Alissa does such a great job on my nails !!! I’m pretty picky lol but she’s never failed me !! I’m defiantly coming again !!!

I had such a great experience here a couple of weeks ago! Ellen Mony did my hair. She gave me such a wonderful and stylish cut and color. Ellen was very uplifting, friendly and kind. I haven’t felt so good in years! I also had my eyebrows waxed and dyed by Cathy. She did such a great job! I will definitely be back to both ladies! Great find!

Wow, what a great first experience!!! I just moved here from la and was looking for a new stylist. The receptionist Kelly was super helpful! I had dark brown almost black hair looking to go back to blonde. She made sure to find me someone who knew what they were doing. She scheduled me with Natasha who was such a sweetheart and made my hair look fantastic! I have super fine and fragile hair but with her experience she still made it look fabulous! I haven’t been this impressed with a business in a long time but these guys are top notch! If your new to the area or just need a new spot for your hair jagged edge is the one and only!!!

Ellen Mony is beyond excellent! I would highly recommend her for color, perm and even just styling. I think Ellen is quite up to date with any hair treatment including fabulous Brazilian Blow out! Go Ellen!

I got a Groupon awhile ago for this place for a manicure and pedicure. I have to say, it wasn’t great. I paid extra for gel. The gel was all over the place. It looked really unfinished and jagged (maybe hence the name of this place?). I ended up having to file them down myself, and they didn’t last very long. I was so unhappy with them, I ended up doing exactly what you are NOT supposed to do, which is take it off yourself. My nails are still healing from my error in judgement, but I couldn’t help it. They looked bad!
It is really a shame too, because the nail tech was super friendly and nice. Not sure if she got too many Groupon requests or what, but I’ve certainly had better.

So I know it’s taken me probably over a month to write this review but here goes: LINDA IS AMAZING!
To start, I found her via groupon. I called her to check her schedule at 9 am on a Monday, to see if she could fit me in that day (I felt like getting pampered and I’m a very last minute/​I want it done today person). She honored the groupon price for a blowout although I didn’t buy it and also fit me in at 1 that same day!!! She was super bubbly on the phone and although she mentioned it was her day off, she said she would love to take care of me. How exciting is that?!
No matter what, I always show up 5, maybe 10 min early to any appointment I have and to my surprise, she was already there waiting for me! She made sure I was comfortable w everything, knew when to leave me alone to soak up my day off (and the conditioner in my hair) and when to chat me up.
The hair turnout is STILL Amazing!!! I can’t emphasize enough on how great she is, she even suggested to use a different shampoo for my hair cause it was probably the reason why it needed the keratin blowout. She told me where to go and what to look for. why hasn’t anyone told me that before?!
Get the blowout and let Linda take care of you!!! You won’t b sorry and I’ll def be back!!!

Came in for a Brazilian Blowout and a color by Linda and I must say. My hair looks and feels phenomenal !!! I am very picky when it comes to my hair and she nailed it. Call her if you are looking for a blowout ’ you can not go wrong :) 702−541−5263 I’m officially her client lol

Had a cut and foil frost done by Sandy. She is WONDERFUL! You can tell she is a perfectionist and really pays attention to detail. She is also very personable an easy to chat with. Perfect combination. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I went to the Jagged Edge Salon today to get my hair done. Wow!!! My hair stylist Linda did an AMAZING job!!! I can’t stop smiling or looking at myself every time I pass a mirror! I am in love with my hair color!!! Linda, thank you so much for the AWESOME job and for making me feel so welcome and at ease! I will contact you for my niece’s hair appointment next week. I found my hair stylist… FINALLY!!!

I just got a Brazilian Blowout and it’s gorgeous! Bob has taken care of my hair for over a year, and this is my 4^th blowout. Every time I’ve gone I’ve been very pleased. Bob also did one for my granddaughter, and it’s stunning. And the owners are just good people; Bob has been in business here for 20 years. I was excited to hear they have an esthetician with a great reputation coming on board soon.

After many, many visits to salons in this area I finally found THE ONE! Natasha is not only adorable, she is professional and very quick. She actually listens, and hears you when you tell her what you want. I walked in and loved the shop. I walked out happier than I have been since moving here. Perfect haircut, perfect highlighting and a truly enjoyable experience.

I came here for a Brazilian Blowout that I purchased as a Groupon. Bob, the owner was my stylist. He did a great job. He obviously cared about my business and gave me great customer service. The product he used worked good (I’ve had Blowouts in the past with other products) and the process was not as long as other Blowouts I have had. The only downside was that I did not receive the shampoo and conditioner that was part of the Groupon. I didn’t realized this until I left. I never called back to obtain them, but I’m sure they would of provided them if I asked. I didn’t think it was worth it to do so. Overall a great experience. I will go back for future Blowouts.

I believe I have been going here for 20 + years. Recently I spent 7 weeks out of town and badly needed a haircut. I just couldn’t trust somebody else to do my hair so I toughed it out until arriving back in town. Bob and the rest of the staff are awesome! Great service and prices.

I had the same experience as Marilyn, I will never go back for any nail care again and I’ve been getting my hair done at this salon for years. Really bad experience this time.

Went to jagged for the first time today and I really like my haircut! Ask for Michael! He is really good and super nice.

First time here getting a mani-​pedi and it was not a good experience. The chick was cool to talk to but the nail job was the worst I have ever had. She mentioned that she usually does hair but doesn’t mind doing nails. She had very poor technique, didn’t notice if she was licensed or not. During the appointment one of my nails were only painted ¾ and I asked her to fix it so she just kept putting more and more layers on top which didn’t really help. I believe they each use their own nail supplies which is hit or miss because the cheaper products result in a cheap look. The next day, my nails looked unprofessional with air bubbles and imperfections. Never going back. Good luck in getting someone good here.

First, I called to see if they accept walk ins, the young woman who answered was very kind, asked me to hold a moment while she checked, and found a stylist that was available for me for a walk in.
When I arrived, I was kind;y greeted by the same young woman, and she promptly got the stylist.
The stylist, Mallory, greeted me kindly, I was really nervous about getting a cut, but she made me feel very relaxed.
Her cut was perfection! If you ever want to get a new style and are nervous, I suggest going here and finding Mallory, because she is amazing.
Everyone there is very nice, professional and does great work.
I’ll be back there soon for a coloring!

I recently heard about this salon from a Groupon manicure special. Well, I missed the special but one of my friends got one and told me I should go and check out a nail tech there by the name of Liz. Her specialty is gel nails and I go all the way to Henderson to see my nail artist, so I figured sticking closer to Summerlin would be more convenient.
Jagged Edge is tucked away in a small strip mall off of Lake Mead next to the 95, behind In and Out burger and next to an Arby’s, fish store and auto shop. It is a small salon with a few boutique items for sale in the front. The décor is, overall, a bit stuck in the 90’s and could use some updating, but it is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
When I arrived for my first appointment, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and Liz came up to personally tell me that she was running ten minutes late and offered me a beverage. No big deal – I understand about running a few minutes late so I sipped on coffee and played on my phone.
Liz was very professional during my treatment. Although I’ve been getting gel nails for some time, she explained every step and made sure to ask if anything hurt, how I liked my nails shaped, etc… I always get classic French and she did a perfect job making my nails look just the way that I like them.
Since then, I’ve been back to get my toes gelled as well and have been equally pleased.
Don’t be put off by the hidden location… this is a charming salon where everybody seems to be smiling. Most importantly, to me, Liz is AWEsome, friendly, professional, knows what she’s doing and is very gracious. She is my new favorite in Las Vegas!
