son & I. I went from confused potential customer, to concerned citizen, to ticked off critic all within 60 seconds. My poor kid almost peed himself. I did inform the cops that there wasn’t a robbery taking place & left promptly. I will never be back again. Who is running this place anyway?! I’ve heard awful reviews from others & I totally believe them now. What a joke. How can you run a business like this?

We had our daughters first birthday party here. We had so much fun playing on all the structures. The host was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We were able to bring our own food for our event and they even gave us a little extra time to setup and cleanup.

I brought my 4 year old son here to play for the open play which was $ 10 from 9 – 12 which was fine by me because he was able to get out all of his energy in the few hours we were there! It was a very relaxing atmosphere for me too. They offered wifi & complimentary coffee. One thing I did notice was there were two women working there that morning and one of their kids got hurt in the playground and neither of them knew about it until a little girl ran over to his mom and said he was hurt… I think they should keep an extra eye out… even if theyre working.

We held my daughter’s 2^nd Birthday here. She had so much fun, as did all of her friends.
When we arrived the private room was set up with drinks (cold water, Capri sun), paper plates, napkins and plastic utensils. All we had to do was show up with cake, pizza and the kids. The staff even cleans up & takes out the trash.
Because you only get 2 hours, I do suggest you have the party as a «free for all». IF you need structure and schedules, this place probably isn’t for you. I just told the parents, feed the kids when they’re hungry, give them cake if they want it. We didn’t sing Happy Birthday (my two year old doesn’t know the diff yet) and we took presents home to open later on.
It worked out well. the kids were able to play as long as they wanted, take breaks when they were ready, and the parents were able to supervise near the play structures, but still socialize with each other.
I highly recommend it.

Love this place! It is always very clean, so fun for the kids, and the customer service is remarkable. The staff is so friendly, and very accommodating. They have crafts, events, movie nights for the kids throughout the month. It is currently under new management and so far I have seen nothing but positive improvements. They offer military discounts, other discounts and specials throughout the week. You don’t have to be a member to enjoy the fun. Day passes are $ 10, but they have specials throughout the week too. Birthday parties are a blast here and very stress free. We love Kids Club!

We visited this place today and my daughter fell in love. She is 18 months and part monkey I think. She is a climber, so she was in heaven climbing everywhere and on top of everything. She also loved the bouncy house, but really, who doesn’t!!!
I purchased a Groupon for 10 visits for $ 49, which is an awesome deal. Full price seems high ($ 12ish per visit) but about the going rate for these types of places here in town. I have seen this location on Groupon several times before, so if you like this place, buy the Groupon and save a bunch of money.

I agree with the other reviewer, that is might be better for older kids. There just isn’t that much to do besides climbing on cleaner Mcdonalds type play equipment. Also, the seating makes it hard to see where you kids is at all times
Also the prices on the website are now $ 15 a visit? OUCH! and the open play hours are limited… not that great a deal to me!
