During my visit I felt that the doctor wasn’t very gentle, she seemed irritated as if I was supposed to know certain medical questions. I asked the nurse that I would like to discuss basic pill birth control and regular std checking with my annual paps mere. I was disregarded and the doctor moved onto other patients. One of the nurses said she would give me a call if something was found with results if not a letter would be sent through mail. When I reminded her about birth control she said doctor was busy and they would call me regarding birth control as well. I called twice before a nurse in charge of disturbing called me back days later while at work. The next day(Saturday) I called back and Dr. Julie Wu answered but could tell not me what the phone call was regarding. I called back Monday to find out it was for the birth control I was suppose to receive a week and a half prior. A month later I’m still waiting on a letter or call for my pap results, I called today Layla answered the phone I explained I had a complaint with the office she rudely laughed at me. I asked her was she laughing she directly said YES. When I asked to speak to some one else she kept interrupting me saying«your results are here, what do you want me to do with your results» When I asked for her position there she replied«oh come and laughed again». I finally told her I need your name and position she finally replied she is an MA. I am absolutely shocked that this happened never wrote a review before, this is the first but she left me feeling less than a person. I feel they have been unorganized and uncompassionate to me as a patient. It took my friend to call the office five time before they answered and Joann kindly transferred me to the office manager, one Lila said they did not have. Alma(the office manager read my pap results to me and will call me back today at five to get an update). I appreciate them trying to fix the issue of their rude staff who has no business working with patients but the fact that this nurse answers the phone and laughs is completely unacceptable for that I am writing a review. COMPLETELYUNACCEPTABLEANDSHESHOULDBEWITHOUT A JOBWITHTHATKINDOFCUSTOMERSERVICE!

After being a long time patient of my previous doctor I was searching for a new Primary Care Physician covered by my insurance with the smarts, qualifications and skills to give me the care I deserve. I wanted a doctor with experience, personality and demeanor to be the home base for medical needs. After much research I set up an introductory appointment with Dr. Wu. Her staff were professional and courteous and I was seen on schedule. Dr. Wu has excellent bedside manners and someone I can relate to. I am confident Dr. Wu can coordinate my care, communicate with other doctors I see and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

I’ve been a patient of doctor Julie Wu for over 2 years; however my husband never been at her office before because he’s recently moved here from California. On Monday, February 15th around 9am, I called doctor Wu office at 702−434−8880 to make an appointment because my husband has a high fever. They told me it’s ok for him to walk in since they don’t have too many patients today. When my husband arrived at the office, they ask him if he’s been there before and my husband said no but my wife was here last year and she’s been a patient for over 2 years. They located my file, then they told my husband that they can’t take him in because it’s took a while for them to verify his insurance. My husband also stated that the lady is looking over to the girl sitting next to her and asked her if she want to call the insurance now, the girl answer no because she was too busy texting on her personal cellphone. They told my husband to go to the urgent care center because they couldn’t help him. I never see any doctor who would refuse a patient because of the time that they have to call the insurance. Either they need to train their front desk employee or they will lose their patient. I will never go back to that doctor nor recommend anyone to go there.

Dr. Wu is a very kind-hearted, compassionate doctor who deeply cares for her patients. I have never had a doctor like her. She is soft-spoken and easy to confide in. She genuinely cares for people and I know without a doubt that there is a special place in Heaven for her! She is an angel here on Earth! I thank God for letting me find her!
