History

Established in 2015.

For the past 20 years, Jesi Hilts has worn several hats in the hair industry. Presently she is a Neuma Education Advisor, working with stylists in salons to show them current up styling techniques using the sustainable working products from Neuma, that uses the highest Green Science possible. Prior to Neuma, being an Aveda trained stylist, she worked with Aveda for 5 years. She has directed hair and makeup teams for the annual «Cultivating Beauty Runway Show» a local fundraising event to fight sex trafficking in Las Vegas, NV.

She has been a Salon Consultant and continuing education advisor within the Las Vegas community, organizing educator for salons across the valley with multiple lines. JPMS (John Paul Mitchell Systems), Loreal USA, and Wella. Jesi is passionate about her industry and in love with the art of hair dressing. Since 11 years old I knew that this was what I wanted for my life. At 14 years old, I began my journey into understanding color as I trained privately under a professional artist in oils. It’s a seamless transition from painting on a canvas to creating, correcting, balancing color on hair. I have an eye for tone and depth. I also love cutting and have an eye for symmetry and shape. My understanding of color is a continued practice but one I am strong in.

In my journey in the hair industry that has now spanned over two decades, I have held many hats. I moved to Las Vegas in 2003 from Bend, Oregon. In that time I have been an outside salon consultant for many of our salons in Vegas through Beauty Systems group. A national brand builder for FHI heat, A member of a prestigious Aveda salon in Las Vegas and am now concentrating on my own room with amazing Wella color, Hot Heads Tape in Extensions and hair design and up dos.
