Same girl everyone complains about for godsakes Fire her shes short young not going to say race it’s irrelevant but immature. Runs the register with her arm hanging over the counter has never been taught how to engage with adults or people. Messes up orders and put her finger in my drink with no apology and actually got upset when I asked for a new lid.

Worse stupid Jamba Juice. Stupid girl first won’t split the juice so I asked to do it myself. Then she says she has to charge me for he cups so I said fine. Then after waiting for thirty minutes she gives me one cup. When I ask for my two cups she gives them to me after some attitude and then I have to ask for the lids and straws like I didn’t already pay extra for it. I also ordered an acai bowl and she was trying to give it away to her stupid boy toy. It was mine and when I took it she looked all stupid and confused. If this is a franchised store I feel sorry for the owner of their employees are treating customers like crap and giving away cups of ice and bowls to their friends.

I don’t really don’t understand why there’s bad reviews for this Jamba Juice. It’s in a mall, it gets busy! The staff is always nice… It looks a little overwhelming to make so many ordered juices especially when there’s a rush… But I applaud the staff… We all just have to have a little patience and enjoy your cold blended juice when they call your name!

Yum yum I’m a jamba junkie. This location did not disappoint. My order was taken promptly and my mega mango was made almost immediately. The staff were friendly and polite. The people who who had already ordered and were waiting for their drinks did not seem frustrated or perturbed. Staff was turning out smoothies like an efficient assembly line.

Takes a while to blend a bunch of frozen stuff together and charge me $ 8. The«healthy» juice is not healthy at all. It also tastes horrible. I make a lot of my own juices at home and this product is horrible.

This Jamba Juice sucked! I ordered my drink came back 10 minutes later and they didn’t even start it yet. 10 minutes later I get my drink and it wasn’t even what I ordered. Worst Jamba Juice experience ever. The workers weren’t working and the store was a mess.

This Jamba Juice is located in the Miracle Mile shops. It’s pretty crowded and there is barely any semblance of lines here. It feels like the prices are slightly inflated because this is Vegas but I haven’t had Jamba in awhile. But they still make tasty smoothies!

Service was terrible long line no ingredients to make juice? Only smoothies. One person on the phone whole time wiping down the counters while the line line continued to grow.

This spot is in the miracle mile shops in PH. A bit pricier than other locations. It’s only a few steps from the casino but takes a while to order and get your drink. Well worth the walk and wait when you don’t want a coffee from Starbucks.

The staff that work here are utterly repulsive and significantly lacked in the manners department. I came here on a slow Thursday and there was a huge line behind me and 80% of the people in line had no idea where the line started because the people that worked at the cash registers were disorganized and too lazy to give direction to their customers. I ordered their Orange Carrot twist from their ‘Freshly Squeezed Juice’ menu, and as my photo shows, they did not make my juice fresh, it was entirely from one of their premade juice containers. THESTAFF — As I waited patiently for my juice to be made, or at least poured, I had to stand through the bickering and arguing of the staff yell about how there was no one else working. The backroom door flew open and close at least 10 times being there, and there were lazy staff probably on their«breakfast break» having a grande time laughing about the poor service they were doing. DONOTCOMEHERE.

Came here at 7:15 on a Monday morning to get Jamba to start off my day. Not only do they not open by 6:00 or 7:00 like almost every other Jamba Juice out there — they don’t open until 9:00. We were two of about 8 people who were showing up wondering why in the world it was closed.

Waaaaay overpriced compared to regular Jamba Juice(like $ 8.xx) for a large(aka Power Size) smoothie. I also didn’t like that they charged $ 0.25 to split the cup. It’s not really about the cost, but the fact that the cashier didn’t mention it and just charged us and the principle of being charged the fee.

Ugh, terrible. Bad customer service and they had run out of multiple key ingredients at noon on a Saturday. Worst of all, they weren’t telling people this as they were ordering, but the person making the drinks was asking them after they paid if they would like to substitute frozen bananas for another fruit. I paid $ 12 for a small smoothie and a granola bar. That hurt, but at the time I had no other option. I would never go back to this location.

Good location, open late, and they always have the latest and greatest menu and promotional items. The last few times I went, they ran out of ingredients, but this is understandable given how busy it generally is in Las Vegas, especially inside of Miracle Mile. Well-staffed, well-run, clean and friendly for a busy venue outside of Jamba’s home base of California.
