Our Mission

My services are based on the principle that the body is fully equipped to heal itself of all health conflicts, from major chronic conditions to smaller transient discomforts. Symptoms are our bodies cry for help and the key to healing lies within. Occasionally, our bodies can «forget» how to heal and need a push in the right direction. Conventional methods of treating illness can often focus solely on alleviating symptoms.

At Holistic Essentials, we aim to correct the underlying imbalance that is causing the symptoms instead of masking the root cause through the use of pharmaceuticals. This can be accomplished by using herbs, botanicals, nutritional supplementation, ancient energetic healing arts and lifestyle changes. By focusing on correcting imbalances in the body, the symptoms one has been experiencing diminish on their own over time. Our goal is to promote overall balance of the mind, body and spirit, which are all contingent on the healthful states of the others.

Business Owner

I was meant to be and discovered my purpose in life. I met a holistic health practitioner and immediately knew I wanted to be like her. She told me where and how to begin, and the rest is history. I always knew I was meant to help people and to educate on health matters. It just took some time to discover exactly how to work that in to my innate core beliefs and values. It is my personal belief that God has provided us with all the tools necessary to live healthy, dis-​ease free lives. From herbs to energy healing, these are gifts we were given as human beings to ensure our survival. No matter how one believes they originated, the fact remains that these healing techniques really do work to balance the mind, body and spirit!
