Total scam cost me $ 1500 and not one thing that we discussed was even a factor in any of the people they matched me with, they ask random women to take photos and ask if they want to meet someone with money! I will be filing a law suit against them soon

I had read the bad reviews on other sites and thought maybe people were overreacting after seeing Elaine on television coming across as very competent and knowledgeable. Nope. I was sent men that were either the complete opposite of what I asked for, or they never even called initially to set up a meeting (this happened several times), were no longer single, or my favorite… the one who set up a date and then I got a call from his fiancée who he had been dating, for NINE YEARS! Very thorough background checks indeed. No refund and then radio silence. 9 months and not one single date. Absolutely a disaster of a company. I have no idea how they stay in business. I would take my name off the register but they never return my calls or emails.

I heard some really bad user experiences about this «service.» One user was adamant she didn’t want children but was matched nonetheless with a man who did. The owner’s explanation: «maybe someone would change their mind.» Also heard stories of men threatening the women (one guy texted the woman and said if he ever saw her out he would throw a drink on her). What troubles me most is hearing all these (rightfully) dissatisfied customers but the owner refuses to refund money. Happy for Unilocal so I can avoid the rip off.

I did not have a very good experience with Interactions, unfortunately. Not only were the men not of the caliber I wanted, but they were also completely mismatched in other ways too. When speaking to the owner who was often very difficult to reach, including her assistant, it did not make a difference. I continued to be sent men that I wouldn’t have dated in a million years. I found myself much better off using an online dating service where I was at least able to SEE who I was meeting instead of showing up and blindly meeting someone who wasn’t anything near what I was looking for. Everything was done very old-​fashionedly (paper profiles sent to you in the mail) and the system did not seem to run efficiently even after submitting your feedback. I was not granted a refund of any kind and withdrew my name from the database several months prematurely just so I wouldn’t be bothered.

Interactions does not do through back round checks on their apparently dateable candidates. I contacted interactions. Ill keep her name out of the post. I informed her that one of her candidates has a long historty of domestic violence. I even went as far as sending his record (easily accessible on the county website). She still continued to send him out with unknowing women. Shame on interactions.
